The owner of this place is a thief.They fixed my window back on Aug 15. It broke in October. I have talked to him once he said that he would call me back. Its been a month and 1/2 no call. I call everday and a broken down unaudible answering machine hangs up, so you cant leave a message. I went to this address and it doesnt exist. This is a fraudulent company. I am now going to go to the Better Business Bureau and report. I am out a lot of money. DO NOT use this place!!

I was visiting family, and ended up with a broken windshield. A friend of the family had used CHANGE AUTO GLASS & highly recommended that I call them, so I did. I think that this was the EASIEST thing that I have done in a long time! They should get the EASY BUTTON for people to push when they are done! I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket, they made all the phone calls with me to my insurance company. The only thing I had to do was sign my name & end up with a brand new front glass, in my car. It literally took no time away from my visit with my family, and they were so pleasant & made the experience so much better than I thought it would be! Thank you Change Auto Glass. I will be recommending them to EVERYONE!

Ismail replaced the windshield on my 2018 Camaro and did a perfect job. On top of that he was professional, friendly and kept us updated on status of the repairs. He was extremely careful on replacement. Ismail made a stressful situation easier and we haven’t had any problems with the new glass. Thank you.

Totally unprofessional. Kept changing the price. Told me there was a Groupon for 100 off so I went and purchased it but apparently they automatically take 100 off everyones installation. Would never recommend them!

Would recommend going there, excellent service. Very fast as well (going in person is actually pretty, good. There is a coffee shop close by, and they will usually finish after 1 hour or so). The first glass had scratches on it, and the manage offered to replace it for free. The new glass is perfect. I would go to them again if the need arises.

Pulled off the freeway and saw a sign that said, chip repair. Figured it would be a great place to get my front glass checked out for an estimate repair. I had a spider crack about an inch in diameter.So I head inside. I find a short man dressed in a suit which looked pretty professional, and ask if I can have something that big repaired. He quickly said no without even seeing it. I politely asked if he could just look at it before I left. Took a few seconds to look at it, which I appreciated, but came back with a nope. I asked what if I fix it myself, he said that he would not even attempt to repair it. And that I should not try it either.So I figured, at this point this crack has grown over a month or more. Its a matter of time before it goes across the entire windshield. I need to fix it myself. Plus I hate looking at it everyday.I leave the store and head directly to Allied Auto. Buy a repair kit for $12 and walk out with some real hope. Followed the directions and was impressed with my results. One month later..... Today I have no crack to stair at. And have been relieved of that stress. I have been thinking of going back to this glass shop to rub it in his fancy face, but I would rather leave a 1 star review for everyone to see.Moral of this review, dont tell someone they cant fix something. Not sure if every case will be like mine but so far I have to say the repair kits I have used in the past have always been successful. I just didnt trust my abilities to something that large. Now I have all the confidence I need. So thanks little man in the nice suit for not believing in me.

Called them and got same day service. They came to the house, cleaned up all the broken glass and replaced the driver side window in about 45 minutes. The glass was brand new oem and beautiful. Even better, they gave me a great price. Thank you Omar and Rabie, you guys did an incredible job.

The owner of the company (Robin), who dispatches other companies to your calls(HE DOESNT OWN ANY TRUCKS ITS A SCAM), cussed me out after he got caught lying about prices and times. Both days I waited for someone to come out, he told me a 2 hour time frame in which his crew was 3 hours late, EACH time. Upon arrival I met the nicest gentlemen and they explained the confusion which is 100% the owners fault, he never took any credit. He wanted to charge 115$ + 75$(Labor) for clips you can buy for $6.99 and 234$ x 2 + 150$ (Labor)for 2 motors you can get for 80$ each(SCAM). I suggest you call one of the services he uses directly and give them the business they deserve. Robin will take your business but not properly schedule it out and you will have a late arrival, I guarantee it. Worst service I have ever experienced.

My experience with this company has been horrible. I had one of there tech out to fixed my front windshield on my car. The tech arrived in a timely manner and started on the front Windshield. I walked back into work and was finishing up some work with a client and received a phone call about 25 minutes later to collect payment over the phone. After getting off the phone i went to go say thank you to the tech and check out the work. GONE!! Not one word. Well it all made sense why they were out of there so quick cause the job was horrific. I went to look at the windshield and I noticed something didnt look right. He Cracked the bottom panel and seal, then tried glueing the pieces to the glass. Really! I could believe what I was looking at. I I then called the company back to let them know what happened and they sent out a different tech. Who shows up and show him and he said who did this. I told him your guys did. He said does not look good. Then says thats one whole piece and going have to replace the whole part. I said well I didnt mess it up you guys did. He said ok. Let me call the office. OK, So the tech calls the front office and lets them know while Im standing there. i called back to the front office and they asked me to send pictures of the work and I told him I had also taken pictures of it before hand because I had sent out pictures to a Nother glass company before I had them replaced it due to seeing if the windshield I had a sensor or not. Then I sent out the pictures and they told me they get in contact with me by Monday due to it being a weekend. So by Monday when I did not hear from them I called to touch bases and they still said they were waiting to hear back from management. patiently waited till To Wednesday And called back again and kept getting the runaround from the front operator saying that theyre still waiting for management to decide what theyre just theyre going to do. Long story short its been over a week and I have still yet to hear back from any management and regards to fixing anything. Would stay far away from this company. The piece that I have to replace that they broke is going to cost more then the glass itself.

They replaced my windshield with an aftermarket one. In the process they had to chisel the rear view mirror bracket off of the old windshield and install it on the new one (cracking the glass in the process). I didnt realize it was cracked until the crack spread past the bracket hardware. Tech was supposed to come out and look at it but never showed. After further investigation I found out they have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. They wanted a hundred bucks just to come out and determine if it was their fault. I called Visa and they took care of it. This probably will be the last time I go to a cheap windshield replacement service.

Absolutely pathetic service. Great tech. Awful customer service office staff.They missed their appointment window by more than 4 hours. The customer service rep said to deal with it.The invoice was written incorrectly and they brought the wrong glass. This caused further delay after they were already late.The installer tech told us we had to pay in cash but the office confirmed they take credit card.I brought up these three points up feedback to office and the office suggested I deal with it. Th rep also blamed me for expecting them to hit their confirmed appointment window. Im sorry I expected them to execute.The most frustrating part is the office rep simply didnt care. Plenty of competition out there. Use someone else.

I had my car broken into at work. It was the front passenger window, completely shattered. That evening called my insurance and they said it basically be $380 to replace and they wouldnt be able to replace it until 2 weeks. Rediculous. I hopped on the internet and found this company. They said they would be at my apt first thing in the morning at 9am and the price was basically slashed in half of my insurance quote. So i set up the appointment. The installer came promptly at 9am, even vaccumed all the shattered glass for me.

These people damaged my dashboard and did a poor installation of my windshield. Their customer service is non existent and would not recommend them to anyone. I will be taking them to small claims court for the damage.

2 days after having them change my windshield the perimeter seal delaminated while I was driving on the highway. I had to take it to another shop to fix their shoddy work.
