We made an appointment for 3pm today and we were met by a guy named Andy. He was very knowledgeable and helped us port 4 phones over to Verizon from T-mobile. We also bought a new phone and the phone process took us 1 hour and 15 minutes. He explained our bill and what to expect. We are excited to be part of the Verizon family. Thank you Andy

I gotta say worse experience ever, came in had a couple questions about upgrading my phone and they put me on the list, waited about 45 minutes with an empty store. Then one guy came out the back he kinda did look a little annoyed and immediately said if your looking for an upgrade we have nothing. So I simply walked out he didnt even check just said no we got nothing

I had one of the worst experiences today at this Verizon store. I went in to get my cell phone checked. No appointment so the floor person said we would have to wait 30 minutes for help. I needed to use their bathroom. At 83 with prostate problems I go often. I was told I would have to wait until our agent got to us and be escorted back to the mens room. Then the floor rep went to the back to chat with an associate. We left, and totally aggravated.

This is the worst customer service in the world. Not sure why anyone would choose Verizon outside of their wireless coverage capabilities. The Reps at the store are nice enough, but they cant fix many of the issues as Verizons operation outside of the store is all jacked up.

Time for a new phone. Pretty fast service. Watch out for the bundles they throw at you. I see no real benefit in buying a new phone at the Verizon store. They do not transfer the data from your old phone to your new one anymore. Best to get your phone at Costco or Best Buy instead.

We knew what we wanted before going there, so it was easy for the salesman. They didnt have much on display because of the virus and only a few people aloud in at a time. Guess that have to do that because of the home office, know one k ew the virus was so smart, that it cant attack if they only let 1 or 2 people in at a time, even when you dont test anyone.

The employees at this store are complete scam artists. 1st I was given the wrong cases for the phones I had just picked up. I had to return to get new cases then I was over charged for a cheap case. I returned and confronted one of the employees that claimed to be a manager. He tried to give me so bs excuse. I went back to return the overpriced case and a charger that wasnt fully compatible with my new phone. He did the transaction without showing me what he had done. When I got home I saw the email and saw that he returned different items to give less of a refund. Im definitely taking my business elsewhere from now on.Update: Dont waste your time here or writing emails to them. I still havent got a response..

The Fredericksburg location is taking all of the Stafford appointments so I had to go to this location. I made an appointment online and when I arrived they didnt have my appointment in their system despite having my email confirmation. They still helped us and we were out within 30 minutes. They are strictly adhering to their COVID-19 protocols which is great considering the surge in the COVID-19 numbers.

Had a long week with moving and I stopped by here once again. During our move i happened to crack my phone. Krystal who helped me reeked of marijuana. The store needs to do something about that. It’s not the first time I’ve stopped by and she smelt like that. We bought a phone from her as well and same thing. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location anytime soon.The store deserves at least a couple stars for the atmosphere, employees wearing their masks and keeping it clean during a time like this.

They have new systems in place that send me back to the telephone customer service and they sent me to UPS. UPS declined the return of equipment without Verizon paperwork!!! Such a waste of time, gas and energy. Still have equipment that I dont use but pay for. :(

Not sure if you can give a 0 star review. Very upset. I went in with my wife and spoke to Bailey who has a hard time telling the truth. We had sprint and been with them for over 15 years and saw a commercial about Verizon. Stopped at this location looking to upgrade our phones.In addition to that we aren’t from here and she was having a hard time explaining a promotion to us and wanted us to come back in a couple days via appointment so she would have the phones ready. Very upset and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Trying to call and speak to someone there is way more difficult than it should be... but outside that, its a good store. I went in and was immediately approached. I bought a case for my new phone and they quickly helped me get what I needed, applied the screen protector for me, and got me out the door.

Although I went at a time where there were less customers, this place is exceptional when it comes to dealing with their customers. Ive never had a bad experience here. Today I took my teenage son there to purchase his own phone. Anyone with teenagers already know that sometimes they can be airheads, especially boys. They were very patient with him as I allowed him to take the lead with handling his first major purchase.

A while back I was having phone issues so the person I that was helping me told me they ordered a new one and I would have to be home to sign for it on a particular day. I took off work early to be home to receive it and it was a no show. I called Verizon customer service only to find out it was never ordered. A couple months ago I was there looking for a tablet, little kids had the tablets hogged up playing even after trying to jump in and look at the tablets, after 10 minutes enough was enough. It should have been obvious to any half way observant staff the kids were just playing and I was an actual customer looking to buy one.Gave another chance (mid July 2020) and once again I regret it! Ordered a new phone thru the Verizon website (S20+) and chose to pick it up at this location. Bought a case for the phone. When I asked about transferring everything over to the new phone and activating it I was told they are no longer doing that at the store to minimize the amount of time being in the store. I just spent $800+ between the phone and case! I live in the sticks where my phone is my only communication with the outside world including internet which I explained to the person! Rules are guidelines but there are always exceptions! If there is an issue Im stuck making another trip which is a 40 minute drive each way! Its still sitting in the box and likely wont leave there till I take it back or sell it!

Very Poor Customer Service. A suffix for an authorized name is optional on the website yet the manager refused to see me as authorized because I have the same name as my father, I am not a junior. I have Verizon Home Internet and a Cell but will be switching both based on the lack of help there,. poor store Fredericksburg.

My son, who is an adult, was in the store with his grandparents. My husband took me home and went back to the store to help them pick out a new phone and case. They wouldnt let him back in because it was two minutes after 9 oclock pm, even though his son and parents were in the store already in the process of making purchases. My husband was going to pay for the case for our son, but without being allowed into the store where the cases are there was no way hes going to pay for it. I understand needing to be safe, but when its obvious that a person is with people that are already in your store they should be allowed in.

Recently swapped carriers due to reasons that have nothing to do with this specific store. Walked in and asked for a screen shot of my bill, specifically to show what was left on it. I was responded with a nasty attitude from a young lady who clearly did not want to help or even be there. I was told this portion of the bill wasn’t accessible. I drove a few miles down the road to another Verizon store and was able to get what I needed. Customer service goes a long way.

I called into My Verizon to check upgrade options. Got everything set except specific phone. Was to go to a company store, decide exactly which one I wanted. Was scheduled for a call back once at the store.Got to the company store, never got a call back. All the notes were in the computerised system. Store did not honor notes so I finally called customer service. Spent another 45 minutes on the phone while in the store waiting for customer service to figure out what was going on.Finally got transferred to another department.Got pricing as promised. Still could not pick up an in stock item.Made a 70 mile round trip and spent 5 hours lost time to have an upgrade phone replacement that I now have to wait to be delivered via Fed Ex.Totally activated and frustrated with Verizons customer service and in house communication.Would give them a negative star if possible.I have been a customer for over 20 years. Have been lied to and constant problems when making changes and upgrades to equiptment.If any other carrier provided adequate coverage in my remote areas I would have changed providers long ago.Took what should have been a very simple process and turned it into a nightmare, again.

I hate coming to this Verizon location. It takes forever to get serviced. Like right now, I can see several Verizon employees smoking and joking behind the counter while myself, and several other customers have been waiting for over 30 min, some for 45 min, Joanna said someone told here over an hour. Once I get serviced, I get great customer service, its just getting through the wait to get serviced to actually enjoy it. The hardest part is, I just need to pick up something. I dont need to actually talk to someone or debate about anything or activate a product either. And when we asked about just purchasing the product, the lil boy said sorry, everyone has to wait through the line. I bet it will stay like this till someone goes postal in here, then I bet theyll figure out this problem. There should be a line where someone is taking customers who already knows what product they want so they can complete the quick sale...... Just saying. 😨

I waited 30 mins just to be sold everything in the store was charged 150 for activation for 2 phones and was told the next bill would be a bit higher I dont know what a bit means to you but 580 bucks is a lot more than I expected to pay for that price I could get internet and cable I believe most of it came from activation fees in witch I was not informed about I was lied to and scammed

Absolutely the most incompetent customer service in this store. I was told by online customer service that I could definitely my upgrade my phone a week early. They said if there was an issue to tell the store to talk to the manager. When asked to speak to the manager, I was told they were busy. When I told them it would be easier to just switch carriers to get a phone now for work since my contract ends in about a week, the woman stuttered something out about, Well... I guess.... VERIZON: Maybe its time to clean house? To the customers, youre better off at literally any other store. If you have to drive further, youre still better off.

My niece dropped her pixel XL 2 phone on carpet with having a50$ scre en protector on it and it still cracked, we took it to the Verizon store and they acted like they didnt believe she dropped it on carpet, so they wouldnt fix it, we were told to call assurion and pay a deductable of $199.00 to have the phone screen replaced. Im very disappointed with Verizon right now!!
