Just ran into get a pair of Socks and I can always count or Footlocker to have Nike socks and Shoes went to get some Nikes to but didnt have my size. No biggie. their selection is primo! Always customer service excellent. Thanks Footlocker

I ordered my grandson a pair of Curry shoes over a week ago. I wanted to have them expedited or sent to store where I could pick them up in time for school. The salesman told me they would arrive in 3-5 business days to residence. I still havent gotten the shoes. Didnt buy a back up for school and school starts tomorrow. Waiting for a call back from store. Hope I dont have to go to the mall today, but I will for a refund.Another thing, whats up with Foot Locker being able to tap into a federal system if you ask for military discount? I dont think that should be and I turned down an offer for military discount. None of these stores, which this one is the only one that I know of, should have this access.

We have been regular customers for awhile, especially since my, now, 13yr old, grew a “Nike” addiction. It was literally a month ago that he brought in a gift certificate he got for Christmas and applied it to what became his Birthday present (LeBron 16s) Fast forward, a couple weeks ago the stitching around the ankle came loose and the material separated. I went on to the Nike website and they stated we needed to try to bring them back to the retailer before filing a claim. My son walked in with the shoes literally on his feet and without hesitation or even further questions they exchanged the shoes on the spot. Amazing experience...customer service at its best. Thank you Foot Locker...thank you Nike...see you soon.

I am an old school head, so Footlocker is and has always been my goto. The only thing that I dislike about physically going to the store is they not having my size, since I wear 13. But overall I am torn between 3 and 4 stars. The Customer Service was great they were very engaged and helpful.

Went in to order my mother some shoes for her birthday and was greeted by Ann and chuck upon entering both were so friendly and showed me to the nearest women’s section I managed to find an affordable shoe for her and her direct size they had it and they told me to go up in size for her shoe due to the shoe runs small they ordered the shoe for her and told me it will take 3-7 business days to arrive the shoes made it to my mother on time and she was delighted, their store was sooo clean mirrors and shirts and shoe wall was A1 never seen a Footlocker so clean and intact and I’ve shopped at soo many footlockers in my life! Kudos to the employers for the fast service! I will definitely be back!

So of the employees didnt want to help me but luckily one employees finally asked me if I needed help, he was willing to help me, everyone else was oblivious and could careless. But the shoes and clothing are all retail price until sales. When they have sells they are pretty good!

Absolutely horrible. I bought my husband a size 13 pair of curry 3 shoes. He tried them on when i got home. They didnt fit(to big). So i took them back to get a size 12.5. Was told they dont carry those in store. So i asked the manager anne if i could get a refund. She grabs the shoes and in a very unprofessional tone says no i cant these have been worn. Mind you i bought them 2 days prior. She was completely rude and very unhelpful. So i exhanged for a 12 hopeing those would fit. NOPE. So now i dont know what to do. All i know is i will NEVER shop her again.
