Maybe mine was a fluke had one made for my Brother in Chicago and he seemed less than enthusiastic when he got it. I have been working on our pedigree since we recently lost our Mother. Turns out our 4th great grandfather was very famous and named the United States of America and was aide de camp to Washington. The other ggf settled NJ and we are all over the eastern sea board. So I thought I would order one for myself. You can barely read the uneven engraving it is so light in places you cannot see the blessing, then there is an ugly mar in the middle of the poem. They sent me an email and said since it has been personalized I am sol. We will see what the AG in VA has to say
