Stopped in for a newspaper and the guy cashier was incredibly rude. He didn’t bother to even greet me, didn’t even say $1.50–good thing I knew ahead of time. No response to my “Thanks.”This was surprising as usually folks in the burg are friendly. Perhaps he was hot in his black hoodie.This is my first google review, left primarily because customer service should matter. We can do better than this.

In the past couple months alone Ive faced several occasions where I will try to stop through west store on the way to work real quick and its locked up with no one there. Then have to go out of my way to make it down to the east store and still try to make it to work on time. If youre gonna be closed, please change your hours.

The clerk was extremely rude.There are other convenient stores and gas stations around that value their customers.I strongly advise avoiding this place.

Wont put prices on candy bars, just expects customer to pay whatever it rings up and and staff is rude. Actually told me I did not have to come back Guess what, I am local and will not come back and will tell all my guest and friends not to go.

Nice that its conveniently located and has my favorite energy shots.... Unfortunately the staff can be very, very rude sometimes. We have come to call it the tweaker store, as most all of the staff looks and acts the part, as well as runs to the bathroom with a lighter as soon as they cash you out 🤣I mean, I guess what can expect from a gas station nowadays?

I Am currently staying at a B&B downtown Fredericksburg on Main St . First I have to start by saying I absolutely love this remarkable Small German Town . I’m in love I wish I could stay a little longer, I rarely ever write reviews . I would also like to inform others I was hesitant walking over At 1:00 am a little past night. Only Because it is late and I read Reviews on this cute little short stop . Last time I was in town it was called Jeks now I believe it’s Short stop . It’s 4th of July night I wanted a quick snack for the night.Luckily this short stop IS open 24 hrs and the customer service is Outstanding. For someone who seems to be staying up past midnight she sure did have a smile and was quick and eager to great both my husband and I . I definitely recommend this convenient store if you’re staying at any B&B on main st or near .Very clean and well kept . You will see me again in October when OctoberFest is in town .

Worst customer service ever! Uneducated workers. Just go 4 minutes down the street to Short Stop East.

Great customer service, good selection of snacks and drinks, cheeseburgers are made to order, awesome and cheap...always clean restrooms.

So disappointed. We stop here regularly when were traveling but the staff at the counter dont appreciate families of color. Well keep our money and go else where moving forward. Horrible experience. 👎🏽

Had trouble at another car wash (no wash, washer arm scrached car); they gave me a voucher for a wash at this place. Aron told me they werent affiliated, but honored the voucher anyway. (-1 star because washer didnt dry the car.)
