My husband and I had been on the hunt for a used Chevy Avalanche and had been to a few used dealers in the area, which weren’t good experiences. He stayed past hours on a Saturday to make it happen and was professional and fun to talk to while we waited around for paperwork. Freddy even helped us polish up the plastic on the truck and put air in the tires after spending the entire day working on getting it for us. Freddy did a good job. Heade himself available after hours for me since I called after they were closed. I live 150 miles away and he gave me a gentlemans agreement when I asked him to hold the vehicle for me to givee a chance to look at it even though he had other potential buyers and that was pretty stand up in my opinion. I got a good vehicle at a fair price and he kept his word.

Gary was extremely helpful and the entire experience pleasant. He went above and beyond by meeting us in the evening on a Sunday. We got a great truck at a great price and could not be more pleased with the entire transaction.

Seem nice but delay in giving you a final price. Talked with them for more than a month on a vehicle. Once we reached a deal I went through their preferred financing and while I was finalizing that paperwork, and after they issued me a purchase order, they sold the car out from under me. Buyer beware. Get everything in writing.

Great experience. Drove from Va Beach after seeing a vehicle I wanted online. Met with Freddie on a day he was scheduled off. Great place if I purchase another vehicle definitely going there.

I gotta say these guys were great! Large military family here who were in search of a good towing rig. I happened to come across a 1999 F-350 7.3 they had advertised for sale among the others I saw on their site. Drove in from DC to see their awesome inventory in person and was quite pleased with what they had on the lot. Freddy (Sales Specialist), left me to it and I roamed the lot with access to all the vehicles with no one standing over my shoulder. I was able to take my time looking over the vehicles at my pace with no pressure to hurry up. I test drove the truck for about 35 mins and was able to get up to speed on the highway just a few mins from the dealer. The prescribed test drive route has everything you need to get a good feel for a vehicle and I was allowed to test drive that alone as well. Which again, is always nice... giving me the peace and quiet I need to focus and make a sound decision on an investment such as a vehicle purchase. Vehicle had no issues and was everything the ad said it was and then some. Freddy spent an entire day running back and forth from the bank and the dealer to get this deal sealed. They were very accommodating to me and my family and made sure we got what we wanted. I also brought a vehicle to trade in as well and the offer they gave me was more than fair imo. I am beyond thankful for everything Freddy and the Owner did for us to make this work to include hooking us up with some Platinum Auto World koozies and shirts. Thanks for the awesome truck guys!

There is a reason for the lack of reviews on Yelp. As they are requesting them be removed as mine was earlier. As a struggling military family we are very disappointed to see our vehicle on here, intended to sell to someone in need and instead sold to him. He said he was buying it for his son and we had a friend who needed the truck much more we would have sold to for a lower price had we know he bought the truck just to sell it over double for what he purchased it from. This feels very dishonest and had he know it was worth so much more he should have been honest. All of the information on here is true and I am hoping this doesnt get deleted again as the information on here is 100% true.

One of the worst treatment a customer can receive, first they tell you that they have the car and it is available then we you are there with the cash in hand (full payment) they tell you they dont have it and the guy is treating you like you just insult him and with a racists attitude.P.sThere are better dealers around and not rasist

First they will make you waste a whole day by keeping you in their dealership making you think the accountants and the financier are busy with their customers.Second. When you finally get to finance your car they will add on about 15 grand on a 30 grand car.So basically the wait time is a trick for you to get fed up and buy the car regardless of how much they added up to it because itll make you say *i wasted a whole day so I might as well just get it now*Oh and dont forget they charge you 3 grand if you ask for a car fax report.

Would not even return my call.
