I do a LOT of online shopping and I have never been more dissatisfied with the customer service and products of a company as I am with Tractor Supply. I order a Justin Straw Cowboy hat from their website on July 25th. I got a shipping confirmation on July 26th. I checked the tracking number on Tuesday (7/27) and (7/28) and on both days UPS said awaiting item. I called customer service on (7/28) and requested to know why this hadnt gone out yet. The customer service representative said that it was UPS fault, yet at the same time confirmed that it hadnt left their warehouse. She said that they would send me out another hat over night for the troubles of this issue. She also stated that I would receive a call from a manager within 24 to 48 hours. I never did receive this call. It was late Wednesday and she stated it would go out Thursday and I would have it Friday. I received the second tracking number shortly after the call on 7/28. I watch the tracking number and same thing happens, no movement, UPS awaiting package. I call back and talk to a customer care representative who refuses after asking to speak to a supervisor to let me speak to one. Apparently none were available. He said that the hats would eventually go out at some point but I would not be receiving overnight shipping as they arent authorized to do that. After thinking on that horrible service I called back Friday (7/30) and insisted to speak to a supervisor. They gave me the same information but said nothing else could be done. By this time one of the hats had shipped and I should get it next week. Ok fair enough. I finally receive the hat on 8/3 and the box and hat are both DESTROYED beyond wear. I called back and said if this was what was going to come in the mail then I would like it sent to the store as I am sure those hats arent showing up like this. She said she would have to get supervisor approval to do that. Shouldnt replacing an item that was destroyed in shipping come as a no brainer why would that need a supervisor. Customer service of Tractor Supply is beyond disappointing and once I get this resolved I will no longer shop with them in the future.

Employees were super helpful! Went to by straw for our muddy backyard; cashier helped me buy a cheaper better product for my use and the load crew in the back helped me get ten bales into my SUV! Great people, great service I’ll be back!

Tractor Supply Co. has products in stock that some big box stores only carry seasonally. We grew a lovely lawn on hard, dry, cracked Virginia clay-based soil in the middle of summer, during the 2018 heat wave! Came to Take my puppy to get her rabies shot today got here @12:45 and it’s now after 3 and I’m still waiting. They are not going in order by far

They are always great helpful and very knowledgeable staff. If the person your working with doesnt know they call someone else to get the answer. They all know where everything is here too.

The service is spectacular. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. They helped me pick out the correct feed for the local birds as well as for squirrels. Have really cute country style outdoor decor and it was 25% off. Love w this store.

Good place to get farm items.

Its just an all around good place to go to get for anything you need for a place with property and the prices are competitive.I love going here whenever Im on Rte 3. The staff always knows where everything is even when you are like me and call that little thing a whatchamacallit with two hooks and you use it to pull objects closer together by twisting the middle - oh yeah, a turnbuckle thingy. hahahaha,Seriously, great place.

Good selection. Prices arent bad. Got some Keens on clearance. Love the wide selection of appropriate products for outdoors, farm, and work. The couple people I talked to were friendly and readily offering help. Would recommend, and will go again.

This is a pretty good Tractor Supply. There is a good bit of turnover but staff is usually pretty friendly. They have the stuff you need when you own a little land. Most stuff is organized pretty good and they arent out of stock on stuff very often. I couldnt live without it. Thanks Tractor Supply.

Love the store! We have lots of animals and they have things for property owner/farm owner doesnt. We especially love the spring chick sale and the sales on feed. It is sometimes hard to catch soemone to help you but when you do they are always nice.

Local Tractor Supply in our area. Always able to find what I need from past shopping experience. Prices are fair, staff is mostly friendly but can be hit and miss sometimes. They seem to cycle through employees quite a bit but probably due to not being able to pay them well.

I enjoy shopping the store and found nice sales just last week. Their weekend hours are a savior when you run out of feed items. I enjoy there swap days out in the lot. The only issue I would say is that dont want to get behind anyone who is filling propane. That is one slow process. It took ten mins of some sort of paper work.

Always super friendly and helpful. We can get pretty much everything we need for our animals here. TSC is also a HUGE supporter of local FFA and 4-H chapters.

Good mix of harder to find items like de-wormer for horses & chickens; trailer/wheel barrow tires & rims; bird & deer netting; all sorts of gate and door hardware including sliding door hardware; & bulk items like 5,000 ft rolls of electric fence wire & related hardware including chargers. Staff is helpful as well.

Great place. I often shop at tsc across the southeast. Might have been an off day or bad timing, but aside from being pleasently greeted at the door, no assistance was offered or even available from staff, who seemed largely non-existant. Regardless, i found what i needed and was able to continue about my project.

I went in to this store today to buy some cedar bedding. I walked past two associates (one male quickly disappeared) while the other female was taking to her friends I walked past her four times!!! Not once did she notice or ask me if I needed help. Finally one of the friends asked me if I was having trouble finding something. The employee who appeared to have been the manager was so rude!!! The cashier was rude. These people are not helpful and act as though we are a burden to them. I wont be back. Not to mention the store is in shamble and very dirty and not organized at all. Looks like they need to clean house and start from scratch.

This place is a total joke. One register open, long lines and once they called for another register to open the guy closes his with people in line. On top of that there were 4-5 employees and a manager lady standing around not doing anything. No one every asks if you need help and this store always looks like a disaster. Very messy store, slack ass staff. Culpeper or orange are much better

I desperately needed some water pump hoses when my basement flooded. They were the only place within 50 miles that still had them, and the associate held one for me just in case while I drove there. They saved the day for me.

They always have what I need and more. I never go in there walking out with just what I needed.

My mom bought dog food here that should have already been pulled from the shelf because it had a recall on it. Luckily she hadnt fed it to the dogs yet since they could have been poisoned! When she brought it back to return she was told at first it couldnt be returned and the cashiers handling of the situation was shameful. Instead of processing her transaction when it was her turn in line she kept helping people that were coming up to check out, even to the point that the people behind my mom were apologizing to her and confused that they were being helped instead of her since she was first. When the return was finally processed it was done incorrectly! Basically the employee did nothing right in this situation. Needless to say we will not being going here anymore!

For your information Edward Cotton there is no paperwork to fill out for propane so for anyone who ever has purchased propane knows that is a lie.But they might as well just get rid of propane anyways because it is always broke or at least they say it is broken.
