Called ahead of time to see if they could do a state inspection on a trailer, and they said yes, so I made an appointment.On the day of, I brought it in, and they inspected it right away. It probably took about 30 minutes or so. Afterward, they told me it passed all the checks, but it turned out they were out of stickers for trailers.They didnt charge me and said theyd call me when more arrived. There was only about a week left until the end of the month, but they assured me they always arrive pretty fast, so it shouldnt be a problem.Well, a week went by, then another, and I never received any call or voicemail. By this point, my inspection was already a week expired, so I ended up just taking the trailer to another shop.This was my first and only time visiting them, so I cant really comment on the quality of their work. Though they were pretty fast with the inspection. But everything else left a bad taste in my mouth.

Very happy to do business with these gentlemen...was having a difficult time finding a business that does emissions. Appt was on time...and checked my tire pressure! All done in about a hour...simply a very professional place to do business with.....all done with smiles in office and in the shop....Thank u

Ive gone here exclusively since they have opened, and every time they explain everything that can and needs to happen so that I can make an informed decision about what I need done. Honestly some of the only mechanics Ive seen not try to con me into stuff. Great place, and they do both emissions and state inspections!

I’m very picky about letting just any mechanic at any garage work on my vehicles. Dave and his guys are excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Work bays and waiting are very clean. They are very honest and hard working. I will definitely be taking my vehicles there from now on.

These guys are amazing. I talked to David one time about my sister in laws truck and the issues. We couldnt get the truck started and he immediately sent the tow truck. The guys worked on the truck for weeks trying to resolve the issue. Calling many different places to find a transmission. Took their time and fixed other things along with finding the best deal on a transmission. We got the truck back and it stopped working again..David sent the tow truck again for us. Fixed the next problem within a day!! The thoughtfulness and caring that goes into the guys fixing our car was amazing. They are absolutely amazing. It is refreshing to see someone care about their customers the way these guys do. I will continue to bring all my cars to their shop! Best shop ever and best guys ever!!

I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. The staff was fast and courteous. I didn’t feel like I was being hassled and didn’t wait long at all and my truck to be read. I will definitely be coming back here.

Where do I begin ....in a county riddled with mechanics that have more of an interest in ripping you off, ruining your vehicle, & providing low quality service these guys set expectations & standards that every mechanic in the surrounding area should truly be afraid of. My vehicle had an issue, He diagnosed the issue, explained why my vehicle was doing what it was doing, I set up a next day appointment, paid a lot less than any other mechanic would charge & my car was as good as when I drove it off the lot ...oh & I was out in less than an hour . I will unfortunately be moving to the northern va area very soon...but I have no problem driving 43+ miles to get quality top-notch service from a quality honest mechanic. No one else will be touching my vehicle but this crew from now on 10 STARS EASILY

Jiffy Lube on Plank Road in Fredericksburg destroyed our van’s engine and this shop examined the vehicle and performed a forensic test on the van’s oil to determine Jiffy Lube put the incorrect oil in it. They graciously have allowed our van to sit there while we are working with lawyers to figure out the best course of action. Excellent, kind mechanics, and a USAA certified facility. Highly recommended.

These guys do great work at a reasonable price. Not only have they done this with me, but Ive witnessed them take the time with others to explain what the issue was why they were repairing it so that there were no surprises, even showing customers where the problem is.

This place told me they replaced 2 gaskets on my car after I had them do my exhaust.... However the gaskets were NEVER replaced! Had another shop do work on my muffler less than 1 week apart from my exhaust fixin. Well told them about having my exhaust just done a week ago. Well they showed me the gaskets... They were TOTALLY rusted and separating in the center. There wasnt any new gaskets done!! Went to talk to the owner and he smirked and laughed at me and wouldnt give me a refund for the parts they charged me and I had proof. Pics. Video of them. The owner said no refund. We dont believe u then in walks the mechanic who worked on my car. Long story short I called him out and he denies any wrong doing. I show him I have the pics here that prove it. RIGHT there.. He reaches in his own pocket and paid me MY money owed!!! See he was wrong and that proved it!! They r crooked and related to the old owners.. The Hudsons who 3 months ago are under investigation for fraud and ripping off customers and using the customers vehicles for their side businesses and 1 is drug trafficing... Look up Hudson Auto. They sold to David the new owner who is continuing the fraud... Ripping people off!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE... OR U WILL BE THE NEXT VICTIM!
