I had a lot going on w/ this job and United did great to help me out.

I made the rental online for the lawn aerator and trailer. The online application was very easy to use. I received an email to verify date and equipment. Upon arrival at United Rentals I called their entry phone number and an employee came right out. They hooked up the trailer to my truck and showed me how to operate aerator. It was very easy and I was gone in about 10-15 minutes to work on the lawn. Drop-off only took a couple minutes. Very easy to process and the employees I talked to and who helped me onsite were very friendly.

The equipment was in excellent condition. It was easy to use, the team at the Fredericksburg facility was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They took the time to show me how to use the equipment.

Equipment did not work entirely as it should; engine died on any incline; This business did make if right and refunded half of the rental fee and explained that it was a safety feature, and that there was a work-around. It was a slight incline and only happened in one direction, however. Smooth and convenient pickup and return.

Very easy. 5 minute conversation and rental process. Showed me the hardware and I rented. Great experience.

Pickup / dropoff was an simple process. Workers seemed nice and was able to complete job in a timely manner.

It is always a easy process and everyone is so professional.

The phone lines are always busy every time you call. As a result, you are placed on hold for long periods of time. Other occasions you can hear the phones ringing in the background, distracting the salesperson. You are rushed such that they can answer other calls, and you feel like you are bothering them when you ask follow-up questions.

Overall, the local employees did right by me.
