I ate here during a festival. But the food was made by the same kitchen. It was absolutely delicious and had a very good variety. There were multiple vegetarian options. Cold buffet was very tasty, a was the desert buffet! The view of the airport does add something to the experience!

Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Auch meine Bedürfnisse als Veganer (oder auch die von Vegetariern) wurden komplett berücksichtigt - es wurde nicht nur das Fleisch weggelassen (auf meinen Wunsch) sondern auch darauf hingewiesen welche anderen Bestandteile mit Fleisch in Kontakt kommen und ob diese auch weggelassen werden sollen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

It is a small restaurant with a very nice and friendly staff. It is also very praiseworthy that people with a disability are employed here. A small selection of dishes at very moderate prices and large portions. When the weather is nice, we can sit outside and watch the air traffic or jump traffic.

Where do the 4.5 stars come from in the other reviews.The tagliatelle were swimming in oil, the substitute meal salad with chicken breast tasted simply loveless.4 stars for the staff.Desires were read from the eyes and the problems of eating were specifically addressed.They can certainly not do anything for the cook, but they are competent in their work.

Cheeseburger for around 11 € with chips, was very tasty and the service was friendly. The room is pleasantly bright thanks to the large windows and offers a good view of the airport. Parking directly in front of the door.

Good restaurant ideal for lunch. There are cheap daily specials and a main menu. Nice courteous staff, who tried very hard! I had schnitzel with mushrooms and steak house fries and a side salad. Very large portion and also very tasty! Price performance was great: 11.60 € with drink! Sufficient free parking spaces in front of the restaurant! Toilets modern and clean! I would highly recommend this place for lunch!

The staff are always nice and friendly and try very hard to do a good job. If something was to be criticized, remedial measures were taken immediately. The food is delicious and there is something for everyone. The large window front allows a good view of flight operations. We have been there several times and are looking forward to better weather, because you can also sit outside. If you cant do without the internet, there is also WiFi :-) We would love to come back.

We went to Hildesheim for safety training on two Saturdays. The Airport Diner served us as a sanitary and culinary base. There were no complaints from the 23 participants or the trainers. Breakfast, lunch and coffee were always very good and plentiful. The premises are good and the sanitary facilities are very good. The waitresses were always nice and courteous. Our overall conclusion - also very suitable for groups!

Was there today with the family for brunch - delicious breakfast with juices, water and coffee full - then 4 heat corridors ....Perfect - every 1st Sunday of the month - always fully booked - so book in advance !!!

We are always happy to be here.Relaxed atmosphere, nice staff.Super delicious and fresh food, we look forward to it again and again.Very fair prices.The restaurant is run by the AWO and allows many active re-entry into the professional life through the bistro.Thats one of the reasons to take a look there.Everyone can donate.There is also always something to see through Hildesheim Airport and the local skydivers.When we are close, we always look in.For a coffee, a delicious salad, or a piece of cake.Also for the big hunger it is a good contact point.So far never crowded, due to its location rather a secret.Update 21.04.2019:Unfortunately, many dishes have disappeared from the menu that were special about the airport diner.Spare rips as well as the salad with roasted ham and pine nuts, the excellent potato soup, all of the card deleted!Unfortunately no nice development, because carving / Pizza / Burgers are everywhere. Find it a pity that just that which was special has disappeared from the map.
