I recently purchased a 2022 Pathfinder 9/8/21. Tim Pohanka helped with the purchase and it was the greatest process ever. Everything went smooth and done virtually car was delivered to my house it was awesome. As we speak now I have had the car for a month and I had a faulty trunk latch issue that was taken care of with Tims help. I am just waiting to have leather installed in the vehicle. I had a few bumps in the road nothing too serious hopefully we take care of few things and I can enjoy my new purchase going forward. Nothing like realizing your safety inspection expired yesterday and today’s Friday morning! I purchased my Pathfinder from Stafford and had previously had it serviced there with good service. Long story short,dealership sold less than a month after purchase & they referred me to a Richmond dealership to correct an issue. Not convenient at all. Was happy to receive flyer from mail with Pohanka Nissan service available in Fredericksburg. I was already aware of their high customer satisfaction & no appointment required status. Initially, I was overwhelmed with how busy it was in the service area. After a few questions by the service team I was reassured,if no big problems found, I’d be street legal that day. I didn’t have all my paperwork with me but was told the Nissan team service member knew how to access the information. Very nice indoor/outdoor waiting area,restrooms &coffee. Very satisfied and recommend their services. It’s my Pathfinders new car care provider.

My mom and I have both purchased vehicles from Pohanka Nissan. I most recently purchased my first car through Bert Carlson, he made this process so smooth and easy. We found the best deal for a 10 year old car that looks brand new. The car had a small crack on the front bumper and a bit of rust on the roof. Before selling it to me, they made sure to replace the front bumper and cover the rust. Bert made sure I was taken care of, he is a great sales man with a good sense of humor, I 10/10 recommend him!!

Upon arrival for my appointment was greeted right away. Service was as expected. I was kept informed by my service provider, Adam, through the whole price. The price I was quoted for my service was the price I paid. My car was also hand washed and vacuumed before being returned to me. Best service department at a dealership in Fredericksburg. The friendliest and most accommodating service reps around. Cassandra hooked me up. Just needed a state inspection and went in late in the afternoon. She had me in and out in a jiffy even though initially she estimated an hour wait. I was there about 1/2 an hour and when the car came back they had washed it also. When I went to pay the bill Cassandra said it was no charge! You cant do any better than that!

Roman was very nice to work with. He was straight with us which I can appreciate when dealing with car sales. Neither party wanted to waste each others time. I would buy from him again. That being said, Pohanka Nissan really loves their car prices. I mean, I get it, we bought a used car at literally the worst time ever. The car was originally advertised for $16k, then they dropped it to $14,971, but their fees are outrageous in my opinion. The car still ended up being over $17k if my memory serves me correctly. Its just a shame that you think youre getting a car for X amount and then a ton of money later... its back up to your max budget THEN they try to up-sell you on extra warranties. 🥴 I feel like if you stand behind youre vehicles, those extra incentives should be included and not as an up-sell.

Salesman Alex and the sales manager Mike were great in helping me find my truck. Service department needs a lot of improvement. Had a car towed there and when I called in the morning they had no record of it. Came to find out the other service advisor never checked in the car after telling me my car was lost. Bought a truck and they did an oil change and did not tighten the oil drain plug so it was leaking until I noticed it. Service manager was supposed to call me but still have not heard from them.

Wait wasnt as long as Id been told. Waiting area was full, but still quiet. Been coming here years, employees always courteous and informative. Have recommended to friends before.

About 2 months ago I came to Pohanka Nissan for assistance filing a warranty claim for a issue with my 2018 Nissan Frontier. I worked with a younger gentleman whom did all the paperwork and took pictures of the vehicle as required. Fast forward a month later after having weekly contact with this gentleman from the service department whom was telling me that corporate Nissan was not cooperating I learn that the gentleman is no longer employed by pohanka Nissan and that my claim was never even filed. At this point I began working with Cassandra the service manager at Pohanka Nissan whom sincerely apologized for the events that occurred and stated she would ensure the problem is corrected. I had to retake pictures of the vehicle and refile the claim. Cassandra ensured the claim was filed and kept up with. Nissan was also great during this whole process as they had a representative that was in constant contact with me letting me know of status changes and requirements. At the end of it all Nissan fixed the problem and Cassandra made sure it was kept up with and taken care of. Thank you Nissan for standing by your product and thank you Cassandra for making things right and being diligent in resolving my issue. Because of the way this incident was resolved Nissan will continue to have my business as well as Pohanka Nissan of Fredericksburg, thank you all!

I wanted to buy a Nissan a few years ago and the service I received made me go to the Stafford location to complete my sale. I came back for routine service and recall requests and once again I ended up in Stafford. I recently came in for a diagnostic check based on hesitation, only to be told I needed a transmission. I took it to Aamco who specialized in transmissions who told me that my transmission is fine and identified and changed the spark plugs. The vehicle drives like new now. I will never return or refer anyone to this location.

I enjoy getting my vehicle serviced here. Adam was a great help. I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked to pick my vehicle back up after the maintenance was completed but they were very busy and he along with several others apologized for the wait. Once again I left content with everything, thank you.

Since I am still being harassed by this company for a review, here it is.Sandy in service lied to my face and to my warranty company, then tried to charge me $3500 for a sub $1000 fix.Now, I am getting spam texts and emails to post a review. AND, it appears this company has sold my information because I am getting mail to my home address directed to the way this company misspelled my name. I never gave permission for my home address to be shared.Maybe the dealership has good staff, but the service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. And apparently they share your information, too. Stay away.

Ill give them a 5.A former employee damaged my vehicle during a previous visit and failed to disclose it. At todays visit they didnt only tell me about tge damage, but also accepted responsibility, and compensated me for the time I lost at work. This is the definition of customer service.

They told us we didnt need an appointment to have a key fob checked and that they could get us in and out quickly.... Two hours waiting only to be told to come back in two days and they still havent finished diagnosing the issue. Over four hundred dollars (so far) to replace a fob!

Swindlers! After having chatted with a representative about needing a transmission recalibration, not diagnostic. I go in and waited 2.5hrs only to be charged for diagnostic. Do not take your car to them unless under warranty.

Our buying experience was nothing but problematic and is continuing to be problematic. Trying to get anyone to respond back to you is like pulling teeth. No one communicates together in between departments. Therefore no one has any idea of what is going on. We were sent home with out one piece of paper work that said we bought something. There was no information about who we financed through we were just told. Things were stollen off the vehicle in their own parking lot. All around wouldn’t recommend this process again. We are still waiting to hear back about a license plate. Do your self a favor and go some where where the people you’re working with will actually respond to you. I get continual emails about rating our experience, but couldn’t get any communication before a 5 hour drive to pick up the vehicle or a call back when inquiring about our temporary plate expiring and how every thing else is going with the license plate and registration. It’s been almost a month and we still don’t have a plate. Who knows what’s going to happen.

I went into service department at Pohanka Nissan to get an oil change, cabin filter replaced, tires rotated/balance and to check my brakes since they were pulsating. Adam was very polite and thorough throughout my interaction. He walked me to my car to go over my concerns before they started the service repairs and he also went to my car with me after the repairs were completed to recap and confirm everything was taken care of. They also have a text messaging service while you are waiting in the service department to communicate about any additional services and to provide updates of repairs. Adam followed up with me the next day to see how my car was driving after my service appointment. I trust in Pohanka and the service they provide and will be back for all of my future services repairs.

We have called their tags and title department all week leaving messages after our sales rep Bert told us to call them about the tags. Nobody from their tags and title department can call us back. We are needing our extended tags and license plate but Nobody from their tags and title department will call us back. Sad I have to go this route for someone to contact us. Will update review if we get help..Finally getting help.. 🙌 we get the tags tomorrow it will go back to 5 stars..Back to 5 stars... They got us the temp tags now just waiting on the plate.. thank you tags and title department.

We worked with the salesperson Roman, he was very professional, easy to talk to and wasn’t an overbearing sales person that we all dislike. He made sure that we got everything that we asked for. The GM was very nice. Also the finance guy was very professional and easy to talk to as well. I always dread buying cars and being pushed by the salesperson, I never felt pushed, in fact I felt like we were a priority to find what we wanted! It was very refreshing. I highly recommend car shopping there. Also the service department is amazing!

I had a wonderful salesman name Roman Stanakzai who sold me a 2018 Genesis. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed into making a decision and customer service was excellent. He is very knowledgeable about all types of vehicles that will fit your needs. Even the rest of the staff was excellent and very friendly. This was my best experience ever in purchasing vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone to buy a car.
