Just down the street from where my parents live so location is convenient for when we go visit them. Everyone is nice and we always get great customer service. Ive seen people be rude to partners and partners have kept their cool and continue to have a great attitude. Produce is always fresh and good prices with savings through HEB app.

Your store is nice and organized but someone had broken a wine bottle and the employee was upset about having to clean it up. I was looking for a particular wine and the employee was blocking my way. Its not where he was cleaning, he just ignored me so I rerouted rather than upset him even more. Your cashier was nice though.

One of the very best grocery companies I have ever been to. They have stepped in to help hurricane victims in years past with tractor trailers converted to laundry facilities. They participate and donate to charities within the communities they serve. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Quality and quantity of produce. It is a company that STILL appreciates your business and earns my loyalty to them every day. There is nothing easy about feeding a community by moving many TONS of food every day of the week. Their staff and team effort gets it done. A lot has happened in these last four years I have been using HEB. They have done everything within their abilities to keep their stores opened and stocked. And then they stand ready with aid and assistance for natural disasters. What more can anyone ask for? Thank you HEB and your great staff . Thank you very much.

This market has everything you need

This is THE best grocery store in town. They have everything you may want including foods for your dietary needs, almost every meat, almost every cheese (some sheep and more goat), any alcohol, any energy drinks including every coffee, inexpensive gasoline on par with the others, anything. The deli slices meat and cheese for you. The bakery makes hot bread and cake daily. Come here when you need any foods or just to sit in the deli and eat! I didnt mention the hot foods you can grab

We love HEB. We would love to have them in La., where we are from. They have their own brand items that taste better, yet less expensive than many name brands. The people who work there are very nice & helpful. Everyone seems to know where everything is. Its neat & clean & items are easy to get to.

I love HEB. Its a great store with great products. That is why I go there. However, the Fredericksburg location is a joke. In the Two years Ive been going to this location I cant remember the last time my groceries were bagged for me. I expect a lot more out of HEB. They can blame the lack of employees but that is not the case. If you take a quick scan around the store its easy to see its a lack of management. The employees are constantly on their phone, chatting or aimlessly walking back and forth like theyre doing something. At some point Id like an employee discount. Might as well start shopping at Wal-Mart if HEB cant provide the customer service they pride themselves in. At least Wal-Mart the registers are designed for your items to be bagged ad the checker rings them up.

Great assortment..We went around the store cause we were early for an appointment to get our covid vaccination..everyone was nice..The 2 pharmacist that gave us the shot were awesome..They explained what they were doing.they were thorough and friendly. Curbside pickup is great here. Have always gotten the correct items ordered. If they have to substitute something they send you a text to let you know.

He got a pickup for curbside for a cake from the bakery it’s looks great I texted I was here to my slot catylin was out in minutes such a smooth process thank you!

I called in at 3:30 pm and asked what time HEB would close due to the snow storm. They said 5 pm. I get to town at 4:30 and they wont let me in the doors.I am caring for a baby as well as fifty cows who started calving during the snow storm. Ive been out on the -10 wind chill trying to save hypothermic calves all day, and I call in and get told go ahead, come to town, we are open until 5So I leave the last two calves that arent dead yet, I drive to town, and HEB wont let me in? Why, because the city folk who drive 2 blocks to work are scared of getting home past 6 pm?Meanwhile, Im stuck without the supplies I need for the calves. I cant get back to my house where my supplies are, so my family has been sleeping on the floor in a barn. We need baby food and diapers. HEB wants to get their employees home early. Good call, HEB.If you say youre closing at 5, dont close at 4.

This review is specifically for the Florals department at HEB in Fredericksburg TX (shoutout Elizabeth!). After shopping around a few other florists for my wedding, I ended up choosing to use HEB. The 2 deciding factors that led me to choose HEB was 1) their prices are very reasonable and not inflated like most florists and 2) the staff is so nice and accommodating. I found that each florist shop I visited had a rude employee who wasn’t willing to take the time to get just what I envisioned. As soon as I spoke with Elizabeth I knew that all was out the window. She spoke with me and showed me different flower variants and what they could offer for the season of my wedding. The flowers turned out so beautiful I teared up a little when I picked them up.The ONLY downfall, which has nothing to do with Elizabeth’s performance or flowers, is that HEB doesn’t deliver your arrangement to the closest HEB. The closest location to me would have been in Wimberley but was told I would have to go to Fredericksburg to order them through that floral department. They do offer delivery to the venue for a very hefty fee since I was so far away. But all in all I just loved all of my flowers and they lasted for 2 WEEKS after my wedding. I haven’t gotten my wedding photos back yet but just know they will look so beautiful!

So much to choose from. Although the parking lot was full, inside the store did not seem crowded at all because of the size of the store. Employees were everywhere throughout the store straightening shelves and to answer questions. Very helpful. I think they should make it an exit only for the drive through pharmacy at the front of the store.

Huge thanks to Miss Elizabeth in the Floral Dept. Not only did she create the most beautiful floral arrangements for my dear Aunt’s funeral she made sure we got anything and everything we asked for. We reached out to a local florist first but they told us they didn’t have time. I personally know nothing about flowers and just gave her a basic request and I received a work of art. My Aunt was more like a grandmother to most of us as she basically took on that role when our grandmother did pass so we are very grateful that Elizabeth made her journey to the Lord a beautiful one! Thank you once again Elizabeth your time & talents are a treasure!

In this crazy year of 2020, the Store Manager Max (I hope thats his official title I apologize if it is not) went out of his way to help my mom and I with a very special request. We do not live in the same state and both of our grocery stores were out of a product my mom really wanted. I had been looking in my city for over 2 weeks. I finally called the distributor of the product and I was told that with all the stuff going on in the world that they were currently not shipping that product to my location or my mom’s. The lady from the company told me that the product was from the West Coast and to call a store in either Texas or California. I chose Texas since my little sister lived here for years and when I would visit, we would shop here, and I remember the stores being extremely clean. So, now out of options I decided to make a hail Mary phone call and Awesome Max answered. I explained the situation and said he would call the powers that be and see if he could help us out. I got the great news today that he will be able to ship my best friend my mom her special food item. Sometimes your favorite food is all you need. I cannot thank Max enough for all his kindness. He is a very special person to make sure total strangers were taken care of. H-E-B is very lucky to have such an amazing person working for them. Thank you, Max,!!

No baggers. There are rarely any baggers anymore and the cashiers get snooty if you go to bag your own items.

Always great shopping, only problem was the self checkout clerk wasnt being very attentive when the machine said wait for assistance. She was talking to another employee and could have been related to work but judging from body language and voice tones sounded more like they were cutting it up. Besides that no issues.

Im from out of state & visiting for a bit & I really like this HEB. Its the only one I have been in. The variety & quality of food & products is so good. The meat is fantastic. The only thing I miss from the West Coast is Mild Italian Ground Chicken for pasta dishes. It must not be a Texas thing so while Im in Texas Ill enjoy the Texas Brisket. Great store with good & friendly staff even when its crazy busy!

Its not the Central Market in San Antonio but it just went through a major rentivation to update its overall floor plan and shopping experience. They try and for a small town its great.

Most of the time HEB is on top of things, but this past Saturday we went to pick up crawfish for a boil...more than half were dead...why would they try to sell them hoping no one would say anything...I guess make sure you check out a big purchase of this kind

Circa 1962~Growing up with the the HEB family in Corpus Christi as a child in the 60s, I have been following their success for years noticing that some HEB stores excelled above the rest. Fredericksburg HEB is one of those. They seem to do well in every area. This is one of their best!

Very friendly and helpful. Karen was very helpful with her customer service. There was an older gentleman that walked by (a member of management i think) was pushing a basket and stopped and looked at us and then walked off shaking his head. We were not friends with her. We were asking questions about a product and then asked her if she would recommend a lunch resturant in the area because we are not from Fredericksburg. In my opinion that was very rude of him to do in front of customers and about an employee. He had no idea what was being said. She was doing her job and wasnt talking to us long at all. But the rating is the over all store and her.
