Both of these guys are great. They are busy guys but willing to make it work to meet with you. Their speciality on selling used electric cars are great. The prices are better than the deals in central California. I came all the way to the bay to buy their car. Also giving me advice on the car and worries that can occur with the electric vehicle.

I bought a Fiat 500e from Kyle. The entire transaction was done electronically, and I picked the car based off of internet photos (I live in Southern Cal). I must say that I was completely satisfied with the entire experience. The vehicle is perfect, and Kyle even replaced the windshield since there was a small crack on it. Kyle was straight forward regarding everything, especially the costs. There were no gimmicks or silly sales fees that I have found when working with other dealers. I would recommend anyone looking for an electric vehicle to do business with Kyle, whether in person or virtually!

I had a miserable, regrettable and totally unprofessional experience with Kyle at Skye Auto in Fremont, CA.Within 2 weeks, after spending $8,000 on my used car from Kyle, I incurred $4,350 worth of Emergency/Safety Repairs: Replacing the whole clutch system, not providing a key for the locking lug nuts on each tire. All four tires had to be replaced due to slow leaks. Without a key it cost $500 to break the lug nuts, replacing the passenger side mirror and blinker system like he promised, not providing a key for the roof racks which he claimed were snap on,Now, 9 months later kyle has gone from being completely unresponsive to very rude, hostile, defensive, condescending, pejorative and sexist. He snidely and pejoratively began calling me dear and sweetheart I reminded him I am not his dear or sweetheart and to please talk to me and treat me as he would a man. He didnt appreciate or understand my frustration with him or his broken promises and broken word at all. Hes completely untouchable.I believe in Caveat Emptor. Ive purchased 8 used cars in my lifetime and have never had a bad experience, let alone one taken to these ridiculous levels. All of my other used car experiences were great with no regrets about the cars at all! This was a totally different, costly, disappointing, miserable and unprofessional experience.I greatly regret dealing with kyle at Skye Auto and having to take him to small claims court.

These guys were terrific shipping me a 500e across the country. I took them at their word (because of old positive reviews) after a few phone calls and the car arrived exactly as described, in great shape. It is very very fun to drive, EVs are wonderful machines. They are honest, know what they are doing, and the prices are way better than carvana or anywhere else. Many thanks, I wish other auto dealers were this honorable.

The motto of this guy is: nice doing business with you, dont ever contact me again. ill ignore you and even block you from my caller list.Bought a car from this guy...here is my experience....the car itself is okay.....no false advertisement....but this guys service is bad......when i got the car, it was very dirty, i had to spend $300+ for a detailed cleaning.the antenna was missing, had to ask him multiple times to ship me a replacement. he told me its new but its not, its a used one, i can see the dirt.the car comes with a 120V charger but my apt complex provided a 240V...at the time i didnt know what to do, called/texted many times...nothing from this guy.due to my lack of experience with special and tedious CA car transaction...i accidentally threw away my license plates. asked this guy multiple times how to proceed. after many many phone calls/ texts...he finally talked to me....instead of telling me i needed to deal with DMV directly, he told hes gonna take care of it. and vanished from the face of the earth. so i asked around and googling DMV website to get it resolved.it left a bad taste in my mouth.will NOT come back for business again.may be all dealerships are like this....i dont know.-------After i posted a review, now you have time to respond to me?again, you could have told me to go to DMV to have the license plate replaced. but you didnt. you told me you were going to take care of it. thats how unprofessional you are.

Well they have me waiting for a bank answer since yesterday early morning, because the representative that called me was gonna be with his kids. I understand that but I need a car asap for emergency so Im looking for something else!
