We contacted a sales rep the night before our visit about a used tractor they had online and confirmed it was still available. We arrived the next morning, ready to buy the machine and it was out on demo. We were slightly upset about the situation, but not discouraged. We began to inquire about their used machines and the sales rep seemed distracted and was not at all interested in selling us a tractor. An hour later we left Dickinsons as owners of a L3301. Id rather drive hours away than to do business with Greenline if ever needed, but found great customer service by another local business, plus they gave my wife and I hats. My friend that referred us to Greenline was slightly upset that he didnt get a John Deere hat when he purchased his tractor from them.

This place is amazing. Really good spot to get your power equipment. I bought all my lawn gear last year and am adding accessories this year and these people have been just great to work with. Recently scheduled my winter service and had no problem with them adding it to the schedule and making the process seamless.

Just a good old place to get John Deere parts and advice.

Just lost my 2305 subcompact tractor to a hydraulic pump failure (my fault) should have taken Matts advice and cleaned it properly. Stopped in to see what new and also advice from the team at greenline. 1st and foremost they actually took the time to provide awesome information best case worst case, Wife and I decided to go with a Zero Turn Z740R and they actually gave me an awesome trade in for a broken 2305. Only visited once .... to get some warranty work done. They were fast efficient and friendly but I did not try to get anything else accomplished so am unable to provide a full review. What I saw I liked but this was a limited exposure experience.

I stopped in for information about a riding lawn mower. I met with Don Robinette, sales rep. Don showed me different models and explained capabilities and pricing. I asked if he could beat another sellers price and he said no! I was so impressed with the store, selection, and even the prices but mostly Dons frank honesty and demeanor. I wont buy my John Deere riding mower there but I will go there for all servicing and accessories because of Don! I will recommend to anyone buying their higher level brands to go and see Don Robinette.

Nice parts department.

I had a grinding noise in my lawn mower coming from the rear end. My mower eventually stopped moving. Called this dealership on a saturday about an hour before closing. The service folks were able to help me diagnose it over the phone and get a part bought and put into the after hours pickup box. Within a couple hours of issue, I had it repaired and back to mowing.

Greenline has repaired my John Deere ride on mower twice and done a fantastic job with it. I love their selection of John Deere products from a wagon for the kids to a tractor - this is the place to go!
