Online shopping is more efficient, but going to a GOOD retail store is an experience that cannot be replicated online. This GameStop IS an experience thanks to the leadership present there. The managers Chip and Brenden are PHENOMENAL workers.Retail workers endure so much abuse; it is a shame that this is as common as it is. I have seen these two handle the most unpleasant/mean spirited customers with grace. These managers are brilliant, strong, compassionate, and inspiring individuals; visiting this store is an experience I look forward to.These two managers have immense product knowledge and will investigate what they do not know. Want to play a new video game, but not sure of where to start? Ask these employees! They will listen to your preferences and present a variety of potential candidates for you to bring home!These employees are the gold standard and I only hope that GameStop recognizes their value and compensates them accordingly. Long time employees, Chip and Brenden, continue to impress me. There used to be another crew here before them, who I really enjoyed, but these two keep me coming back. This location is out of my way, and I could easily order off Amazon, but these two have been super welcoming, insightful, and overall are fun to talk with. Theyll truly take care of you and all your gaming needs, plus there are lots of cool collectibles at this location!

Brenden and Chip were amazing, personable, polite, and very knowledgeable. They gave me great advice on my purchases and also offered me extras that complemented the items I was looking to purchase. All in all, amazing service.

I had came in last minute looking for a specific headset as a birthday gift and they unfortunately did not have it in store available. The owner (I believe) came in and went out of his way to contact the other Game Stops in the area to find the headset I was looking for. Not only that, but he had requested them to keep them on hold for me as well !

The team at this Gamestop are the best! The answer all my questions and are engaging. They have become friends of our family. If I go in without my son they always ask where he is. The attendant was very nice and made the trip in much better. I was disappointed at how few games and accessories there were though, especially since they seem to only be focusing on current systems these days. I get it, but there are still some of us out there wanting older used games. Or powercords. They just dont have them.

Dark Store. Service is okay. I feel they pander to Sony and its products more than Microsoft and its Xbox line of products.

Every time i go in, i always speak with knowledgeable people. They are always interested in finding me the right game based on what Im looking for. They also from time to time help me upgrade my games, consoles, etc in a way that is cost effective to me the player and not big buisness. They are more satisfied with a happy costumer then a large sale. Tnx guys.

The only time I ever came in here was to ask someone to move their car without handicapped tags or placard out of the handicapped space, but Google wont accept anything but a review in order to stop bugging me, so here it is.

Im not much of a gamer anymore, but every time Ive been here the staff went above and beyond what I expected to help me. This is the only GameStop Ive gone to since moving to Fredericksburg because they have what Im looking for, and have a friendly staff who hello make my day a little better.

The lines were insane and its kinda pricey but over all I really like the store.
