Lauren was friendly, professional and very caring. She treated my mother in law as she would her own mom. Lauren patiently answered all our questions and concerned. Her top priority was that my mother on law felt comfortable!

This place is great. They were recommended to me over 3 hrs. ago by a friend both for service and best pricing for almost total loss of hearing in one ear.. I have since moved to NC and Gail is still helping me. Sent batteries when needed and recently had a broken aid. She offered to fix it, no charge, another place wanted $350 to repair. Thank you so much Gail, I would definitely advise checking out this company

Receptionist was knowledgeable of the batteries needed to operate my present hearing aids. She was very pleasant and cheery. My hearing aids were not purchased from this facility, but when I need new ones, Ill be back!

Bob was asked to serve on a jury duty on Jan 28, 20. He didnt feel comfortable with his hearing loss. Gayle at the Freeport office faxed in hisreport about his hearing to the court house. He is excused. He was worried he might miss something which could be bad for the trial. Thanks again Gayle for your help.

Moved to this nice town recently and needed to find someone to service my hearing aids. Another place wanted me to get new hearing aids, but John at Connect Hearing did a free hearing test and cleaned the units I currently have turns out wax was blocking the sounds.

Really nice staff, cant believe what I have been missing. VERY happy and recommended!

11-14-2019 -- Well you did it again -- OUTSTANDING customer service -- the 104 year old is now 105 -- she ran a hearing aid thru the wash at the nursing home we think!! found it -- it was OK but the piece going in the ear was gone. Gail ordered a new one and then delivered it on Thursday the 14th to the nursing home so our mother had it ASAP.Gail -- well done -- ThanksDave & Tom JecklinGreat folks -- Gail and John are very nice, professional and always look for the right way to help my 104 year old mother and myself.
