I recently bought a car at this dealership. The salesman was great but that’s where it ends. I get to finance and the guy starts giving me the numbers. He tells me the best interest rate he can get me is 4.29%. I told him I have never had an interest rate that high while financing a vehicle. He told me that even though I have a great credit score (835) that 4.29% is the best he can do. He told me if he was to shop around for a better rate every time he checked a different bank or credit union would be another hit on my credit. I later found out that is a blatant lie. He could have checked multiple places and gotten me a much better rate but the higher interest rate he sells the higher his commission is. Jokes on him I refinanced @1.9% so he gets nothing from me. I would never buy another car from this dealer. Definitely a buyer beware situation.

This is a bit late but I hope that it’s still helpful. My fiancé and I visited them a couple of months back. We were looking to get a used Acura and we were treated very nicely, and I don’t mean the usual sweet/small talk. Cesar and Tony we’re very helpful and respectful to what we wanted to walk out with. When it was time to talk interests, Tony honored an interest special we had seen on the Acura website. Since the car was used it has some blemishes but without hesitating, Tony gave us his word they would get fixed and they did. Overall, we had great experience and would definitely got back to them.

Dont believe a CERTIFIED car will be in good condition or reliable with all the facts listed. I bought one thinking that. I found out there were body work and rear glass replaced but they will tell you nothing was done. If they do repairs in house without reporting damage to insurance or DMV then nothing will show up. I discovered bigger problems that needed me to go to them several times and spend many days to fix the problem. Dont believe everything they tell you. The actual miles was 3k miles more than what was listed online when I looked at the car. I brought up the issue and the used sales manager said hell take $60 off the price!! what a jack@$$ used car salesman he was. Should have known there would be other problems to follow

Great service from Will Liu and the Acura Service Dept! I had the trailering ATF cooler installed on my MDX so I could increase my towing capacity. From the moment I arrived for my appointment I was immediately tended to and the service rep talked to me about what would be done, which instills confidence. They provided me a loaner vehicle so we could do our errands while waiting, they finished promptly and the car was nice and washed when complete. They have service down and it’s easy to see. Great work.

When our MDX with 3600 miles lost AC it was very concerning, appointment was easy and when I sat down with William Liu the service advisor then all fell in place. William Liu with 15 years of experience, with honesty, integrity and care put your mind at ease and I went after my business till I was notified the car is ready. And by the way the loaner car was extra nice.We bought our car from Acura of Fremont andsaved over $6000 compare to redwood city dealership.I will definitely will be back with every service we need for our cars.Sincerely Judy and Piere

They charge me almost $600 to replace one door lock. That only last 13 months I call them and they said it past one year and I don’t have guarantee. I decide to replace the part by myself and it’s not even a genuine part they put an after market and charge almost $600 dollars and that took me like 2 hours to replace it. BIG SCAMMERS

The service here is OUTSTANDING. I have never met anyone at a dealership that genuinely worked in your favor to get you exactly what you needed in your range. They dont give you customer service, they give you FAMILY TREATMENT, and I have never been more at ease buying a car in my life. My husband was so impressed with their service, hes literally coming back to trade in his car for something else! Ali, Matt, and Oshang helped us out and made our experience smooth and everything went without a hitch. Great job, staff! You guys are all amazing!

Best car buying experience ever! I purchased a 2018 Certified Acura MDX from Matt Pazhman. Matt is the most human car salesman I have ever encountered. He is a genuinely kind man. This was a no hassle and no stress transaction. My daughter and I flew in from another state to sign final paperwork and drive the vehicle home. Matt had everything ready to go, we were in and out in less than 2 hours, and on our way with a gift of some healthy snacks for our drive home. Very unprofessional experience! We had called them before coming to the dealership regarding a lease offer listed on the Acura website . On the phone, they agreed to match the offer and called us in. Once we reached, they blamed it on the Acura website for the incorrect numbers but agreed to honor it if we made the purchase the same day. We were ready to book the car and after 2 hours of claiming that they will in fact honor the price, they finally refused to do so and gave us a regular quote. There were 3 problems here: firstly as an Acura dealer, they are not aligned with the information and offers mentioned on Acura website. Secondly, even if they don’t have to be aligned, they could have been honest upfront which would have saved us so much time. Thirdly, there was chaos and confusion among the representatives and manager throughout our time there. They should be more knowledgeable and know what they are saying and doing.Acura dealership experience at Pleasanton and Oakland is way better.

Scott Yamasaki. You need to look for him. We actually visited many other acura dealerships from los gatos all the way to pleasanton... and did not find anyone as helpful and thorough as Scott. He was patient to take us through all our options from buying a new car all the way to a preowned certified car. We ended up buying a certified preowned MDX. But he also helped us sell our current volvo XC60! Totally unexpected! He is someone that will hustle FOR you... not hustle you.

Ive been a customer at Acura of Fremont now for 6 years. I recently had a 2008 TL love that car. And I took that car to accurate Los Gatos and Stevens Creek Acura. as well but nothing compares to Acura of Fremont. I gave Acura. Fremont more than five stars I give them 10 stars. I took my TL to Acura Of Fremont first service for at least three years. I wish I found this dealership a lot sooner the customer service there is one of a kind the best of the best. Wais Taj the service manager really takes care of his customers and is there to help. And all the advisers are very friendly and they know what theyre doing. I felt very comfortable. I love this dealership so much about eight months ago I just purchased a 2020 RDX A-spec from Acura Of Fremont. And I still take my RDX to Acura Of Fremont. On my RDX I had a infotainment problem. Acura Of Fremont took care of me. And this is the only dealership that I know that has a lot of loaner cars. Stevens Creek Acura. does not have any loaner cars. To anybody whos out there who is looking for a dealership that takes care of their customers and understands their customers I highly highly recommend Acura of Fremont. Best actor dealership in the bay area hands-down. Thank you Acura of Fremont for me having the best service experience and also sales experience. Highly recommend you say hi to Wais Taj the greatest service manager Ive ever met. He goes out of his weight and gives 110% of his time to help his customers out. I feel like Acura Of Fremont treats their customers like family. I know dealerships can be a hassle. But this dealership is not the go out of the way to help the customer out. Terrible terrible customer service and experience... would give negative stars if I could...Nobody seems to know how to transfer a call or to the right department... Managers lie about giving you a call back or assisting you with your issue..Long story short, while my vehicle was under warrantee the battery died before reaching 20k while car was brand new, was still under warrantee and was told the battery would be replaced with a BRAND NEW battery which would carry a new 4-6 year warranty... Fast forward 2 years and a few months to now and the battery that was replaced died again, but started to leak breaker fluid and broke the terminal almost causing my car to go up in flames..Reached out to Acura of Fremont (where car was purchased and battery replaced) to receive terrible service and continuously get passed on to associates in different areas of service that have no clue about customer service.. Manager Wais doesn’t return voice messages when he said he would and lied about my car still being in warrantee so roadside assistance could actually tow my car to them to replace the battery. What made matters worse is Wais even acknowledged, that the battery that was placed in my car as new was probably defective.. still waiting for a call back and to get my battery replaced as promised by Wais, but Acura will not come and tow my car to get serviced!!! Terrible customer experience and service from top down and their extended warranties are awful, please proceed with caution when dealing with the members at this location..Very disappointed in the manager Wais and how he’s handled my situation which still needs to be fixed!

I don’t recommend the sales her name is Kelly. She is not trustful and honest. I bought 2019 RDX from her. The car has many problems less than one year. During last year, I repaired break, and the energy save system did not work all the time. Now, front parking sensor keeps warming every couple minutes. I tested message to her, no response at all. Recently, I got that she did not sold a brand new car to me. When I bought that car which already with 175miles, that means someone drove that car. However, all of these she never mentioned to me when I bought the car.

I bought my RDX here last year. Pretty good customer service. Sales person was very friendly and helpful to close the deal. Visited for A1 service today, their accelerated service is pretty good, just had to wait for 1Hr for service to finish. We all know service at dealer are expensive, just buy what you need, dont fall for any up selling!

No explanation or details shared of diagnostic tests performed on the vehicle and little communication/updates on the vehicle while it was at the shop. Terrible customer experience. These guys are great. Not sure what the problems are below. I had an excellent experience with the sales team, beginning to end. Scott quickly accommodate my request to view a vehicle late on a Sunday. Alex was very flexible in helping me navigating financing options and coming to an agreeable deal. Finally, Sultan was a smooth operator in the finance department to make sure everything was good to go.These folks are honest and up front. Ill be looking again next time Im in the market. I feel terrible for people who get scammed by the prices in service. I was quoted $700+ for A123 service, which I got done elsewhere for $170 total.They charge $180 for the cabin air filter change alone. You can buy the filter from Amazon for $20 and it takes ~30 seconds to replace through the glove box. The quoted price is an absolute joke.

To me 1 star for this service department is too much. If there is a zero, i will grade that 0. I brought my 2016 mdx in for service. They gave me a car back with zero filled oil. I drove the car on the way home. Car got hot, emission failed. I have to stop on the road wait for them to bring oil and filed up. They damage my car and refuse to take serious action. It is like you went to a hospital for surgery and doctor forgot a knife in the stomach. This si how bad this dealer is.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, DISORGANIZED and HOSTILE ATTITUDE from the manager JAY!! Absolutely the worst purchasing experience ever! My fiance and I were here for an RDX and we managed to get a pretty good deal from the sales associate but they had absolutely ZERO communication between the sales and finance managers whatsoever! First day we were there we spent 3.5 hours and they ended up putting a higher number on paper than what we ultimately agreed on with their sales associate. The finance manager flipped out, raised his voice when we questioned him about the number. We explained then he made a seemingly correct adjustment so we signed. After we got home we tried to work out the numbers again with the loyalty rebate and realized there was a big mistake in their calculations again with an extra $1000. Second day we spent another 3 hours at the dealers waiting for the Finance Manager to correct the numbers. They explained that the higher manager who gave us our deal left early hence all the confusion. However they never apologized and put us to the blame when we complained to their sales manager, Jay, about the ridiculously long wait to have the number finally fixed. His attitude was very hostile and said he refused our business for which we have already paid for! Clearly he was completely clueless. He even said it was our problem for making the numbers confusing and they needed to take their time to “help”. Jay, if you guys hadn’t taken the responsibility to correct it, it would have been a scam that you guys could potentially be sued for!

We have 2 Acura and we always drive 40 mins to get service over there. They have excellent staffs and decent lobby. You can have a free coffee and spend your time like in a coffee shop while waiting for the service, or even rent a car and enjoy a lunch outside if you don’t like to wait. We have couple times working with Justin, who always explained the job in detail and provide us useful advice. Juan is another staff who we work with recently but make me very impressed. He is a friendly guy who has high enthusiasm and being very responsible to look for your car’s demand. I would recommend Acura owners having service there absolutely.

I highly recommend this place! I came in a few weeks ago to replace a malfunctioning seat-belt buckle on my TL which is covered under lifetime warranty through Acura. Will in the service department was great and made the process seamless and overall experience very enjoyable. He even remembered to ask me about the event I attended between my visits. Top notch.

The customer service is horrible here, we bought the car on Thursday 01/31/19 paid 10k upfront, and they said they will deliver the car on Friday(next day) we waited until Friday night no one showed up or called us, then we went to the dealer on Saturday and we talked to cyrus and the manager and said they will deliver the car on Wednesday,and gave us a car to use until then, so we waited until Wednesday, no one showed up, they made an excuse that they will deliver the car on Thursday or Friday because of the traffic, and then told us that theres something wrong with the Break light, they have to order the part and told us to wait until Friday, so its Friday now and I called the manager, didnt answer my call or responded to my email or messages, theyre saying that my car isnt ready yet, they suck at communicating. Negative stars for this dealer

This review is for the Service team & Mechanics... I have been getting my Acura serviced here for like 3 years. I love the people that work in the service area. Justin and John always help me when Im there and they always do a great job in explaining everything that is getting done and giving me options if needed. I am shopping around to get a new 2019 RDX, there is another dealer offer me a better price. I showed the email to one of their sales, at first they said they can match the offer and may give a better offer. Then the sales manager Alex called me, I thought it might be some good news, but that guy is so arrogant and told me they cannot match the offer because they provide better service and finance. It is so ridiculous to me and I told him I will get the car with better price, he just hanged up. Will never get a car from this place.

I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. I made a 9am appointment on a Saturday, didnt see an adviser to get checked in until about 9:30am, then was told that they are behind schedule and my car wouldnt even be seen for another 2-3 hours. The shuttle only takes you within 5 miles, and they had multiple drives ahead of me. No loaner cars available. I decided to walk to the near by shopping center, and 2 hours later I was called to say that they wont even get to my car today! I had an appointment!! Needless to say, I eventually walked back to get my car. (which by the way was parked about 10 feet from the street and was left unlocked with the keys in the cup holder!!!) Eventually got my car made another appointment that was in an inconvenient time to me (the customer!) and left. But after all frustrations, I decided... I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!! Took my car to another dealership and got everything taken care of in one day!!I had an awful experiencing purchasing my car from this dealership - if I didnt have just a few days to buy a new car (after my car was totaled in an accident) I would have never bought my car from this place!

Purchased an Acura TL 2013 from this Acura Dealership in 2014. I am quite satisfied with the vehicle. The service at Acura I am not really satisfied with. Dont ask me why, but I initially signed up for the extended warranty which was an extra $4000. After realizing, why pay interest on something that Im not even using or will probably never use, I decided to cancel it to get some of that money back. I got the money back minus the months that the warranty was in effect. I had $900 of GAP coverage added on. I cancelled that too and signed paper work for this. I cancelled it in August 2014. It is March 2015 and I have still not received a refund for the GAP coverage. When I went to ask them in person, I was told that the GAP coverage cancellation was Stuck and is still in processing. I was asked to follow up a month later. I followed up and now I can not get a hold of anyone in finance. Its been 2 Weeks and I still cant get a hold of anyone in Finance. Not sure whats going on. I really Like Acura as a Brand put this dealership is lacking in quality customer service.

The reason why he was the best was because he took the time to listen. The others just seem to move on and let you continue to deal with an problem. Very poor service. I usually dont waste my time writing reviews but I would be doing a disservice to anyone trying to buy a car OR getting their car serviced if I didnt comment. I tried to buy a car here at Fremont about a year ago- the salespeople were so off putting that my wife and I walked out and on the same day drove to Pleasanton Acura and bought a car. I have now tried to service my car two times in Fremont- the first for an oil change where they tried to up-charge me on all kinds of services. The second time was today- I called yesterday and asked for a loaner b/c I needed a break job (after only 38K miles). I arrived, they scheduled me for an oil change and had no loaner- terrible and a colossal waste of my time. We all have so little free time these days that this kind of inconvenience is unacceptable. I work up in SSF so waiting around here to drop off a car was a real hassle, I normally need to be on the road by 6a. In my opinion you should find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money. Finally, I will say that I NEVER had a problem with BMW. I will not buy an acura again- the cost of ownership and my overall experience with the company means I will be going elsewhere for my next car.

Dealer added a optional All State service contract that they NEVER mentioned that came out to add $3,759 to the loan value. Called to speak about the issue and after receiving my information finance manager conveniently had another customer ahead of my call supposedly. I’ll be taking this dealership to small claims court if the issue is not resolved. Completely wiped out my down payment, absolutely unexceptable and not a trust worthy dealership

AWFUL experience!!!!! Most hostile, rude and condescending group of sales people and managers I have ever met. I have never been spoken to in such a rude tone and manner. These people made it difficult to get accurate answers, you felt like you were a burden to them if you asked questions or attempted to clarify things on a car. They also made me feel very uncomfortable in that they were hiding things. WORST car lot I have ever been to.

I have to give it to the excellent team of Acura of Fremont for getting into my MDX. I had gone there few months back and did a test drive and nearly bought an Acura at that time. What created an impression for me and my family was there no pressure and super friendly team. They did everything that they could to help us get the car at that time. Ultimately we couldnt then but came back in December to buy the vehicle without doing test drives with other dealerships or brands just because of the experience we got there. Definitely recommend them for anyone out in the area for cars

I have never experienced a more seamless car buying experience. Working with Scott Yamasaki is as good as it gets. I e-mailed him to make sure the car I wanted was in stock, followed up with a call to make an offer, and 10 minutes later we had a deal. I live in northern Virginia, so Scott was appointed my agent to make sure the car was safely transported back east. At every step of the process he was responsive and professional -- right down to making sure the cover on my cars glove compartment packet wasnt damaged by the dealerships sticker. The car arrived in perfect condition, and Scott helped make what could have been a complicated transaction quite simple. If only all car dealerships were so straightforward and professional...

In this morning, the experience of service department with Justin, service guy, he changes my attitude of Acura as great company into bottom one and even worst. The way he talked to me likes service is fee oriented and no service. His attitude like question you and is very impolite. I dont feel that he respects customer. If you consider to purchase car in Acura of Fremont, please be caution to purchase new car which has some hidden problem later and their lower class service will be considered too.

I am having the worst customer service ever in my life from this place. I dont want to give them any rate because I am not having any response for my issue but keep ignoring. I want to cancel the extended warranty on my CPO 2016 Acura MDX so I called the finance manager more than 10 times last 1 week leaving voice messages several times but no feedback what so ever. So I called the general manager to solve this issue. GM got back to me 1 time, trying to persuade not to cancel extended warranty and ended call without any action on cancellation. Now, I cannot reach anyone to solve my problem. Anyways, do not deal with this place. You will have the worst experience for long time.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I live in Sacramento. I received several quotes via Edmunds app from various dealerships in Norcal. KELLY TRAN was fantastic! She answered all my questions. Sent me several quotes. When I narrowed it down, she even sent me pics of my future car. Lastly...theres no such thing as haggling. I got a screaming deal that no one else could touch! I ended up Lyfting from Sac to Fremont just so that I could give my business to this amazing young lady. People that worked there actually made eye contact and said hello. The finance manager was very nice too. I was outta there in 2.5 hours. Great culture and even BETTER SERVICE! Go Acura of Fremont!

Purchasing a used car here was an extremely non-personal experience, they did not have my interests in mind at all:- was handled by two different sales reps in the same day, very little knowledge or selling of the car, just pushing to buy- constantly talked about the quality of their inspections but were never able to produce an inspection report- they changed the online price of the car the day after I originally test drove and talked pricing - claimed the initial price was a mistake- barely held to their initially agreed upon pricing saying the sales rep wasnt authorized to provide that price- feel like they lied about my credit score (said it was 85 points below the credit report I just received not a month earlier from a reputable mortgage broker)- offered a 3 year warranty price that was over 35% of the value of the car, were not knowledgeable about the warranty and had to be negotiated heavily- made verbal commitments that were revoked in less than 24 hours (you can purchase conditionally with 2 days to get it checked out, if you need more time let us know and we can give it to you *next day* nope, 2 days is what you signed)The only reason this is not a 1 star review is that someone in lending was eventually able to get me a good financing rate at the last minute. They are lucky I did my research and was a highly motivated buyer. I got the car checked out and there are no major issues but they did nothing to alleviate my concerns.

Purchased a used car from them Jan 2016 and Ive had nothing but problems with this dealership ever since. I shouldve known from the beginning when this car had been on the lot for over a month and was filthy, I had to request for it to be fully detailed again before I would sign the contract. Two weeks after purchase my axel broke...thank god I bought the extended warranty. Now Ive been trying to get a hold of the finance department all day to get information on my warranty...Ive left 4 messages with them and one with the General Manager and havent heard anything back....started at 9:30 this morning and it is now 3:30. I just tried calling again and was rudely hung up on. If you want to be treated with respect I highly suggest you spend your hard earned money somewhere else since they obviously only care about their bottom line and not their customers.

I bought a Highlander 2013 here 2 years ago. And was presented a faulty Carfax. The dealer must have known about the damage but they lied about it, and told me its a clear title car.I bought it for 23.3k, now came back after two years, they offered 11k. Absolutely ridiculous.
