Mark is a professional in every extension of the word. He helped me get my future Can-Am and RZR services in order, gave me safety education and shared with me a few important things to consider for safety and good memories.

Please keep in mind I am a service manager at a big Toyota store in the east bay so I have a different outlook when it comes to customer service and my expectations are very high. Mark is for one a brilliant man, his attention to detail is second to none and he tells you like it is which I very much appreciated. He did a new roll cage for me from LTI and new axles, new drivelines, removed a stereo (that I never should have bought lol) fixed my seats. All at my request. What he also did just cause hes a good dude and wants to make sure I dont roll my car at 80mph is go through every nut and bolt to make sure I was safe. From getting a cage, to making those seats right and everything in between this project fought us. Not Marks fault no one had metal but he stuck with it, stayed focused and got the job done. A true testament to his work ethic. So if you want it done right and by someone whom has raced and actually cares about your safety this is your man.

I brought my ATV into Mark’s shop after I damaged it pretty good on my last run having did a 360-degree flip tearing up the left side of my ATV and roll cage.Mark was extremely helpful and patient with me through the process of getting my ATV back to fighting form. Mark helped me understand the trade-offs for different repair options saving me money while not compromising quality. Mark truly knows his way around ATV’s.The other great thing about Mark is that he freely shares his vast ATV racing knowledge which in my case resulted in some pretty cool safety and performance related upgrades to my ATV.My ATV is literally better looking, safer, and higher performing now that Mark takes care of my machine. They took a brand new battery I had when I had my bike serviced there awhile back. My bike didnt start about a week after I had it serviced there. I took the seat off to look at the battery and it was not the same battery I had bought. It was an (old) original Japanese battery that came with the bike. They were the last ones that worked in my bike so I know it was them that did it. Batteries plus told me the reason people take new batteries is so they can sell the cells or something like that. I went to the owner and confronted him about it and I showed him my invoice the date I bought the battery. He didnt argue with me and reimbursed me for me getting another new battery. Not sure if the owner knew about it, which Im sure he did because its just him and another worker there (at the time). So if you do go there, CHECK YOUR BATTERY!

Mark over at MN ATV knows his stuff. Very Knowledgeable and lets me pick his brain on questions I have time to time. Great customer service and great pricing. He took care of my Suzuki ATV Quad and my Polaris RZR UTV / Side By Side. Thanks again Mark for everything you do for us in the community!

Do not waste your time or money here there a plenty of other businesses out there that will provide you with great customer service and be even a few bucks cheaper! If you have any questions in regards to my review message me, otherwise my advice to you from our experience with them ...be smart go elsewhere.

I took my 2000 YZ 426 to these guys because it would only run (barely) with the hot start button on . He said No problem, theyll have it running like new in no time . Well, $970 dollars and 2 months later still not working, at all . He lost the original fasteners and replaced them with cheap knockoffs . Then when I confronted about it he said hed replace them . he sure did, with more knockoffs . Then he offered to fix it if I had someone else troubleshoot it . Weird Wont bring anything to him ever again .

We are very disappointed in the customer service we received from Mark and we will not give him good recommendations for repairs! If you want good customer service - dont go to Mark Norman ATV.

I left and told them I would be reporting them to the Better Bussiness Bureau. Do yourself a favor DONT USE Mark Norman ATV.

I wasnt really happy about the oil, bolts, and clutch sensor cable. To this day I still havent received a call back. Mark is a nice guy and all, but I just think that he may be in the wrong business or overwhelms himself with too much work and doesnt keep the quality control to where it should be.

Excellent service, fast turnaround and very knowledgeable about my ATV model recommendations! Ive implemented a number of his recommendations already, like switching my tires to Maxxis Razr 6-ply tires, which has made riding incredible; no more flats and incredible stability and grip. Also great recommendations on service items and ride/performance improvements.

Dropped my ArtiCat Wildcat UTV mid Jan 2019 for valve adjustment and general check told Mark no rush take your time.He discovered the air intake was not clamped on completely and caused several issues with the cylinders, valves and injector.Picked it up early June in top shape and ran it July 4th week runs stronger now.

Mark is a lifesaver. Found out my ATV was broken just a few days before a big trip. He moved mountains to fit me in and repair it when no one else would. He saved not just my trip but my friends who are coming with me and relying upon my ATV. Can’t thank him enough or rate him highly enough. I wish there were more stars.

Had some business dealings with the owner. He made a simple issue an ordeal, and was very unpleasant, the guy went from zero to pissed immediately. I recommend avoiding the man entirely. Its a shame, I think he does good work.Edit: That must have been someone else. Either way I feel like this isnt a great way to handle either case, and kinda illustrates my point.

I had my motorcycle in their shop and waited patiently almost 4 months to have it fixed. The first week I noticed a fuel leak coming from under the fuel tank that I cant locate. Im so dissatisfied after paying $1000 for repairs and no guarantee

Marks shop is like a mom and pop family business with great customer service I was in a rush job situation and I didn’t think Mark was going to be able to accommodate me but I was wrong he was able to do the job and gave me 3 days to spare . I highly recommend MN ATV for any repairs on ATV and UTV . Thanks for the great job.

Complete waste of time and money I payed around $100 dollars for a diagnostic on my 01 banshee and I got no where except get accused of tampering with my own bike by the owner mark norman I was even courteous and patient of his time since he mentioned he wouldnt be in town for a week or so I trusted him to get my bike running but instead I am out $100 and I still dont have the slightest clue of what is wrong with my machine he was also extremely rude over the phone and told me he simply didnt want to work on my bike disgusting customer service as a person and as a business should have just followed my gut from the start if your looking to get your ATV fixed do what youd like with this information safe riding everyone.RESPONSE:No mark what wasnt cool was you wasting my time and accusing me of purposely messing with my own bike to create a nightmare puzzle for you to solve I dont see any benifit in that false claim I took the bike home and did nothing but wrap the wiring harness back up in electrical tape as you suggested me to do I also never said I would clean the carbs my self so you must have misunderstood but one thing I clearly understand is your lack of knowledge on these bikes you have been the first mechanic I have ever encountered that does a diagnostic through a process of elimination when I got to my auto shop and I get a diagnostic on my bike or vehicle to know why it wont start the shop does not call me back until they know exactly what is causing the issue and why but none of the less thats in the past now and the bike is up a running like new and I cant believe such an expert as yourself could have missed such a simple mistake and the way you spoke to me over the phone should have never happened to any customer you went zero to one hundred really fast and Not once did I raise my voice at you or say anything in a rude tone as you did to me hope you have a good life mark.

Good guy, I soon as I talk to him I knew I was in the right place, also putting his best to get my bike on time for my trip, really lucky we have a him as our quad mecánic on this side of the bay

I took my 400EX and Banshee that had sat for a couple of years to MNATV, Mark had them running awesome in no time! Charged me less than other quotes I had from competitors too. Small shop great work!

Thefinance manger is poor at returning phone calls and I find their service on previous customers such as myself is very poor.

Mark Norman ATV is a one Man shop and he refuse to pick his calls and even refuse to call back,i have been calling him over a week and he has not been up my calls nor call me back,if the number you put on your page is not functioning then change itI will not recommend him!!!

Tried talking to him and he belittled me as if I did not know what I was talking about . Very rude on the phone. I would never take my bike to this guy he is way over price . If your thinking of taken something to him think again before you do.

Mark is a winner. He is an expert mechanic. If you can break it Mark can fix it.
