My girlfriend brought her car in for an oil change & inspection. They told her she needed tires & breaks. The car is only 1 year old with 8,000 miles. Wanted to charge her $1,100. Brought it to another place. They told her no tires or breaks needed. Never going here again.

I needed an oil change and an inspection on my car. Almost every autobody shop I have gone to has robbed me when an inspection is needed. Telling me I need this or that or I wont pass inspection. Meanwhile my cars are leased and brand new. JJ Miles didnt take advantage of me and didnt break the bank! Will use again and recommend!

Nothing but a rip off. Charged for work that was never preformed. Also never asked or got the ok to make repairs and charged for it. Never nasty people. They try to take advantage of you every way possible.

I had them put a starter in my truck so they took out the old starter put the new starter without side by side test... The new one was way to big and they still installed charged me twice so Ill pay over $200+ to install a starter.......

I know a lot of people, well I assume a lot of people are worried about getting ripped off from Auto repair shops. But I must say this place was very good they took care of my car problem and then I had another problem they took care of that. They did a very good job in a timely manner. I never compared prices from other places because I didnt feel that I needed to. I will definitely be going back there for my next issue

EDIT: 4:02 PM (In response to the owners reply)******What more evidence do you need to avoid a business than seeing that they are going to argue with the customer when they are in the wrong?I was called and informed that my cars rear tires were no good and that I would have to replace them or I would fail inspection. I declined this because of their price for two tires being $150 which is a pretty steep price. I asked whether they would still charge me for the inspection and they said yes. I immediately went down to the shop to see that they havent even ran the car through the inspection on the computer yet. They literally looked at my tires and hijacked my car by telling my that if I did not buy their tires that they are going to run the inspection anyway knowing that the car is going to fail anyway; just so that they can make the money off of the inspection. So lets be clear -- they ran the inspection knowing in advance it wouldnt pass just so they can make a couple bucks off me. There are plenty of honest mechanics out there that when they called me could have told me hey, your tires arent going to pass so youre going to have to get them replaced before we run an inspection. But this company would clearly rather argue with me than make it right and sees the $37.00 dollar failed inspection charge and the $5.00 for windshield wiper fluid I didnt ask for more beneficial to them than an honest relationship with their customers which creates trust -- making me come back and thus being more profitable in the long run.Not an honest mechanic. Just looking to charge you for services before telling you first. They even charge you $5.00 every time you go for windshield wiper fluid when you did not even ask them to do it in the first place. Pretty bad business practices if you ask me. Also very overpriced. Just lost my business. Go to Toli Tire around the block -- much better prices and definitely more honest.
