We loved this Barnes & Noble location. The store was organized very, so we could easily locate what interested us for purchase. I ended up buying several books and magazines with house plans to help with our real estate business. Thankfully, there was a good selection from which to choose. Also, my business partner renewed his membership, so we qualified for a 10% discount on our purchases. The total in our discounts almost paid for the membership!

Upon asking an associate with help locating a book that my teenage daughter wanted, he pointed down an aisle and walked away. After looking with my husband and daughter, it could not be found. We walked back around the store and asked another associate and she said Oh sorry he went on break, let me get someone else to help you. Said third employee cannot find it as Im looking with him and then he said we were in the wrong aisle as that book is categorized as being in 2 places. 😒 This is a prime example of why book stores arent as valued and ordering from Amazon is easier.

They have copies of my favorite book 📚 everywhere. Theyre cleaned and the place is vary well set up. Some things can be a little pricey, but thats expected at higher end stores 🏪. On that, some books can be placed with good deals. There was an amazing girl that works there, came and asked me if I was looking for anything particular. Showed me where the philosophy section was. The cashier should be a sales person, she was really well at selling me the membership today.

My son was searching for a book, and the employee working in young reader section found what he was looking for than chatted with him, and made a couple suggestions for when he finished that series. He was so excited, she made his day. The rest of the store was clean and organized, and I was able to find books for my younger child easily.

Great book store. Friendly staff and relatively easy to find what youre looking for or browse for something new to read. The only issue is box sets are separated and harder to find.

The store was rearranged during COVID which gives more source to move around and really grouped subjects tired together better. Staff was friendly and helpful directing people and showing the way.

Was having a lovely time, until an employee stopped to get rude about children sitting down on the floor in the kids area, to look at a book for a min. Decided not to buy anything by based off her rudeness to the woman and her child. My children had sat in the floor but got up before the woman seen them/said anything

It has a coffee shop with things to eat. Im not sure what because I have never been there. Their are people who if you ask them they will either look a book up or tell all the places you can find what type of books you are looking for are. Very hospitable.

Customer service was good, selection was good.. but the prices are outrageous. I asked an employee how much a book was there and she told me 59.99. I immediately asked if they price match, they said only their website, nowhere else. So I said thank you, put the book back and went to Target across the street and bought the exact same book for $28.00.

This particular Barnes and Noble is nice, clean, and in a good location.

Came in here looking for this item that has been sold out for weeks. I found it sitting behind the register. They refused to sell me it and said the manager John has it on hold FOR HIMSELF!! So they wont put it on hold for customers but they can put it on hold for themselves. Absolute horrible management.

Who doesnt love a nice clean bookstore!? I love the smell of books when I walk through the door! You can browse a large selections of books or sit in the little cafe for a nice beverage while you read or use your laptop. The staff is friendly and the coffee if great. What more is there to say!

Quick in and out to buy a current British magazine

This place was so awesome! My husband was binge watching a series and there was 1he couldnt find anywhere.Nowhere would order it even. We came here, ordered it and my husband had it in 3days.He was incredibly happy. They even gave him a discount on it for what they paid and not the jacked up store price. So this is not just a place for books. The staff/management is amazingly helpful in your happiness..👍👍👍👍👍5 thumbs up in my opinion!

This store stands out, as compared to its cousins in Richmond and Williamsburg that I frequent, as a great place to buy gifts. This store is well laid out for those less interested in books and more interested in book-related items. And this is no criticism of its book selection. One can find a wealth of selection and bargain prices here.

Helpful, polite staff year round. Will order anything they dont have in stock and will drop what theyre doing to help out any time. Store manager saw my son struggling to find a book and took time out to walk him around until he found what section he needed

It is one of the few remaining B&N in Northern VA. The store is always in good order, clean and the staff go out their way to assist. If what you want is not in the store, order it and come back another day and pick it up to avoid shipping fees. Most of the time though, you will find what you are looking for. Also, the desert area is great for a drink and desert.Easy to lose yourself with time inside.Centrally located on the Parkway and easy to get into and out of with no problem. Plenty of places to eat within a short distance if you want something more filling.

Confident quiet readers, the Starbucks has a vast array of special foods and the collection of books is phenomenal ; )

My granddaughter wanted to go so she could buy a book. This store has a great selection. The staff at the desk were very helpful. I like that they have a Starbucks store and an area sit down. The only problem was that the Starbucks seating area was full. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience there.

I love the Barns and Noble!!! The store is clean and well organized, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of books and are more than willing to order in books. They also have a great selection of gifts, think hallmark but things people will actually use and/or need.

This Book Store was well organized, quiet and had helpful staff! They helped us find the books we were looking for and had an easy check out. Its a favorite place to go for the newest books. You may not get the lowest price, but they are always very well stocked.

Love a bookstore. Booksellers are always helpful without being pushy. Miss the graphic design section though. It has been reduced heavily over the last few years.

Great employees. Very helpful. A wonderful store. Always stocked and if you want something they dont happen to have on hand they are more than happy to order it for you. The new online to store pickup is great. They have my orders ready in an hour.
