The food here is so delicious from the ham to the chicken salad with great variety of sides. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Their curbside service is awesome and friendly and so convenient before holidays. Love this place.

It was so delicious I came back twice in one week for lunch! The service is quick and friendly. The food is refreshing and filling. The price is right. I truly cant wait to come back again!

Ham salad was terrible ( very disappointing, as its usually delicious)- full of mini fat, gristle, and tendon bits, part of skin rind. Had to stop eating it and spit out various bits of this ( gross, and worried about dental work). Staff was rude and dismissive, obviously closing at 5:30, when closing time was posted for 6 p.m. I had even called ahead to ask about hours to ensure they were open until 6 p.m. Staff seemed to have an attitude of hurry up, place your order, pay for it, here you go- get out. Tried to ask questions about products, and was given curt response, or outright ignored. Have never had this happen at Honey Baked stores in NoVa- this is not the first time I have experienced rude behavior here, but it is the first time I have received substandard product- hence, this review- FYI.

Picked up our $65.00 ham today. I asked if I could see it but of course because of COVID your not allowed and I understand that. When we got home and opened it we were so disappointed again. We thought last Thanksgiving was a fluke because it was not good. The ham was so riddled with fat and the taste was not there. I have loved these hams all my life. I’m sorry to say that’s my last. I would not recommend!!

Thanksgiving pick up line was silly long but it flew by well organized- what do you expect ..people go to the beach in the summer they buy turkeys at Thanksgiving

1 of Wifey and I favorite Lunch spots. We 1st came here in like 2000. We had lunch and fell in love with the honey baked ham store. They have like 12 sandwiches to choose from. They have honey baked ham and Turkey for those who dont eat the pork, but I am a pork consumer soooooo thats what I do. Wifey got the Classic Croissant, Lettuce, tomato, cheddar, mayo. I got the Club Wheat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar, mayo and honey mustard. Great place. Oh yeah when you go sign up for rewards and get a free sandwich for joining on the spot. Its like a $6-7 value your saving.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Customer service is fantastic and so is the food. Jess is absolutely amazing she always treats me and my family like her own. I’m always greeted with a smile and being that I’m a regular because of how close I live they usually remember my order when I walk in!

Worked there and was told that I would receive my money back once I turned uniform back in even has it on the policy handbook now they are telling me that no that they don’t give the money back. So they owe me money now! I could air all their business out since they owe me money

We are regulars here and get lunch all the time everything is always so good and taste freshly made.

It was packed for the holiday and everyone had a smile and were super friendly.

Great food, but the service is always horrible. My order is always made incorrectly, and the staff seems annoyed by my dietary needs.

They always have such friendly people working there! It is always good food although appearances may not be top notch it tastes delicious! One of my favorite places for lunch!

Love the salads. The cookies, however... YUCK. I cannot get rid of the aftertaste. The chocolate chip cookies dont even taste like chocolate chip cookies. They are dry and have a weird bland flavor.

This place do offer a great customer service, the food is great and the place is cozy pretty place for non pork eaters since they have chicken menus..

I stop in way more than my family knows! When Im tired and dont feel like cooking, and take out doesnt sound good, I hit up Honeybaked ham for a smoked Turkey, some au gratin potatoes and a bag of croissants. Its the same price as a grocery store visit to buy dinner ingredients, without the work! The staff is wonderful. They always make me smile, even when having a rough day. Im so happy they are near-ish!
