Scheduling of Covid booster and flu shots was easy and efficient. Staff members were knowledgeable and pleasant. The whole process was very well organized.

I was on hold for over a hour just to find out if my husbands prescription has been filled. As I was on hold, someone was picking up the phone and placing it on hold again Theo whole time not talking to me.

I called this Walgreens Pharmacy and they kept me on hold for 40 minutes. They kept picking up the phone and putting me back on hold. This unprofessional behavior to come from a Pharmacy Department. I am currently waiting on The Store Mgr to give me a call.

I have called to check on my prescription two days in a row. Tge first day I was on hold for 30 minutes. The second around tge same, someone just keeps picking up the phone and placing me on hold again. As of now, they can cancel my order. I will never do business here again. I will make sure any one that I know does the same.

Foolish online delivery.Ordered same day online delivery. Immediately charge my credit card and got two emails. One saying they got my order and another saying my order was delayed and I should call the local store.I called the store and they said they don’t deliver!A few minutes later the item was left at my door. No knock or doorbell, just dropped and ran away. (Doorbell camera alerted me.)Good service but very foolish processes.

RIDICULOUSNESS! Spent 1hr 17 min on hold. Hung up and called back to complain only to be placed on hold once again. Never any staff to help with questions when you go there either. Stay away for this one folks

Went to fill my medication. I show them my good rx card. They dont recognize it. So instead of 35 dollars I paid full price..I will now goto CVS. Where it will cost 10.35. Not to mention good rx has walgreens listed. Oh and my medication was 78 bucks

Made an appointment to get my son a covid test to find the drive thru completely closed off. The lady inside assured me they called everyone to cancel their appointments, I beg to differ, considering I got a reminder text 30 mins before my apt time, to be on time. It was one of the most unprofessional things Ive ever seen. Will be going to CVS to make sure things are done correctly from now on.

I was told my medication was not in stock and to call the pharmacy with questions. I was kept on hold for over 1 hour. After running out of battery I physically went to the pharmacy and found out that yes, they do have the prescription in stock. Super bad service. Arrogant and rude.

I went here to get my 8-year old daughters flu shot taken care of today. She was an absolute mess about it, and multiple employees did their absolute best to calm her down and distract her, by talking to her about school, the shirt she was wearing, her favorite thing to watch, letting her sit on one of their laps, offering cookies, anything. The patience and care shown by these employees (I wish I remembered their names) was absolutely outstanding.

I wouldn’t even give you a one star, your Pharmacy stinks and you have just filled my last prescription. Every time I go to pick up my prescription there is a line of cars which I don’t mind but when one car sits at the window waiting for a prescription for 15 to 20 mins they need to pull out of line so the rest of us can pick up our prescription or drop off. The sales lady at the window should be telling them to pull up or come in.The window is supposed to be for express service and it is not. I have heard so many people complain it’s a wonder some one in that store doesn’t do something. Good by to Walgreens.Hello Giant or CVS!!

Waited 20 minutes on hold to put in a prescription for a patient. Once they finally answered they were really sweet. So thats why I gave two star.

This is the greatest Walgreens ever! Each and every staff member Ive had contact with has been wonderful. They always go out of their way to assist their customers.That being said, I have to admit Im a little partial to the Pharmacy staff. 90% of the time I go through the Drive-thru as I pick up Rxs frequently! I have been a customer ever since the very first pharmacist, Adele was there when the store opened. To this day, when ever I drive up or walk in to the Pharmacy Ive never had to give anyone my name. They recognize me and always call me by name!!! Thank you store #11571!!!P.S. I drive all the way to My Walgreens from North Stafford...yall are worth it!!!!!Tamara and ALL, please know you are appreciated! 💊

A great place to find what I need.

This pharmacy really sucks. Its like they dont even try to move any faster than mind-bogglingly slow just to mess with you. There was 1 person ahead of me inline and he was simply picking up a prescription. I witnessed the girl go to the back and wonder around aimlessly, she was literally just wasting time. After about 5-10 minutes of standing around, not talking, walking from 1 area to the next not actually doing anything productive she goes back up front and picks up the dudes prescription from a box, almost like she already knew it was there. When it was my turn, the girl takes her sweet time doing everything. Everything takes longer than it should, puting a piece of paper unto a clip board with a pen should not take a solid minute. I fill out the form and pay for a flu shot at which point I wait a solid 40+ minutes waiting..... and waiting..... From beginning to end it took well over 90 minutes to get a simple flu shot. This place is infuriating. Dont go here if you have plans the following week, because they will take that long.

I am only giving two stars because (most) of the cashiers. They are friendly and do try to help as best as they can. Every time I need to come to this Walgreens there is an issue. The managers like to make up their own rules. For example, I went in to get some candy that were on sale ($1.99 each) but the shelves were empty. I asked the manager for a rain check and she said “we aren’t giving out rainchecks for those anymore”. When I asked her why she flat out told me “because we just aren’t and it’s our choice”. I didn’t argue it further, it was only a bag of candy.Most recently I went in to pick up an online “ship to store” order and both cashiers on duty had no clue how to do it. They called the manager Paul up and after waiting for five minutes he comes out the doors abruptly “can I help you”? I said yes, I’m picking up an order. He gets the order and then goes to get my photos. When he sees that the total is $0 (online promo a few weeks ago) he snarks and said “these must be reprints” staring at me. I explained that Walgreens did a promotion for free photos. I felt as if I was causing him a major inconvenience. This is by far the worst Walgreens to visit. Save yourself a headache and go to any other Walgreens.

I have been taking my medication here to be filled for 7yrs. I was happy to see that the pharmacy staff treated me like family and always showed a general concern for all my medical and surgical procedure and I have had several. Even though the staff has changed several times (?) They have always been professional...

If you’re filling or refilling a prescription, plan to spend at least 30 minutes in line (drive through or inside). Pharmacy techs are generally nice, but WAY understaffed. Every time I need a prescription I sit for far too long waiting for it. There are plenty of other pharmacies in Fredericksburg. Today was the last straw. Will be switching today.

The pharmacy is a disaster. Everytime I pick up my meds there is something wrong. My insurance hasnt changed for years and my meds havent changed yet every week I pick them up they are not ready for some reason due to the pharmacy. One of the techs were so rude I almost lost my cool. I get it, your busy, but if I dont get my meds i could die. So please try harder and stop making mistakes all the time. I worked as a pharmacy tech so I get it. Really I do. But there is no excuse for how this pharmacy is

Prescriptions take an astronomical amount of time to fill here. There’s nothing worse when you’re sick then waiting hours to get medication. They need more staff to work or stop taking prescription requests after a certain number of people waiting.

This place has become atrocious for filling prescriptions. Today I have waited over 5 hours to get an antibiotic and pain medicine filled. This is typical, my fastest wait time in the past has been 2 hours. I was in the emergency room for 14 hours prior to todays 5 hour wait for my medicine. This is the last thing I needed. If you are in a hurry, go elsewhere. I sure will from now on.

Friendly staff. HOWEVER...they always seem to be missing some of my prescriptions and when I am notified to pick them up, I learn when arriving the refills are not complete. Also, reserved online for my kids to have Flu shots at 9:10 a.m., then for some reason upon getting there at 9 a.m., we still had to wait over 45 minutes! It was not even busy. The room they gave the vaccine was dirty, a large millipede crawled past the floor over the visiting Pharmacists shoe and there was some scattered debris. Otherwise it was ok

If I could put zero stars I would for the pharmacy. Something has to change or they are going to lose alot of business! The pharmacy techs are incompetent and have no sense of urgency. Plan to spend 30minutes to an hour for your prescription or even sometimes a whole day. We dropped off tamiflu yesterday around noon and didnt get a call until this morning that it was ready. In addition to that the pharmacy tech tried to tell my husband he has no insurance. This isnt the first time this said pharmacy tech has screwed up!

Worst place to get a prescription. They call to tell you its ready, we show up they dont have it ready or are out of stock or tell us they still need doctors authorization on authorized refills. Doesnt matter what time of day or day of week you will wait for 20 to 30 min to be told they dont have your prescription ready after all. If it wasnt the only pharmacy in network we would never use them. Not sure how they are so unprofessional and unorganized. They are dealing with peoples health. This isnt a one time occurrence, this happens every time we arrive for a script which has been weekly since a family member is going through cancer treatment. Thoroughly disgusted with the level of care and mismanagement to customers. Wish I could give them less than 1 star.

This pharmacy is absolute trash. They regularly lose and/or forget to fill prescriptions. What a complete joke. How their staff even got licensed to work in a pharmacy is beyond me.

Terrible service, any problems with prescriptions they will not help or resolve us.
