First of all they came late by 1.5 hours. Have no clue who gave them 5 stars. Misleading. Do not use their services please. And they charged us a ton for towing to mechanic. No apologies. Nothing. Avoid this.

The car would not start and had to be towed to my mechanic 3 miles away. Was told to wait 30 minutes, only to have the driver show up more than 2 hours later. The driver then charged $138 to tow my car 3 miles away.I need to get the invoice to reimburse it with my insurance, and after many phone calls and many months later, I still do not see the invoice. I was then told that they used a stub and had to call this guy on my own. The phone number they gave for the stub would not pick up the phone.I learned my lesson and got AAA.
