Green Art has a lot of good options & the price wasnt too bad. I would go back.

John was a great salesman, he’d sell you the shirt off his back. I like the appointment because they spend time with you to pick out what you need. However, that was the ONLY good thing! John said all items were in stock, mind you i was redoing a bathroom and spent $2k! “In stock” failed to mention items were in their warehouse that would take weeks to come in. Ridiculous! My Reno was put on hold several times because the items weren’t in. Picking up items: the woman at the counter is so rude and she curses like a truck driver. I get that she works with men all day, but she even talks about other customers in front of people. I understand that due to covid, items may not have been there on time, but don’t tell me everything is in stock when you can’t get it for weeks. I canceled some items that weren’t in on time and purchased at Wayfair and got them in 5 days. I will NOT recommend this company for retail buyers and will never go back!!!

Cant say enough about this place. I bought something several years ago and it broke after warranty expired. The customer service is so amazing that they reached out to the manufacturer and explained my situation and was able to get a replacement for me. I will never go anywhere else. The customer service at Green Art is unparalleled!

These people are so rude! I called to make an appointment and the receptionist just bit my head off. She cut me off and said “We are all booked already” in a nasty tone. Well that did it for me. She pretty much just said I don’t need your business or your money. so off I go to somewhere else. KOHLER is a dime a dozen and I can find it anywhere!

Terrible! Terrible!! Terrible!!! You cant get anyone on the phone or reach anyone after you placed your order. They charge delivery fee that doesnt even show up on your invoice. Not an honest company and terrible customer service! Spend your hard earned money someplace else and save yourself unnecessary hassles that you have to endure with this company!!!

When entering the store I was told very brusquely “to wait outside”. I did so. There was one customer inside. Finally they let me enter. I told them I needed a bathroom faucet. They said I needed an appointment, and saw there were no other customers there!!I walked out and will never return to this place nor recommend it. I did make a purchase that same day elsewhere.

We recently renovated our kitchen with Green Art, it came out both beautiful and functional. Theres a place for everything in our kitchen now. The designers are awesome and the selection of cabinets ranges from high end to quality craftsmanship semi-custom. We also purchased our appliances and love our micro/convect oven. Green Art helped us create the perfect kitchen in the space we have. Thank you all, from design to delivery, you guys are the best!

I had a problem with a Moen kitchen spray wand. Everyone I dealt with was professional and service oriented. The follow through complete with calls to tell me when the wand would arrive were great.Thank You!!!

I purchased a vanity from Green art / NY Vanity in 1999. It has held up very well, and it is still looks pretty good. So when it was time to get a 2nd vanity for my master I went back for more. Green Art is good in that i dont feel they push the most expensive faucets, or products just so that they can make a commission. They steer you in the direction you want to go in. Great experience again. Thanks.

BEWARE!!!!! Apparently if you go to this store with a child you won’t be serviced. Apparently only one person is allowed at a time and they are expecting parents to leave their your child outside as if they were dogs. Never will I go back to this store. At this day and age where people of color get discriminated I would bet if it was a family of White or light skinned family they would not say this to them.

Terrible shopping experience. Im redoing my bathroom n needed information n guidance choosing fixtures and understanding the options. My salesman, Igor, was rude, condescending, and disinterested in assisting me. I was left unattended n waiting while he took two other customers calls. As a local homeowner Ill never go there again.

Tremendous selection of bathroom and kitchen cabinets, accessories and just about anything you might need to remodel either. A great selection. Amazing quality products. Really a must see if you are remodeling. Great staff. Very helpful.

This establishment is pathetic. Walked in a looked around for about 15 minutes. Nobody acknowledged me. What a wasted trip.Website says appointment recommended but not necessary. Apparently it is the only way to get a person in there to acknowledge your presence. I understand that people make appointments to work out details on a project but there should always be a person on the showroom floor that can answer questions posed by “walk ins”.Don’t waste your time here!!!

2 stars are for the service we received while making our selections. They helped us through the process of selecting the products that fitted best our budget and style. It went down the hill from there. Long delays on items ordered. I had to call multiple times to find out if items were in stock after I was promised that I would get notified right away. I received delivery of items, then later on I find out other items are ready for pick up and make another trip to pick up these items.The most important disclaimer is that if you buy a vanity from them made by New York Vanity and if your vanity is made of solid wood and painted, the paint will develop hair line cracks due to the natural wood expansion and contraction. However, if you like cabinets or vanities made of a solid wood that do not develop cracks check out Star Cabinetry in Elmont or Copiague. Our kitchen cabinets and kids vanities are from them and no cracking yet.

Buyer beware - Sells on Amazon under HomePlumbing. They false advertise Prime 2 day shipping, and without any communication do not ship in a timely manner.Amazon should revoke their seller account.
