My husband and I were very please with the excellent service we received when going into the Big Screen TV Store. The person was very knowledgeable and we purchased a wonderful television, wall mount & sound bar. Before we had even arrived back home we received a call for delivery the next evening on Friday. We expected it to take longer. The delivery gentlemen were very knowledgeable, efficient and explained everything so that we could enjoy entertainment for the weekend! I will definitely be going here instead of Best Buy. We waited there for 40 minutes with no assistance and made a better decision of where to purchase and spend our money. The Big Screen store isn’t your traditional brick and mortar store. They offer top notch service with a personal touch that is rarely seen in business anymore. My local BSS has had the same two gentleman working there for the last 4 years. They know who me and my wife are, and they go out of their way to be supportive and dedicated to our needs when we’re in the market for electronics or furniture.My big screen TV, my living room set, my Bose sound bar and multiple Bose receivers have come from TBSS. This weekend we finally updated the furniture in our media room with the set that we have been admiring for the last 8 months. As always the service was spectacular and the price is always the best for their top tier furniture. My furniture arrives this week but here is some of my purchases that I made in the past that were absolutely perfect from buying to delivery! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

Weve bought a few items from the store over the years. Great sales people, the kind that still remember you after a year. When originally I bought my TV I went with a vendor as I was able to get an employee discount that BSS wasnt able to price match against. However that TV was defective, delivered late, and wasnt able to be replaced (but I would have had to re-order and wait again for the new one). Instead I called my guy at BSS and he got us the new TV delivered and installed within a week.I hope to not need to go visit them any time soon, but they will def be my first stop when Im looking for a new setup.

Sales staff members know their products very well.They give good advice, without a hard sell.Huge showroom to see different models in large sizes.Too bad they are ending their representation of Stressless chairs from Norway, the best chairs for sore backs, and very handsome. Choose your own model and size—they come in small, medium, and large, pick the type leather and color you like, and wait for a custom chair you helped design, and that fits you.

The guys at the store were very knowledgeable and a blast to wrap with! It didn’t take much time to dial in the TV I was looking for. The financing option was a piece of cake as well. I won’t bye a TV from anywhere else.

Its hard to go somewhere and find someone that actually knows about TVs anymore. Best Buy and some of the big box stores have people that are trained to touch on the bullets, but they generally dont know about TVs all that much. When I walked into the Big Screen store all their lighting is setup in a more realistic manner and the TVs are setup in such a way that you can actually compare them side by side. I had a great experience from walking in, to ordering, to receiving the TV. I had always avoided going here because I assumed their prices were higher. I should have actually looked into that earlier. There prices are basically the same as other places and their service is much better.

We shopped around and got out big screen TV, sound bar, couch, and TV stand at the Big Screen Store. The staff took time to explain to us the difference between various models of big TVs and helped us decide which model was best for us - and it was not the most expensive one but it was the right one for us. Would recommend to a friend and will shop there again.

I called to see what ^5 sets were on sale & told the BSS sales person I would be at the store the next afternoon. I was a little late in arriving Cuz of insane traffic on I-95. When I arrived the sales person I talked had left for the day, but he told his replacement about my visit. He showed me what I was interested in & went thru the details of the TV. I purchased the on a Thursday & the set was delivered & set up on Saturday. The store salesman worked me thru setting up my Verizon/Fios remote to work the TV & he said he was there to help if I had any other issues. Non so far & the TV is SUPER.

Great place with great people working there. The sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful, they make the TV buying experience that much better. Everything from the purchase to delivery was smooth, I would definitely recommend buying your next TV or entertainment system here. Last year I purchased the 65in QLED, this year I upped my game and purchased the 85in QLED, what a huge difference, it’s like having a movie theater in my living room.

Knowledgeable staff and great pricing on best brand name electronics available.My Father-in-law purchased from the store a couple of years ago. When my old DLP died I knew I would be going there to give them a try as well and we were not disappointed. When the Plasma tv I bought in 2005 began acting up on me I started looking around on the internet for a new TV. There have been so many technological changes in the last 15 years the amount of information is quite overwhelming. After looking at many models on the internet I decided the only way to really decide was to look at the TVs in person. I went to the Fredericksburg, VA store and the very knowledgeable salesman Ed Hodge walked me through all the makes and models and answered all of my questions. He did not put any pressure or sales pitches on me and I decided on the Samsung 75 Q80T. I had it delivered and installed two days later by Romeo and Rashun. They were very professional and friendly and they did a terrific job mounting it on the wall, installing the new sound bar, setting up my remote and answering all of my questions. I have had the TV about a week now and am enjoying it very much. From deciding which TV to buy through the installation process my dealings with The Big Screen Store Fredericksburg, VA was a very good experience and I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new TV to visit their nearest Big Screen Store and hopefully have the same professional and friendly assistance and experience that I did.

Purchased a TV from this store with the same excellent service 16 years ago. That TV lasted 16 years but recently started having some issues. Back to this store and once again received a great TV at a great price with the same excellent service. Ed was the gentleman that helped me in the store was great and Marvin did a great job delivering it. They are also very honest and refunded me $200 a couple weeks latter when the price dropped. Highly recommend.

Recently my husband and I purchased a television set from the Big Screen Store in Fredericksburg, VA. Mr. Ryan Whiting was the salesperson who helped us with the purchase. When we encountered a problem with the coding for the Comcast controller as it relates to the sound bar, Ryan took it upon himself to trouble shoot the problem. Ive been looking around for a replacement tv and stopped in this store. Corey is very down to earth and easy to discuss electronics. I went back in the store to ask Corey if he knew of a good tow company I could call for a jump. To my surprise he had cables in his car and came out and jumped my car!!! Bought the Samsung QLED 65 8K Q900 at a much better price than Best Buy & Amazon (+$700 cheaper). For the price, the warranty is as good as Costcos but much better than Best Buy. Unfortunately, Costco doesnt sell this particular model. The salesperson at BSS was very knowledgeable about their products and very patient..., did not pressure me..., like a car salesperson. Sadly, the Best Buy salesperson wasnt fully trained on the product--not an SME. The individual had to rely on the Best Buy website to answer my questions--not cool, very frustrating. The television is remarkable..., still no buyers remorse.

I just purchased my third TV from The Big Screen store, an 82 inch Samsung 8000 series. I live in the country so I do a lot of my research on the net for comparison and pricing purposes. I checked all the big box stores and no one could beat their price and although Best Buy will price match but they only offered a 1 year warranty. Big Screen Store is 2 years so it was a really easy decision. My sales associate was Ed Hodge at the Fredericksburg VA store and he made the entire purchase so simple that I didnt even have to make the drive into town. I was to make the entire purchase over the phone as I already knew the set I wanted. A week later it was set up in my basement. Great store and great staff as well. Ed spent 20 minutes on the phone with me just today to answer additional questions I had. I highly recommend them if youre looking for a nice TV at a fair price with great customer service.

My experience with the Big Screen Store was totally outstanding from start to finish. I met with one of the salespersons Mr. Ed Hodge and was blown away by his knowledge of the tv’s and accessories. He walked me through the various televisions and options each provided, which help make my choice of purchasing a television and sound bar, much more informed. I was confident that I was purchasing the components I wanted without any buyers remorse. After the TV was delivered the closer of the deal and most important part was the installation of the components I purchased, and the service provided by the installer Mr.Romeo Patterson and associate Dre, of RSP Solutions was nothing short of professional. They discussed the possible installation location over my fireplace and offered sound logical suggestions. The results was a perfect setup that impressed me and I am sure will impress my guest. Because of the install, which I feel is just as important as the purchase; I will definitely use the Big Screen Store again.
