Nikki was super sweet and very informative on what piercing she was gonna be using, how long to wait before i change it, and aftercare. went through and showed me the stud had been sanitized and the needle is still in the package never been used. i’ve gone to Sorry Mom for all of my piercings i’ve gotten done and they never disappoint! highly recommend!!!!!

If you’re looking for a $25 piercing, you’re going to get just that. Was marked for a belly button piercing and everything looked straight. I think the girl may have been training. My piercing was crooked. Also was accidentally poked beneath my belly button with the needle. Now debating even keeping the piercing. Will most likely take out. :// I’ll probably try another place.

Ive gone here to get my septum, tongue and belly button(most recent). I always receive great service and everyone I go in there nervous and they calm me down and make me feel good. I would definitely recommend.

Definitely one of the best tattoo parlor’s i’ve been to! I got my first tattoo here about three months ago and my tattoo has held up beautifully. War did my tattoo and he was very good with it! Pricing minimum is a little high, but most parlors in va are so I think it’s worth it.

I have over 20 tattoos from Wes! They are gorgeous. I have tattoos from Nikkole and they are also beautiful. Randy has done one of my tattoos as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 80.00 minimum is what ALL places charge. I have a tiny star that I paid 80.00 for at another place that is awful. I would use Sorry Mom and any of their artist in there.

I got my first piercing today (nose) by a woman named Amber who was exceptionally polite, professional and clean. Only had to wait about 3minutes during afternoon hours and process only took about 10 minutes. $25 for the piercing and included a cute diamond-like stud.Definitely will go here for future piercings. Great experience.

My husband and I both walked in to get our very first tattoos and the artists were very professional and did wonderful jobs making us feel at ease with the experience. Definitely would go there again and would recommend to a friend.

I’ve had 2 tattoos (one not yet completed) by Sherri! She is absolutely amazing. Compared to other shops that I’ve been to, this place is super comfortable and relaxing. As for the other artists, everyone had their own unique style and all our talented. But I prefer Sherri’s style.

Me and my friend went here to get a snug piercing, 4 days later... VERY infected turning blue and purple.. Had to go to the ER for over 4 hours and had to get an antibiotic in my leg cause it was so bad.. went back there to complain and they told me they werent going to give me my money back, but they would give me a free piercing. NO never again i do not care if its free or not... Then got told that it was normal AFTER they pierced my EAR with a BELLY ring. Idiots. DO NOT suggest anyone to go here ever.

6 of us did a family tattoo. There was some miscommunication amongst family members idea for the design, but the artist we had was accomodating and made it work. He was nice enough to take us as a last minute group since we were in town for a short visit. We were done within the time frame he told us it would take. Designs turned out great.

Called this place for a walk-in piercing. Piercings are $25.00 each. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone. They did take care of me only waited about 10 minutes. The process was smooth and the woman that did my piercing was very nice. She informed me that I didnt need to get the H2O solution for my piercings. Would definitely go here again! Thanks!

I got a walk in piercing done here about 7 years ago and it was an awesome experience. I got a scaffold piercing and the lady who did the piercing was quick and precise. She used gloves and all that. It took my piercing a couple months to heal, but I still have it to this day and love it.

I got my nose periced and my first tattoo at sorry mom! Everything was clean and they made sure to keep you comfortable and informed the whole time. I got my tattoo with a friend as a walk in and they were very nice and welcoming!

I had heard great things about this place. It wasn’t all bad. The wait time was pretty long and there was only one person in front of me for a walk-in piercing. Even though this was my first septum piercing I already knew how it was supposed to go. Usually people say it’s relatively painless and quick. She had to dig the needle through my nose. I heard her stop and say “oh” or something quietly, because she knew something was wrong too. She shoved the needle the rest of the way through and I heard an awful ripping/crunching sound which mean she hit cartilage. Overall the piercing looks good, and inch going to try to heal it if I can, but this is not really what I paid for.

Polite place and was greeted upon first walking in. I was seen within five minutes and out the door again in ten for a cartilage piercing. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable about everything. They were also extremely sanitary and feel completely confident in the earring not having any problems.

Hands down the best place to get any of your piercing done! The guy that did my daughters belly button was so nice and gentle. He didnt rush or anything. Not to mention we was greeted as we walked through the door and wait time wasnt long at all.

I came in to get my first tattoo, and I had a very pleasant experience. Justin was really cool and eased my worries since I was a bit nervous, considering it was my first tattoo. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the music playing in the background was a nice, comforting touch. Justin was also really thorough with the aftercare instructions and had exceptional customer service skills. I walked in last week and decided to ponder it a bit...even went to another one in town (to me, they werent welcoming nor did they care to try to get me in or even ask me what I wanted). Josh did. Therefore, i returned to this shop once again. Absolutely LOVE IT and love Josh!!! Omgosh it absolutely was the best tattoo I got! No heavy hand, very comfortable, min pain and it turned out perfect! I couldnt be more happier, Josh is my to-guy now and I showed him the next one he could do for me!! So happy!

I got my ears pierced at Sorry Mom tattoos. They fit me in very quickly and easily as a walk-in appointment. The man who pierced my ears was very nice, respectful and professional. My ears healed perfectly. The price was lower than I expected it would be.

Wanted a cover up tattoo for my back, a wrap around tattoo ( like a belt but not literally) to cover scars, and my arm to cover another scar and naval piercing. I was excited because I had heard a lot of good things about this place...but when I got there well I shouldnt have. It was a small shop...NO, THAT didnt bother me one bit. There was only 1 Tattooist there, still that wasnt an issue. They had ample photos to pick from or get ideas from but I had drawn up my own precise, intricate, meaningful designs. I was prepared to meet the artist, see some of his work and make an appointment. He was working on a customer who was accompanied by about 5 of her friends hovering over get and gawking at her, still...not an issue. What WAS an issue was that I made eye contact with the tattooist...he saw me, and saw it was obvious I wasnt part of the group that was already there. My presence wasnt acknowledged at all...I was there for 1/2hr...NO hello, Ill be with you in a moment, how can I help you etc. I didnt expect him to stop working but it was awkward as hell and uncomfortable to be there and being ignored. The other girls were giving me dirty looks and the atmosphere was just unacceptable. Disappointed in the energy I wasted on excitement, gas to get there, and the 30 minutes Ill never get back. Just really disappointed.

My sister & I went here not long ago to get our tongue pierced. We have never been here nor heard about it, we just thought since we were up this way might as well. So we walked in and was amazed by everything the staff were so nice and sweet and made our first visit one to remember. We were nervous, but was super pleased with the results anyway I will definitely be returning with more people and getting more piercings and tattoos

I got my tattoo done by Justin and he did a phenomenal job. He has such a light hand. I highly recommend him if you want to get your tattoo done the RIGHT way. He takes the time to draw up his pieces and takes his time with the tattoo. As he say, our tattoo is his tattoo! The place is very clean and the shop offers multiple tattoo works to look at.

This is definitely my go-to shop! Ive been to a few shops around area but none as welcoming as this one. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. My daughter and I went looking for a shop to do our daith piercings, we called around to many many places inside muhlenberg county and out! Every place we called was either rude, didnt have time, wasnt opened the says we are available, or did not want to bother with such a small piercing. Getting frustrated I came across sorry moms, I asked friends if they would recommend! I got many many people telling me that Ashe was the best (at this time I had no clue who Ashe was lol). So I sent a message on Facebook and within MINUTES I got a reply back!! I told her what we wanted, and when we could come. She quoted me a price and even tho she was closed when we was available, she met us at the shop and did our piercings. Mind you this was our first time in a tattoo shop so we had no clue what to expect.. not only was Ashe very very friendly, she joked with us and acted as if we had known each other for years!!! I was a little nervous because I had never had anything like that done before, she kept me at ease and the piercing took seconds!!!! I was very impressed with every thing! She made sure EVERYTHING was sanitized before she started and even sanitized in between us! Now, I have a few tattoos, when we have gone elsewhere for them, the artist did not sanitize between my kids and I, which I guess was ok but Ashe made sure to do it in between! I plan on her doing the rest of tattoos!!! Would HIGHLY recommend for ANYONE even if you are scared of needles like I was!!! Thank you Ashe!!!!

Good price but go at your own risk. Got my first earlobe piercings and they turned out to be noticeably crooked. Wasted my money and now I have to wait until it closes.

I went yesterday to get my septum pierced. I had never been to Sorry Mom but I thought I would give it a shot. They did a really really amazing job and I think that will be the only place I go for piercings now! In response to other reviews, it is true that the piercer doesnt talk to you much, but the guy at the front desk tells you everything you need to know about aftercare and the piercing itself. They were very friendly and professional and I am glad I went there.

This place is amazing. Honestly my review is about 7 years old. I was there from DC just to get a tattoo with my (then) boyfriend. Amazing customer service. It was New Years Eve. We were directed to a pub that while we waited. Then we were tattooed into the new year. We discussed that experience a few months ago and I would patronize this establishment ANY time I am in the area. (Heres looking at you February 2018).

Went for my first ever belly piercing. The piercer and staff were rude and unhelpful to me. They pierced it crooked because my friend pointed it out. They also pierced it on a tiny flap of skin causing my skin to reject the piercing. I had to take it out completely and close up the tiny piece of skin that was holding on to it. I went back to sorry mom to tell them and ask for advice and the girl was rude to me and treated me like I was stupid. I then went to golden monkey who was very helpful and told me that sorry mom did not pierce me the right way at all. I do NOT recommend going here.

I visited today after 3 calls to the shop inquiring about infant piercings. I ordered the surgical steel earrings as instructed and brought my daughters birth certificate. When I got there I was told that she had to be 6 months. No one mentioned that before. Newborn to 12 months is considered infant so when I asked if and what was needed this should have been mentioned beforehand.Didnt get piercing done so cant speak to actual work but the communication and customer service was not favorable for ME.

I went in here a couple months ago to get my navel re-done and the guy at the front engaged my friends and I as soon as we walked in. There was someone else in the back getting work done so we had to wait about 15 minutes to get it done (not an issue), the guy at the front talked to us the whole time so it didnt feel like a long wait at all. The piercing went smooth, my only complaint is that the piercer didont talk much, usually they will try to talk to you and keep you calm. Other than that it went very well and I got great aftercare instructions. Would recommend for other piercings, I havent gotten a tattoo here but it seems like a great place to go.

One star doesn’t do this place justice I wish there was a 0 star option but they have literally the WORST customer service. Got my nose pierced and it had fallen out in my sleep about a week later and wouldn’t go back in after only a half hour of me being asleep. So I called up there to ask simple questions and whoever I spoke with on the phone (some girl) had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever heard from a business. She was going on and on about how it was my fault that it had fallen out and blah blah blah and honestly wasn’t trying to help solve my problem. Plus she hung up on me so that put the icing on the cake for me. Also my piercing was put in weird & just the overall environment screamed dirty and that should’ve been a red flag. But I highly recommend going somewhere else that knows what they’re doing for piercings! :) Save your money & time. Lucky 13 in Richmond does phenomenal but only if you’re willing to drive there.

I find this place awesome. Everyone that works there is cool and the artists are amazing. I did not get a tatto but my girlfriend did and I accompanied her. Everyone below who gave this place one star, its probably because they were impatient and ignorant like the 1 lady I saw on my visit.

Sorry mom is the place to go in Fredericksburg and Justin is the man to see. Extremely professional, talented, and knowledgeable. Anybody can trace. This guy is an artist. Do yourself a favor and get something custom done. Hes done tattoos on both my wife and I and I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

I brought my fiance here today for his first tattoo. Today was the second tattoo Ive had from Ryan and it looks absolutely amazing. Not only is Ryan professional and polite but also extremely friendly and easy going. He talks to you and makes you feel completely comfortable. I showed him exactly what we wanted and he executed it perfectly. I really dont think I will go to anyone else for tattoos. Hes my guy! The awesome prices are a plus too!

I went in for my first tattoo and gave them an image, it was small but had been reassured that the size was not an issue. I went in hoping for an angels wing and left with a solid black blob. Everytime someone saw it, they said hey you got some dirt on you. I was lucky enough to get it fixed by a spectacular artist but I was not only disappointed by the original, but heartbroken that the image permanently on my body was unrecognizable as I had got it in memory of those close to me that have died. Horrible place.

I had my nose pierced while out of town and it was a bloody and traumatic experience it was so bad i had blood drip down my face, i went white, i had a cold sweat and i had a full on panic attack right after it was done..and after all that it ended up falling out in my sleep two weeks later. But i loved it and wanted it back so after letting it close up i went to sorry mom to get it redone, this lovely woman did it for me and there was no blood or dramatics! i went back there to get my septum pierced a few months later and i believe drew did it (he wears glasses and has dark hair) he was nice and so was the other artist that was there. he wore gloves and opened a new sterile pack of equipment and did it for me and it was also a smooth piercing job. i would go back for more piercings if i get more

Took my daughter to get her cartilage pierced, we were greeted as soon as we walked in. They needed proper id for my minor which I thought was Awesome!!! We waited maybe 5 mins to be called back. My daughter was nervous and Ryan talked to her calmed her down and did the piercing. Afterwards my daughter felt dizzy and he had her sit down and gave her a lollipop and talked to her until she felt well enough to leave. Prices were very decent not over priced! Will definitely go back if ever needing another piercing!

Got a tattoo there yesterday. My tattoo artist was Ryan. I had talked about what I wanted to get done a few days before and then went in on Monday at noon. Ryan knocked out my stellar tattoo in a few hours. Ryan was easy to work with and explained any and all things that I asked; which I asked a lot of questioned. He also handled other clients as well. So overall yea I had a great time and I am really happy with my work.

Got my daith piercing done by them and the associate I had made me feel so comfortable even though I was very anxious about it. She walked me through each step of the piercing which helped me to remain still and calm.

Got a tattoo earlier this year and it looks just as amazing now as it did the day it was done. Staff is super nice and funny, easy to talk to and they give great advise and tattoo ideas.

I got my tounge pierced here a year ago and my friend got her septum done, everything went smoothly and they helped me breath calmy so i wouldnt freak out lmao, piercings were only 25 each which was awesome (: if you come here know you have to parallel park ahhh!

Ive gotten over 30 tattoos from shops around the country and this place is by far one of the worst. Its a very unprofessional atmosphere, shotty workmanship, and just an overall dirty place. Avoid completely.A note to the workers: Dont talk about drugs in front of the customers and being courteous is always helpful. If you do a bad job, at least offer to fix it.

What knocked this cool little shop out of the park for me was the awesome Contra arcade machine they had, when Im ready for my next tattoo I know where Im going.

I got me tongue done there an a tattoo. At first the people who work there were nice, then when I came back for a tattoo months later, some of them were a bit nasty. Even when I called them and came up to the place to ask questions as they told me if I have problems, they were irritated that I ask a question which was BS. Other than the employees needed to change their attitudes, they alright I guess.

I went and got a piercing done about two months ago. My piercing is crooked, and didnt place right. It is still healing and I have yellow stuff coming from them. I called concerned (as anyone would be) to see what I could do and the guy who answered the phone named Shavawn or Shaun was extremely rude and hung up on me. There was a female in there when I initially went complaining about yellow pus coming from a simple nose piercing..that should have been a red flag. This place is not a proper tattoo or piercing shop, please do not go there. Seriously..I didnt even want to give them 1 star, but I had to to post this.
