One of the worst experiences I ever had guy at front desk. The Spanish guy at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. When ask what was his problem he told me to get the hell out of his store.

I got the part I needed but to make someone feel uncomfortable for not wanting to speak Spanish and for going into talking about the people I date... none of your business and inappropriate. Service can be better to say the least

I had a very good experience with Freeport Auto and Wrecking. They provided quality and fast service. The tow men were nice and well experienced.

Made me pay cash for bad transmission. Good business practice.

Cheaters and gives a broken parts(proteins it working)then refuses to return it

They told me to come down and the part would be on the counter, when we went down I was told it is still in the car. told it would be delivered the next day when I was left on hold for 10 minutes at 3 minutes for them still not to have a definitive answer on if the part was coming. very unprofessional.

Worst place to get parts from. They give outrages prices for items that are broken or sitting in the sun all day. These people who sit in the front desk don’t know what they are talking about and say maybe it will fit? But dont give you the assurance you buy these parts for and they don’t end up fitting!!! No cash back ONLY STORE CREDIT. If you come here run!!!!People are not professionals at all. Don’t do business they suck

I ordered a really simple rear door order. It began with the door is on the way. Three days later they brought a door only it was the wrong door, which led to a great deal of unnecessary stress and anxiety. When they finally got the correct door it was delivered damaged. They wouldn’t even take off for the damage. Try another junkyard is my advice to the consumer. They even had the audacity to I was desperate, they confused determined with despair. Maybe you May be lucky and read this review before your buy from these amateurs. By the way I was a dealer for over 30 years.

Made me wait over an hour for a part that was badly damaged and they had the audacity to sell it at an absurd price . The workers are arrogant and disregard the customer. Scam orders over the phone they tell you they take all sort of payment when you come here they tell you cash only because their credit card machine is down heard this excuse one too many times then the parts that they gave you or D quality and if you God forbid have to return something they will never accept the return even though their policy shows 60 day store credit and then the owner of the facility will start arguments over his own policies which is not even documentary on paperwork complete scam lis

DONT GO TO THIS SHOP. THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU WHAT THEY QUOTE OVER THE PHONE.I reccomend going to another location.

Horrible I call to ask for parts and they don’t even try to be reasonable I ask for a trunk lid lock and they say I have the buy the trunk completely I ask for a hood release cable and they say they don’t wanna take it out thought this was an auto parts store might as well but the whole car and part it my self clearly they don’t know how to part cars out horrible wish the shops by Shea stadium where still in business this Gus would give you a screw if it meant making money if you looking for specific part shoot your shot hit or miss

I wrecked my Jeep Wrangler in a head-on collision. It was salvageable but it was going to cost me too much time and money to fix it (cause I only had regular insurance). I needed to sell it. I called auto salvage yards all over Nassau and they all low-balled me. They did not even look at my Jeep, they just punched in some basic info and read a quote from a screen. I found Freeport Auto Parts & Wrecking Corp. and the manager was savvy enough to know that a car such as mine has value, even though the front of the car was in bad condition. Im glad I found this place and will be going back if I need parts for my new car. Great place, great people!

Called for part they said it just came in and they have it. Great. Went there next day early told me it was sold last week. Weekend guy gave me the info on part. Needed another part could pick it up later. Was in area stopped by was told mechanics did not come in today. So that plan squashed. Then the hours were hard to be there by 5. Mentioned to him I work the hours are not good for me. I work. If I was retired or unemployed or on welfare then it would be ok. The guy was flipping out saying I dont care anything about that or your life. We dont affect Know ones life. You dont make a difference. No one does. Very offensive Everytime I deal with him there is an issue. Dont know if I will ever go back tired of him.The other employees never a problem. Will never deal with him again. Wonder how many opportunities are lost by him. He needs retraining or something to be left in charge.

My brother told me about this place. I went there to get a crankshaft pulley for my Honda Accord. The owner is a very knowledgeable and very courteous, great guy. I got the pulley but I needed a keyway and they did not have it. He sent me to another spot close by and I got the keyway. I definitely recommend anyone looking to find used parts for their car to use Freeport Auto Parts and Wrecking Corp. Good people to deal with.
