The staff is incredibly friendly but the store has empty shelves and to drive 30 mins and be out of almost everything disappointing

This is a great local place for Salon professionals to get their Salon supplies. They have a variety of top name brand professional products.

Customer service was terrible. I heard the clerk talk to customers before me about a discount and how to save money. When it was my turn in line I got no conversation. However she inappropriately asked me was son my biological son. Ill never return. I use to go to the one in Woodbridge unfortunately it closed. I go to this store once every two years but thatll be my last visit. And with each visit in reminded why I hate that store.
