The customer service is outstanding. The receptionist is is professional and courteous. The audiologist is professional and willing to answer questions. You dont feel rushed the atmosphere is relaxing. All in all outstanding customer service.

Right from the start I was pleasantly surprised just by walking in for my appt. Very welcoming environment and staff. Mr. Harrington is a very personable man. Hes very knowledgeable of the industry & prepared to answer any concerns you may have. I felt real comfortable with Mr. Harrington and he was quick to gain my trust. After my test I got all the necessary info to make an educated decision as to what was the best plan for me. No pressure at all. The HA I got are great & so natural sounding, I still cant get over it. I actually feel safer with these aids. I experience sounds I havent heard in a long time. Each day there is something new that catches my attention. The hearing aids are user friendly. NO BATTERIES! A charger is included as well as filters that you may never use because of lifetime service (no cost) & country wide lifetime warranty. I was hesitant before making the appt. knowing that good quality HAs are expensive. And yes they are! However, Its a utensilthat will improve ones life. Im happy with my purchase & glad I choose Beltone. An American Company thats been in business since 1940. Im all about America.

The people are extraordinarily friendly and totally know their stuff. I loved the experience as a patient/customer. Everything was thoroughly explained and demonstrated - from the paperwork and technology to the likely schedule for me getting my great new hearing aids. I took advantage of their free hearing test offer. The appointment was quick, easy and really friendly folks. Also included a visual check of my ears for earwax or other external issues which was reassuring. Highly recommend this business!

My husbands hearing aid developed a problem in the past few days. He called Beltone yesterday and was able to see Audiologist Keith Harrington today. Mr Harrington fixed the problem very quickly, restoring the hearing aid to its usual excellent performance.

My hearing aids quit completely so I went to the Hearing Aid Center and the specialist fixed them in 15 minutes or less by replacing all 6 filters. Im amazed at how quickly the trouble can be found and fixed.

Great experience. I was able to drop off my hearing aids to be checked and due to the pandemic did not have to leave my car, Heather was able to meet me car side and brought my hearing aids in where they were serviced and within a very short time I received a call to come pick them up. I love the care and concern Beltone has always showed me. AWESOME

My husband, Bob, has always been so well cared for at the Fredericksburg office. The office is bright and clean and the receptionist is friendly, professional, and efficient. His audiologist technician, Keith, is the best! Keith always solves any difficulty with Bob‘a aids and he does his service with pleasant professionalism.

I was a satisfied Beltone hearing aid wearer for years until my Audiologist relocated. I called the Beltone Hearing Aid provider located in Fredericksburg, VA and asked for a copy of my hearing evaluation. I was told that they would not provide me a copy because they are in competition with my current Audiologist. I think if a provider is confident in their work and confident in their ability, they should happily honor the clients request.I asked what they were going to do with my records since they were already at least 5 years old and was told that they are kept in a filing cabinet at their location. It is my understanding that patients have a legal right under HIPAA to a copy of their medical records. I intend to proceed with further action.

The staff at the Fredericksburg Beltone is awesome! Realizing you need hearing aids is tough, but Keith, Matt, Liz and Geri make you feel right at home and make the process as painless as possible. You can probably find slightly less expensive hearing aids, but you will also be getting cheap service and a cheap product. If you have to wear hearing aids, make sure you buy the best. If not, it will be a waste of your money as you wont wear them.

I have had a Beltone Hearing Aid for over ten years. In that time I have had it cleaned or serviced from time to time as needed. My absolute best experiences have been dealing with the staff from the Fredericksburg office. I had been working with a different office and was not pleased and had decided that when I wanted a new hearing aid, I would shop around. However, after dealing with Liz and the staff at the Fredericksburg office, I have been so happy with my choice to stick with Beltone. My last experience was this week. I called Liz from a town an hour away to report a broken earpiece. This was on Monday at lunchtime. I mailed the hearing aid to the office in Fredericksburg Monday at 4:00. The very next day I had a call from Liz telling me they had received my hearing aid. Matt had repaired it and added new tubes as well. Liz was putting it in the mail to me. By Wednesday, it was in my mailbox when I arrived at home. That is incredible and magnificent service. I highly recommend this office to you!
