Hands down the best auto parts store out. In 5 years of going here almost daily there has only been 1 time ever that we had to order the part I needed.Most all the staff knows very well how to find what you need and there is an excellent supply of all types of special tools in house. On at least 5 occasions this year alone I was even able to find special tools for heavy duty diesel just on their shelves. I have stopped using rock auto after discovering this store

Defamation of Character, Today I called Allied Auto Parts and spoke with Manuel. I asked if they sold a tire air canister. He said yes. I explained I needed to make sure I has enough to purchase it so he put me on hold and went to check. Manuel said he had one and it was $6.49 and it has an attached hose. I gave him my name and said I would be there soon. He said he would have it up front for me. I texted my brother right away to let him know the price. I purchase lots of parts for both of my vehicles and have always had excellent service. When I got up to the line Ricky attended to me. I let him know what I was there to pick up. He was not able to locate the item up front. He proceeded to the isle to get a can. Brought it up, but I noticed it did not have the attachment Manuel had told me about. This can was $9 with change. I said no, I was told it was $6.49. He went back to ask Manuel and he said no. Then, a tall gentleman said we have not had anything with an attached hose in quite some time. I left. People if you decide to purchase from Allied Auto make sure you ask for a reference number or this may happen to you.I posted pictures of the time I called Allied Auto and the text I sent my brother with the price for the item. They made me feel really bad. As though, I was lying about what I had come in there to purchase. Shame on you, Manuel.

Dont come to this store they are scammer. They give you the parts that it wont work once you return the product they dont wanna give your money back.. Scammer i already file a complaint at ftc.Gov

I regularly use Allied Auto for my automotive parts needs because of their inventory, quality of parts and knowledgeable staff. However, on my most recent visit I was especially delighted with the service I received from Jose. He was very pro-active and exhibited exceptional customer skills. I am helping restore an antique farm tractor for LEAF here in Fremont and Jose was extremely helpful in determining the parts and material needed for this endeavor. A fair amount of time on his part was required to compare a variety of parts because there was not make & model information available. I greatly appreciated his assistance in this project and I heartily recommend Allied Auto for reasons like this!

My go to auto parts store for automotive parts I need today. This is the same auto parts store that used to be located by the Cloverleaf bowl. A couple of (big) steps above your average AutoZone or OReillys in terms of quality and service. A good selection of brand name parts. Give them a try if youre a DIY mechanic or looking for parts for one.

3stars because fair price on radiator but I called in for a radiator. The guy on the phone said it was in stock. Went to the store to find out it was not in stock and I had to wait one or 2 hours to be delivered from san ramon. He said he would call when it arrives. I called 3 hours later to find out it was already there. No call!!! I picked up the radiator it was the correct one. My nightmares was over. Not that allied was my nightmare. My radiator issue was my nightmare.

They hired a rookie to sell parts and ended up selling all the wrong parts and costing me twice at the mechanic . When i called and spoke to the owner santiago he just got all offensive with me and started to give threats . Not a place for a professional business . They run a family scam thats how they made it said the owner him self!

Big inventory of parts, friendly and helpful staff, good prices. They also carry a much bigger selection of oils than the other auto parts chains. The nearest AutoZone (which I also like) doesnt even carry any manual transmission oil that was safe to use in my car, but Allied had half a dozen to choose from.

These guys definitely know their stuff. They were able to identify the heater control valve I needed for my Ranger over the phone and had it ready to go as soon as I got there. They even went the extra mile and had two different price levels ready for me and thoroughly explained the difference while allowing me to make my own decision. Definitely wont ve going anywhere else from now on.

I ordered my part on a friday and the said it will be here monday. When i got to the store to pick it up i found out the salesperson forgot to order the part and i had to wait an additional 3 hours throwing of my plans for the day.

Called them up looking for AC Delco parts for my Cadillac. Asked if theyd price match Amazon as they wanted almost twice the price I coud get it for and got a resounding NO. Was even willing to pay a little more but still got a NO. Went ahead and got them same day delivered from Amazon. I tried to support a local business as I live in the community but was not willing to be gouged. I guess they dont need business that bad.
