I’m always hesitant to try out new places but was recommended to come here and ask for Giovanni. Since then, this has been my go to place. Giovanni always goes above and beyond for his customers. Both the sales agent and the service manager were courteous and communicated the entire process quite well. I was informed of the repairs to be completed and their costs . The brake and tire replacement was done in a very reasonable amount of time . The cost was in line with another estimate I found . I would go back again . Overall a very good experience .

Service at front desk can be a little better. I made an appointment and arrived thinking I was going to get my inspection done. The person at the front desk stated they had called and left a voice mail because their notes said so I simply stated I did not and even showed my phone screen but whatever I moved on, made an appointment for the next morning. Next day comes dropped my car off, I was told I would get a phone call when ready.... I ended up calling and when I called Yeah yeah its ready.... I arrive, pay and was told give my phone over because they needed to see something in the email that was sent to me, as they were tapping on my phone I asked what was going on? (little too much tapping for my liking) they went along and did the survey for me which should not be allowed knowing the service was not great and it was not me submitting the survey. They also tried to keep my phone to do the google survey. I obviously said no I will do it myself. Who knows how many reviews are real at this point since this is happening. This is the first time this has happened to me as I been at this location a couple of times but sadly I will not be coming back, Other then that I got what I needed done (3 stars to them) but the person at the front desk needs to not be on personal calls while speaking to a customer and learn some better people communication skills/ respect.

I had an appointment for inspection and oil change at 8am and no one was there, one of the employees was rude and disrespectful. I wait 30mins and they told that the manager wasn’t in on time because he didn’t have a babysitter to take care of his kids, which I don’t understand why the rest of the employees couldn’t open. Then they told me the person who does the inspection wasn’t coming in. Worst service

I needed four new tires and I didn’t have a lot of money. I went to Goodyear and I felt like they were overcharging me. I went to Mavis to see if they can do better and they did. I’m happy I got this taken care of at a price I could afford.

Mavis tire is always takes care of my needs… Malik is such a great worker every time I go there he is always very nice and caring and always trying to help! I would highly recommend going there for great service!

I had flat tire Saturday morning with my wifes car. I went to costco to fix, there was too many people, cant even find parking. Google search led me to Mavis in Freeport. Shop was very busy, after waiting about 45 minutes, Giavani, the manager noticed me and asked me which car was mine. he fixed the flat in about 15 minutes, reinstall the tire and put spare into the trunk. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommended the shop. Thank you.

I had drove in and I was out of there within the same 10 minutes because of a very helpful associate named Malik. He helped with my issue I was having with my back wheel really quickly so Im pretty satisfied with Mavis. I’ve gone about 3 times all together and each time went good

I had a flat tire and went to good year. After an 1.5 hour wait, Goodyear informed they didn’t have a Goodyear tire.I am so grateful to the Mavis Freeport, Takisha and Gio. They had the tire in stock and they quickly replace.Great Customer Service.Thank you!

I had such a great experience with Freeport Mavis! Don, who I believe is the manager there, was so helpful, and so informative for all the things my car needed. Most importantly, he did everything he could to get me the best deals. I did not feel like I was charged anything that was unreasonable, or like I was being ripped off. He truly went above and beyond to help out and was such an amazing professional! Giovanni was also so kind and helpful and very welcoming when I brought my car and I knew I was in the best hands with my car there! Thank you guys for being so accommodating, and for your hard work! Ill be coming back for any and all of my future car needs!

One of the best Mavis tires I’ve been too. They pay attention to detail and are honest. I went in for a problem with my muffler and to change my tires. The manager Giovanni and his staff addressed all my issues and at a great price. I would recommend 100%!!!

Fantastic service! A.I. Helped me out in a Sun and stayed late to temporarily get me in the road for work the next day. A. I. Is very knowledgeable. He looked up my tire to find it was under warranty, so I came back the next day to replace my tire.I am so grateful that A. I. Was kind enough to open the door on a Sun to help someone in distress. My mind put at ease. I have a Mavis rt by my house, but Freeport Mavis has me as a customer even though it is a little further from then the other Mavis. A.I. S professionalism and kindness has made a customer out of me.

The staff was polite and attentive. And I was pleasantly surprised by a much smaller bill than I dreaded. Giovanni and the team took great care of me. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today and honestly any other time I’ve been to Freeport Mavis.

People need to learn to have patience when coming here. I wouldn’t want my car to be fixed in record time but inefficiently. My boy AI took care of my RAV4 with time and care. Gave me options for my annoying leaking tire, and fixed the mess up that Pep boys left me with. Bless

I take my car to Mavis Freeport. I always have a great experience with all the employees. They did my tail lights head lights, oil changes, and recently my fog light. Giovanny greatly helped me in the last project of my car. Giovanny is extremely reliable and even honest he personally ordered a new fog light lamp for me when i kept receiving the wrong parts from other places. He received and replaced it the same day!! The mechanic Trevor did a great job on replacing my fog light lamp. Malik also helped as well with his great advice and customer service. You know they do a spectacular job if I am taking the time to acknowledge and thank each employee and even remember their names! Can I give 6 stars?
