Manager comes off rude, not very welcoming upon service, and cuts me off with answers before I could finish my statement. I didnt appreciate the rude manager so I went to Aarons and received welcoming associates who listened and made sure all my questions were answered. Not to mention Aarons got me what I needed in less than an hour while rent a center was making me wait over a week just to see if I was approved.

Great people never had a problem getting anything only place I go for rent to own

Staff were respectful and reasonable. I cant say anything bad about this location. If you can afford to pay triple the price for an item that costs less elsewhere then go for it.

They add extra fees without telling you such as the Limited Damage Waiver. They also forgot to mention that the Benefits Plus membership is weekly. They only said it was $3 for the benefits. This is worse than a car salesman. I found this out after I paid ahead on my receipt (which they forwarded my payments ahead, which made the fees more expensive. I explained that I was never informed of this and politely asked for a refund for the misunderstanding. They refused to work with me. Im sending a letter to the corporate office.

We love our rented items. Came in handy when we needed a hand up. Patrick is the man! He always works with us, and is extremely friendly when we come into the store.

These guys were so amazing. Dusean and Boston put our furniture together with a smile. Its good to see young men who like their job, and do it well. I will be buying from Aarons again.

I was supposed to be getting a bed today at 3:00 Pm and it is now 5:55 and they have still not come. my daughter needs a bed to sleep in tonight. we can not leave to get supper in case they show up I am very disappointed in them And I will not be buying anything else from them in the meantime!
