Pulled in because Hot Now sign lit up, ordered only to receive cold donuts. Would have been nice to know that even though sign was lit because it was being serviced. It would have been nice to have been informed when ordering that there were not any hot donuts available.

Hot and fresh glazed donut, used drive thru, walk in also available. Promotion says two, serving up only one, still real good.

Customer service really stinks at this location. This is the second time I have come now that the employees were rude. No acknowledge me when I came in and when I said hello to someone at the front I was completely ignored. They seemed irriated when I asked questions and didnt thank me or so have a good day on my way out. I have made good friends with a local donut shop and prefer them even though they are expensive. They are at least very kind and give consistent quality. Wont be returning to this location :(

Didnt get the Hot n Now (not the time of day) but managed to find a couple of dozen we liked including a couple of the new Halloween varities!

This is the 2nd time Ive tried this location and both times we have been incredibly disappointed. The hot sign was on but we got a box of cold donuts! The donuts tasted like they had been sitting for hours, which is interesting considering the traffic this location has daily. The two strawberry lemonade chillers were sour. To the point we actually had to pour them out because they smelled like straight alcohol. Todays visit sealed the deal- we wont be back to this location.

Usually good service, but last visit they nearly forgot some stuff from a mobile order and left the sprinkles off the chocolate donuts when we specified adding them.

I personally do not like Krispy Kreme but this review is not about that. Krispt Kreme has been advertising cinammon rolls and I wanted to try one. I only became aware of these froma. Commercial a week before it wnded. Not a single day did this damn krispy kreme have them. They just must not want to make it as for some reason its always unavailable even though its on the menu. Maybe everyone here should be fired for people who actually are willing to make donuts.

I had to stop by for the St. Patricks day themed green donut. I enjoyed the festive treat although it tasted like a regular glazed (not complaining). For the rest of the mixed dozen, I simply picked the colorful or flavorful looking options. Fast service and friendly staff!!

There was only 1 car in front of me, yet it took nearly 10 whole mins in the drive thru. Then when I received my order I thought they gave me the wrong drink as it didnt look right, this is the first time Ive had iced coffee at this store, and it was awful, and got thrown away. We got the Halloween doughnuts, they were ok, more a novelty than anything.

Krispy Kreme is always Great but no devils food costs them a star.

All my sprinkle donuts were half the size (thin) compared to the rest. Or did they go skinny on the donuts???

Parking lot is kind of tight with blind spots - saw a near accident while there. Customer service is very good, even with raggedy clientele. Not sure if they have an app, but if it does Id love a notice or a schedule of when the hot light is on.

The young man who took our order was truly the most pleasant person I have ever dealt with at a drive through. He made my day. If course the donuts were delicious as usual.

I looked up when the hot ones would be rolling out! Ordered 2 dozen. Pulled over and ate 4 while they were still hot and melt in your mouth. Then took the rest home to the family. Krispy Kreme has always been the goat.

I placed an order today at 7:40 for a dozen donuts and was said to be delivered at 8:30 am. At 8:47am, doordash driver Alex called me and asked if I wanted my order dropped off somewhere or meet to pick up. I asked if he could drop it off at the office I work at, he said ok. 9:15 am, still nothing and called krispy kreme customer service. Whoever I talked to was extremely rude. She placed a new delivery free of charge and said delivery time is at 10 am. 10:15 comes and I called customer service and she gets an attitude. She said it was picked up at 9:40 am. The office is 5 minutes away, how does it take 30 minutes to drop off donuts?! She said she will give me a refund and says yeah, that is some terrible service. Im never ordering from krispy kreme again for their awful online order customer service.UPDATE: the original order I placed was delivered to the wrong place.

Within the past month, it seems this krispy kreme has gotten worse. 15+ minute waiting in SMALL lines. Not having certain doughnuts even though its advertised, messing up the order, taking forever to accept payment, etc.They need to take care of the people waiting in the drive-thru first, before the people inside. The line gets very long when they dont.

The mic at the drive through stopped working and we were 4th or 5th car in the line. One of the ladies came out and told us we could park and get our donuts quicker than sitting in drive through. We did that, and she was right. They had plenty of people working to handle the Sunday crowd. We appreciated how efficient and pleasant everyone was.

Got free donut for having Covid-19 vaccine shots. Dont eat hot donuts here if they give you on off the line as they are soft and oily ... Wait for them to cool and try or ask for dry cool one.

The donuts are very good but the upkeep of the store is terrible I used to work at Krispy Kreme in Oklahoma City for 9 years they have not kept that store clean at all very dusty and very messy that is not good at all you got to think all that dust has to be getting on the donuts very filthy they really need to clean coffee beans and donut on top of machines and on floors Al Smith the owner of Krispy Kreme would definitely not be having this if hes seen this

Called to order 18 small ones. They ran out, but they didnt tell me. Had my mom picked it up. She knew I ordered small ones, but they told her we got big ones instead. Straight up tried to gaslight her into taking the donuts, but she wouldnt have it. Then they finally admitted that they were out of the small ones. My mom was too nice to accept the order as it is and paid for 18 big ones in full. I wouldve just leave.

I went through the drive thru with my boyfriend and we were immediately talked to with an attitude by one of the girls working there. We were rushed through our order and I ended up not getting what I wanted because they made me feel bad. We pull up to the window and there were girls just laughing at us... no greeting, to talking, told us our total, and slammed the window shut on us. I was so upset that I called in to talk to the manager and the manager said they’re just “young girls joking around and having fun”. So apparently having fun to them is making their customers feel bad about themselves and brushing it off. I’m 21, I work in retail, so I understand how hard it is everyday but never in my life will I think getting off to making people feel bad about themselves, unprovoked, is okay.

I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts, but never again will I place an online order with them. Krispy Kreme only sent half my order through doordash. They refused to send my other doughnuts when I called them. Door dash called them and they agreed to send them, and then told the driver I didnt have any order when they arrived to pick it up. Im beyond upset with this service. If you plan on eating doughnuts, please pick them up yourself

I just got my online order few mins ago. Felt very disappointed. The time I walked in no greetings the lady asked me what’s the name on order and it wasn’t ready she ( NO NAME TAG ) started making my order and it wasn’t the same thing what I ordered ( ICED MOCHA ) so I asked her it’s not the right drink and she responded with attitude if I wanted some cream on top I was like please, then she filled my cup with cream and left the counter before I walk out, whether this location doesn’t have any manager or the manager need some training

We went thru the drive thru and the girl had an attitude. We had 2 orders 1 dozen glazed and 2 single donuts, the my mom order a box of the mixed minis. The girl ask if she wanted all 4 different flavors and my mom said yes and we pulled around. We go to get the 1st order and the singles were wrong the girl at the window started huffing and acting like we had done something wrong. Then my mom went to get her order and the girl acted like she didnt know what she was talking about then another girl came up and gave the 1st girl the doughnuts who then seemed to get more upset. The order they gave my mom was wrong because they only gave her 2 flavors not 4 but she was afraid to tell the girl and took what she gave her.#1 because of covid jobs are hard to find especially in the food business so you should appreciate the customers you do get#2 the 2 single doughnuts werent fresh so be happy youre getting rid of older product
