These guys are the best. Called them instead of our usual lift guys for an installation as they could come out quicker and were more responsive. Came out the day they said they would, did it cheaper than the other guys, and it was done quick and right. Would highly recommend. Thanks for the great job.

I recently purchased an Eagle Lift. At the time of purchase I was given Rick the Toolman’s name and phone number as a point of contact for delivery and install. I made initial contact with Rick and later with Candy (office). Both were friendly and very informative concerning the lift. I was given a fair and reasonable quote. Rick’s team (Josh, Jeff, and Josh) was able to install the lift on the day I requested. As a third party Rick the Toolman represented Eagle as if He also owned that business. My install took the better part of his crews work day (few hours lift setup and six plus hours’ drive). The crew did not leave until all my questions were satisfactorily answered and the lifts operation was showed to me. I would recommend Rick to everyone that is in need of a lift. GREAT JOB RICK.

Rick the Toolmans employees removed and relocated a used lift that I purchased from a repair shop that was moving. Rick and his crew completed the job quickly and efficiently. Before hiring Rick The Toolman to install this auto lift, I thought about doing this job myself. After watching the process of disassembly, moving and re-installation, I am extremely pleased that I chose Rick The Toolman.

Beware, after weeks of waiting, I was quoted $500-650 for seals and repacking of hydraulic lift cylinders, I asked for new hydraulic hoses and pads for the lift as well. I was told I would be contacted the following Monday with a firm quote. Monday came and went, It wasnt till the following Monday that the call came in saying our guys are on the way and the total would be $850.(ok new hoses and pads that seems ok)the guys showed up without new hoses or pads then admitted they didnt have what they needed to do the job. Then they asked me to go buy the hydraulic fluid. They still would have to come back to finish. Then when they came back they wanted to charge another $300 for having to come back. I refused to pay the additional money as it was their issue that the job wasnt completed. Anyway a day later guess what the lift I just spent $900 on is not correct and Rick response due to previous issues on this job we feel it would be better if you had someone else look at your lift Stay away terrible way to do business!

SCAM ARTISTI hired Rick the Toolman (RTT) to install two car lifts at my house. I have hired RTT to install 5 lifts in the past 5 years with the most recent about two months ago. In every instance, I would order the lift online and the online vender ships the lifts to Rick. Rick than receives the lifts, trailer it to my house, and install for me. Each time, he charged $500 per lift installed. For each lifts installed, he provided all tools, labor, and supplies as part of the $500 and there were never an estimate provided as he always charged the same amount each time. The two new lifts were delivered for installation this Monday. Rick was not able to finish it because electrical need to be connected (always the responsibility of the owner) and anchor holes drilled (always RTTs responsibility). Rick indicated that he could not drill because he did not have the proper drill bit and asked me if I knew someone that can do the drilling. I went ahead and paid my handyman to drill 4 holes which costed me $275 on Wednesday of this week. When he left the first time, there was hydraulic fluids all over my newly painted wall and newly installed tile floor.RTT came back today around 4pm and finished around 8:30PM. The owner of RTT is Rick. Upon finishing the work, he informed me the cost would be $2500 via a written invoice and asked me to sign. I did not sign and inquired why the amount is more than twice what he always charged. He informed me the price is what the manufacture of lift recommended.I informed rick of the past payments and the $2500 was unreasonable. he never told me this install would be more. He than dropped the price to $2000 and said another reason was he had never installed this lift before. When I refused, he called over his helper that was about 100 feet away from our conversational argument to start removing the hydraulics of the lifts. When I refused to allow him to do so and asked why he was doing this. Argument got more heated and his helper walked away from the argument. Both rick and i were inside the garage with the doors open arguing. His helper went outside to get away from the heated argument.Rick is a bully and thinks he can just push his weight around. Dont let him. Have the estimate in writing first or he will try to rip you off.
