Hubby & I went to the pharmacy for our 2nd dose of our covid shot and Ms. Dana Jones, the pharmacy tech was such a gem. She was such a sweetheart and held conversations with us like we had been neighbors for 20 years. Thank you Ms. Dana! 💕💕💕

I switched from CVS when they didnt have the medication I needed and could even tell me when they would for over a week. (Its a common medication too!) Ive been satisfied with Walgreens, and while once or twice they havent had a med in stock theyve always gotten it quickly or been able to direct me to another Walgreens nearby that had it. They also seem to interface with insurance companies better with regard to pre auths and the like. Recommended.

The pharmacist Ginger and the tech Mona are hands down the greatest! When urgent care just forgot to send my childs antibiotic and her own docotor wouldnt help get the medicine filled, these two ladies went above and beyond!! They took a stressed out mom who had just broke down in her car because human compassion seems so grim these days and gave me hope. They did their job over and above the call of duty. They worked past their closing and made sure my daughter got the medicine she needed when everyone else just kept pushing it off. You ladies have no idea how much that meant to me! I highly recommend this pharmacy! I hope you both have a wonderful evening and I appreciate both you! Thank you a million times over.

I dropped in Monday (Memorial day) to fill a prescription I had received for my daughter from the ER the night before. I asked the young lady if the pharmacy was open and she replied “no”. The older specialist at the next register found the need to tell me “the sign has been up for five days”. Instead of unleashing my sleep deprived, mother of a sick child fury on her. I simply asked if they knew of a pharmacy that was open. I was then informed of the CVS next to the hospital.The reason I am leaving this, is to politely ask that if you work in a pharmacy, to consider that people seeking a prescription fill have a sick loved one. The time your sign has been up is irrelevant and maybe be forthcoming with the helpful information.

I picked up medication for a family member of mine through the drive-thru. Service was very fast and efficient. The pharmacy technician working while I was there took her time and was very thorough in making sure that everything was done correctly.

I switched to Rite Aid when CVS no longer took my insurance. CVS is by far much more efficient and provides better customer service. I only rate when service is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. On several occasions, there has only been one person working drive thru, in-store pick up, AND drop offs. A company as large as Rite Aid needs to be better prepared for evening customers. Overall, store has missing letters on their name, trash in the parking lot, and not enough people to serve customers. This approach to business will not keep loyal customers.

Know their customers and treat them like family.
