I was so fustrated. My laptop was acting badly.Heart and Soul listened to me and fixed it within the timeframe they quoted. Then, after I got home, the external drive went sour. I called and they fixed it quickly and without bleeding me dry(financially speaking). I will continue to do business with them.

Very friendly, had an amazing selection of discs (Disc Golf). If you live in the Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, or even Stafford area, you have to come and see their selection.

I took my computer to them last week to re-seat the plastic cover in my LCD side panel and they did more than an excellent job! I took the computer in and the staff was incredibly friendly and I got it back the next day. I will definitely take my computer back to them in case anything happens! 5 stars all around!

My computer had a drive that was failing, they replaced and cloned the drive recovering as much of my data as possible. Thankful for any data recovery and a functioning computer. This PC repair shop offers more than just computer repair they also service phones and tablets and other devices. Took two computer for them to fix! Couldnt fix one hard drive was gone but they were able to get all my pictures music and documents! They transferred it to my updated computer which is now windows 10. Super honest guys! Great deal! Recommend them to family and friends! Oh and they are super fast about fixing my computers!
