Great employees and excellent customer service. They knew exactly what I needed as soon as they saw me carrying in my broken plow piece. Everybody at the service desk was on top of it. Then, I talked about buying a new tractor with Paul Seidensticker in that department and he was a knowledgeable and friendly. They’ll see me again when I need more equipment.

They seem to be more eager in selling their stuff than in customer care, that is servicing the equipment later. They did not want to make an appointment to have my lawn tractor serviced at 50 hrs of running time, and I even bought it from them. So I am stuck now. For the 25 hrs service they kept it for THREE weeks! Plus, $200 for that was more than steep a price.Ive been trying to write a new review, with my - very positive - experience after talking to Justin there on the phone, but I seem to be able to only edit this review here. So: I got this reply from Justin to contact him, which I did. He was very apologetic and repeatedly assured me that was not how they wanted to do business and hed take care of it. And boy, her did! He offered to come to my place and take the lawn tractor, have it serviced, and bring it back to me - all within the next few days. And he sure kept his promise. Plus, on top of that, all this - the servicing included - was free of charge. Now that really is customer service!Because of that, Im changing my rating - but only to 3 stands, as my first review and rating stands. S its 1 star for the first and 5 stars for the second time they dealt with me, which leads to a combined/average 3 stars.Thanks, Justin, for your support.

If I could would give a zero star. $5.72 for a grease zert!!!???? Really. If all the prices are comparable to the you are exceptionally overpriced!! Only reason I stopped is because auto supply house where I usually shop was out of them. Hell it was not even painted green or made out of gold. If all your prices are comparable to this then good luck staying in business!!

Got me what I wanted faster than anyone else. And at a better price

Paul needs to take this business back. Seems like nobody knows whats going on... waited over an hour and a half just to get baler belt fixed. They informed me there was no one there that knew how to do it..!! $15 part.. over $80 in labor. When Paul owned this business I NEVER wait over 20 minutes to get a belt fixed and it damn sure didnt cost 100 bucks..!! Really disappointed in the new ownership.
