This place has horrible customer service. I paid over $600 to get a new mattress and box springs. It took over a month to get it all delivered. First the box springs wouldnt fit up the stairs so I paid extra to get a split box spring. Was told it would take them up to 2 weeks to get them. I called at day 10. Not there yet. Then I called on day 25. They had them in but it would be days before they could deliver. So I hired someone else to carry them for me. I will never shop in this place again and I strongly suggest no one else does.

My family and I have gotten several things from Riteway over the years- from mattresses to appliances to even some furniture. We’ve always been treated “rite”. They have a great selection, are pretty knowledgeable about what they sell, and will offer to order something if they don’t have exactly what you want. My most recent purchase was a new mattress set and they were offering a great sale price, not to mention they deliver for free AND take away your old things. Their delivery drivers are prompt too and do a great job of making sure they get things where you want them. To top it off this time I received a nice HANDWRITTEN thank you card in the mail within a week of my purchase, which I thought added a nice personable touch to the whole experience. I definitely know to shop Riteway before anyone else in the area if I need anything they carry.

Good prices for quality furniture. Older building. Not the fancy layouts as other big name stores. Thats probably why you can find good deals.

The sales experience was great. The follow up was great. The furniture so far is fantastic. Where they fall short is in the delivery department. The two men who delivered our order were very lazy and seemed to mentally be at the tavern and physically in our home. These were not the nice guys I was promised would show up.

We’ve been shopping fo a king sized mattress to replace our 25 year old one. Shopped at many stores in the area, including Monroe,. We’ve bought appliances over the years from Riteway and decided to check out their mattresses. Needless to say, no high pressure, spent time explaining and describing the choices. We purchased a high quality, brand name mattress and box springs. Delivered and too away the old one. Very happy and satisfied. Don’t buy the big box stores. Stay with the local owned and operated stores.
