We had a recent wonderful experience at this Mattress Warehouse store recently. We were shopping for new beds for the kids and one for ourselves along with an adjustable base. Jeff was so helpful with giving us the best information on all the mattresses. He then exceeded expectations by also working with us on a great deal on the beds and mattress protectors. I would definitely come back to this store in the future.

As soon as we walked in, my Boyfriend and I were greeted right away! The representative was patient and answered all our questions. We tested a couple of mattresses but then found the perfect one.It was about a 15 minute process all and all, we are so happy to have found a great mattress at a great rate.

I called mattress warehouse on Saturday and talked to Jeff I explained my situation to him. He told me he had everything I wanted he asked me to come into the store. I went to the store on Sunday made my purchase was given a Wednesday delivery date. My mattress an adjustable base was delivered first thing Wednesday morning very fast and professional!!!! Very good Customer Service I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse!!!

I have a daybed with a trundle that needed two mattresses. I went to Mattress Warehouse in Central Park in Fredericksburg. I told Jeff and Hassib what I needed and they made suggestions. As it turns out, they had many floor models available that would work for me. The following day I went back to the store and purchased two of the floor models at a great price. Hassib helped me load them into my vehicle and I brought them home. Id like to thank Jeff and Hassib for their willingness to give me a hand with this transaction. In addition to a great product at a great price, their customer service was exceptional. The bottom line is that now all six of the mattresses in my home have been purchased from Mattress Warehouse.

The first bed it suggested was the one we eventually ending up preferring, a Highgate plush hybrid, actually made locally, after we tried quite a variety of others. We also particularly liked one of similar firmness by Tempurpedic, which was actually second on the generated list, showing its accuracy. BEWARE of the WARRANTY! This is not the fault of the sales guys, but if you get a lemon- YOU WILL NOT GET REFUNDED ANY DIFFERENCE IN COST. Bought a $3200 LEMON, Exchanged for another mattress that was $300 LESS and they offered NO REFUND, CREDIT or CONCESSION AT ALL so we paid MORE for the lesser value mattress even though they SOLD US A DEFECTIVE SET. I will NEVER buy from them again and I will tell EVERYONE that I know to go elsewhere!

NIGHTMARE experience.The salespeople were very friendly and... accommodating. Honestly, if we never had a problem with the mattress, I could probably recommend this place.HOWEVER.We did have a problem--had to cancel (WELL before the delivery date)--and, 3 months later, they are saying that we owe almost $200 for a mattress WE NEVER RECEIVED. We have called corporate and the lending company, they all point fingers at the other. But the biggest let down is we called the store and they assured us that they took care of everything when we first called to cancel. We had to call 4 more times, each time only getting one small piece of the puzzle solved. An absolutely monster time suck. Their friendly demeanor hides a complete lack of responsibility and follow through. I give two stars instead of one because a few employees do acknowledge the full extent of the ridiculousness of how far this problem has gone, so for their sake I give one extra star.

I wanted to share my great experience with this location. After being extremely frustrated from getting absolutely no help across the street at Mattress Firm we were able to come into this location and get all the help we needed. The gentleman got up shook both of our hands, introduced himself and listened to what we had to say as customers. he was also beyond knowledgeable about the products and even stayed a little later than close to help us. I am terrible with names but he was working last night and seems to work the weekends usually. We will be returning to buy a mattress this week! This place knows exactly what customer service means we felt very valued here as customers!

We knew exactly when they were coming thanks to the heads-up call they gave, and their service was excellent. The bed is extremely comfortable, and is a perfect fit for my husband and I. The customer service we received from the salesman was also top-notch. An all around amazing experience!

We had a bad experience with another mattress warehouse prior to trying this one. I explained our experience to Jeff but also told him we knew exactly what we wanted. He still fitted us for the mattress we wanted (since we were never fitted during our previous experience) and gave us a wonderful deal to offset any prior feelings of being pushed aside. We actually ended up buying a bed for our son as well. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and the entire process ran exactly as he said it would. My husband bought a mattress over the phone from this business yesterday afternoon. The mattress is a gift from my father in law. After doing some research we realized it is not the mattress we want. Less than 24 hours after ordering (over the phone), he called this morning to cancel the order. The store says they will not cancel unless my father in law (who lives in Massachusetts) comes into the store in person to cancel. The mattress is not scheduled to be delivered until next Tuesday (a week from today). Furthermore, when my husband placed the order over the phone no one told him we wouldnt be allowed to cancel the order.

I bought a bed from mattress wharehouse 2 years ago low and behold the bed started sinking turns out it was a defective product. I went through the process to file a warranty claim and was given a credit to apply towards a new bed. I first went to mattress wharehouse off of rt 3 didn’t have the best experience so I decided to go to the one in Central Park and met Jeff! Jeff is the best! He is extremely patient and knows what he’s doing. I ended up going with a queen temperpedic having some buyers remorse afterwards since my current bed is a king. my delivery came yesterday and the box spring was damaged. I called Jeff told him they were unable to deliver it and told him I was having second thoughts And felt terrible since I was changing my mind and just back and forth on what I wanted. I went back in and picked out king Serta thanks to Jeff I feel good with my purchase. If you are in the market to buy a bed go see Jeff! His customer service and dedication really sets him apart from other salesman Thank you Jeff!!

I really dont think we would have purchased the Tempur-pedic bed that we bought if it were not for our fantastic sales rep Jeff. This guy was so great, never had a sales person so chill yet helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He actually made the whole experience fun! We laughed like crazy and meantime got the very best bed we have ever had!! Planned on getting a sleep number, SOOO glad we didnt get that expensive air mattress, the Tempur-pedic soft adjustable bed is amazing. Love the zero gravity feature, seriously I have never slept better. Normally dont write these but because the entire experience was so awesome, just felt I had to. Purchased mattress set, it was a week late being delivered. We were misled into thinking we would actually get the same comfort/quality as the mattress we picked out in the store. The mattress is as hard as a rock, I called to complain, they told me it was like when you buy a pair of shoes you have to break it in and that there is nothing they can do for 30 days. We paid $2,300 for 30 days of misery and horrible customer service. We will NEVER buy anything from this company again.

Purchased a queen size boxspring and mattress. Five months later the boxspring was bent down and lost it shape in the main section that my son would sit. Regardless of him sitting in the same spot everyday, I have never had a boxspring bend because of usage within 5 months or up to several years later.Because of the bent boxspring the mattress was out of shape.Requested warranty replacement and that was a disaster. After an in-Home visit, and about a week later replacement mattress was ordered.Upon arrival right before the plastic was to be ripped off the mattress, the delivery men took the mattress out my home with no full explanation but call the warranty company.This led to a mass of miscommunication and disappointment because the wrong item was ordered by the store and this is why the delivery was failed.Thank God after the second representative has enough information to determine the issue I received the proper replacement.Mistakes happen but when communication is lacking within a company and paranting companies that will always cause a bad experience.Three stars for lack of communication at time of delivery.
