I love it that you can pull up the app while you are in line, and they can scan the coupons right off your phone. Lines can be long, both for checkout and fabric counter.

Wife wanted some fabric with maps. We spent a lot of time looking thru their fabric collection but couldnt find the fabric she wanted. Asked a staff member for help and she immediately led us to what my wife wanted. It was even on sale, 50% off.

Lots of sales for Halloween and even Christmas. Which is crazy....they are still putting out Christmas stuff but its on sale. Sure to find whatever you need here. They have a little of everything!!

Awesome sales, great selection, wonderful prices. Just wish the staff was a tad bit friendlier. I always feel like I am a bother to get fabric cut or get pricing on an item. Checkout is always slow and they never seem happy to take your money!

Went there for a project with my daughter. The staff was so helpful. Much more fabric and sewing stuff than other craft store... But less art supplies. Process are decent on some products... Just watch out for the ones that arent. This location is very well maintained and clean. Im sure Ill be back sooner or later for some other project.

Whenever shopping at JoAnn, make sure and download coupons from their website. The markup built into their prices is insane. Why have a constant sale when you could normalize your prices?

I waited for about 15 minutes at the framing department. I then went to the fabric area where I saw associates. I stood in line for at least another 20 min. When it was my turn to be helped the employee didnt even acknowledge me. I waited longer because the two employees were trying to figure out who was going to help me. I finally was able to ask for help in the framing department only to be told Oh that closed at 5. A sorry for the inconvenience or even a hi how are you, how can I help you would have made the wait not as bad. Also it would be good if there was a sign stating when the framing department closed.

Many fun trips to Joanne’s over the years. However the one on Jefferson Davis pkwy has really gone downhill as far as customer service goes. They have taken to being consistently rude, and even yelled at the people in line one day! Excuse me! Wow. I will never go back into that store. It was a three strikes and you’re out thing. Trust me, people who are shopping in person right now are not okay with being treated poorly on top of the stress of COVID, having to wear masks etc... terrible experience!

They are consistently having 3 hour waits to get in. They refuse to simply institute a 15min per customer time limit, which would allow others to get a chance to get the items they need. Ive tried curbside pickup, the wait is too long. Ive tried FOUR DAYS in a row now to get in, but because a)people are RUDE and dont care that others are waiting and b)they wont set a time limit, I cant get the supplies I need for my business. I wont forget when things go back to normal that you werent even remotely interested in trying to make sure people had a chance to get in. We share a car, so its not possible for me to come be the first one in mine.

Had the bean bag filler I was looking for. Packages were damaged so they honored a discount. Employee knew what I described and directed me right to where they were. I am pleased with my visit. On another note, this store typically has what Im looking for. Some things are a bit pricey for my liking but all in all its a great place.

JOANN Fabrics and Crafts is an awesome place if you need some creative inspiration or just have questions. They seem to specialize in fabrics as opposed to painting or other crafts, so it is best to consider that when assessing your needs. However, if a request is beyond their scope, I was always pointed in the right direction.

I find it hard to believe that out of all the things in my $75 order, that NONE of it could be found! How lazy! Why offer this service if your won’t honor it?! I have a high risk family and we make masks for FREE. You’re paid to do this service. Thanks for making our life harder.

I was in line at the material cutting section. The 1 associate was helping her customer, the other associate finished her customer looked at me with material in my hand. She ask if I needed material cut or if I needed assistance she instead loaded the extra material in a bin and was going to take and put it away . I asked her if she can help me....She asks what was my number I said 88.. the number on the screen was 83, she started calling number 83..... What the WHAT....I was the only one in line. I get its a number system in place, however she should have called the number before going to put the material back . I felt like she did it because I interrupted her.

Even though I may look out of place shopping in the store, I love looking for those craft like items. I was able to find wood eggs that I have used to try and train my chickens where to lay their eggs. They also have the right type of shirt buttons I needed. Its amazing how many items they have for projects. I love their layout of the store and how easy it makes the search for items.

This is a nice big store with a wide selection. We were here on Black Friday and it was sufficiently staffed for the event! Love that!!

Cool place. She has many options that the other two stores I went to did not have. She also has an app you can download. Right now this is the best time to come buy items to decorate for Halloween or Christmas make items for the holidays. Attention::the tariffs are gonna make the prices go up so now is the time to shop here because Joannes Fabrics is cheaper than other stores that are similar. Obviously it is not going to be cheapest anymore once these tariffs hit next week.

I purchased thread online, and Joann held a charge on my credit card for $24.21. When they shipped the order, they withheld another charge for $22.02 for the same order. I called customer service and spoke to Nyline. She told me both charges were pending and that one would drop. Well I received the order, and both charges, totaling $46.23 are still being withheld from my account, which left my account short. Watch out for extra money coming out of your account when ordering!! Now I have to call customer service again and the hold time is long!!

I placed an order for curbside pick up, no where does it say on there site 3-4 days to process a pick up. Called and the employee said they let 10 people only in the store and last one must be there by 4:45. I get there at 4:15 and they already picked a person to stop letting in addition customer . Manager came out, I thought was getting my order instead she cancels my order. Store hours posted are 10-5. Nothing posted about having to be there by a certain time . Thanks! The fabric I ordered, paid for for my daughters 10th birthday this weekend, cancelled. Will never go here agai . Plus 3 other ladies drive 45 minutes away and they were turned away.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I was told to download the app that i can use the coupons but once i got to the register i was not able to use any coupon on the app...and to make it worse the things that said 70% off were 60% and the material i decided to add another yard to because of the coupons didnt qualify and to add insult to injury the girl at the reg kept saying im sorry as i was explaining to another employee as if she could say it anymore i would leave faster because she couldnt do anything about it....very bad customer service and i spoke to someone else that had problems with app coupons will delete that app.

Very friendly and helpful staff--but you can never find help. Some of the shelves are in need of straightening up. When its obvious that you are a subscriber to their email, and you have a teacher ID handy for the teacher discount they wont give you the discount unless you have their app installed on your phone. Which, I believe is illegal and exclusionary.

Horrible experience. I needed 1 yard of material and found myself in line behind 2 women with shopping carts full of bolts of material. 5 minutes turned to 15 then to 30 as they laughed giggled and shared stories of sewing. I put my bolt down came home and ordered from Amazon. Now I understand why brick and mortar stores are closing down. Ill have my material tomorrow, cheaper and no inconsiderate women to wait behind.

Its very easy to get lost in here if youre unfamiliar with crafting like I am. But show enough the Angels of JOANN swope in like falcons and save the day! Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.

Clean, orderly, good selection and variety of fabrics. The employees were knowledgeable, cheerful and friendly. Funny thing Ive noticed about Joann Fabrics. Ive lived all over the country and while the stores are never crowded with customers I most often have to wait in line to get my fabric cut and then again at the check-out. It must be a company policy or a tactic to keep customers in the store as long as possible in order to weaken their resistance to the call of all that lovely fabric and breakdown and buy more!

The selection is awesome. The employees in the fabric department know what their doing. So speak up if your a fist timer on fabrics and let them know. They WILL educate you.

Great place to shop. Almost always has what youre looking for. Prices can be a bit high but there are always great deals and savings via coupons. They have a great app and you can shop on line.

Its a great store. I give it only three stars for the consistently long wait at the cutting counter and cash registers. If possible, shop here during the week. They simply dont have enough staff on Saturdays.

Almost any fabric that you need or want, you can get it here! Perfect for when I need to get some supplies for the sewing and yarn item side of my home business. But as far as lotion, soap, and bodily items, they dont have it. It would be awesome if they did, but the staff and atmosphere is perfect.

I found what I was looking for at a price comparable to other craft stores. The sales associates I interacted with were courteous and knowledgeable. I will return for craft supplies in the future.

I love staff at my store, they always stop what theyre doing and hove assistance. How do you download your new app? I also received, along with coupons in the mail, via your email address, for a one time offer and it came up as not found. No one at my store had a clue about and was unable to help me. Customer service was superb. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Their weekly sale is always good.

They have a great variety of fabric and sewing supplies and a decent variety of general crafting materials. The sometimes have really good sales. Once I got a nice Ott Light for just $19.99.The only bad thing is that if the stores busy at all the lines can get long, both to check out and to get fabric cut.

Joann Fabrics has everything the crafter needs. The selection of fabric, notions, and other crafting supplies us very good. The staff is very helpful and polite. The parking is good and easy to get into /out of.

Even during the pre-holiday season when theyre at their busiest, the employees were extremely helpful and patient. They took the time to check a potential returned item amount to help save my friend an extra trip, and one revealed the extra needle holding section of the Guterman thread spools. Definitely visit this store if you need fabric or some advice on a project.

Great selection of fabric and equipment to choose from. While I have no idea where to look for the items I need to pick up, their staff is always very helpful and able to help you exactly what you needed.

Went in here to get the little cups in the wedding section because my son uses them when he paints with the craft paints. Love this store. They have everything.

Great store for arts and crafts, my fiance loves JOANN, and primarily shops there for her yarn. The only negative thing I have to say is the aisles, a lot of times they have baskets in the main aisles with discounted merchandise, which is awesome but it makes the aisles very tight which when the store is busy makes it impossible to get past people or sometimes there is not enough space on one side to even get past the basket, other than that, great store, friendly staff, great variety on nearly anything arts and craft you could want

Each time I have needed help or advice, the employees were friendly and very helpful. One female employee, who had upholstery experience, was extremely helpful and offered much needed advice for this novice.

Disappointed with the fact they claim sale items but pricing did not reflect a deal at all. Simple thing that was normally $12.99 was in the clearance section for just $2 off. To me thats not a clearance deal.

Its a chain so what you find is consistent and there are usually plenty of end of season items available if you shop in season like me (as opposed to before). But the customer service here is lacking, I usually hit a competitor first unless Im on that side of town.

Of course I love it here. I am relatively new to crafting and I could spend all day in here.

It is the only fabric store in the area, basic box store. They are friendly and efficient. I also like that they take competitor coupons.
