It is a small store but they have a lot of good items.

While passing through in October, me and a fellow Yankee toured the Fredericksburg battle site and popped in the Picket Post just to look around. A bag of war memorabilia and collectibles later, we continued on to Gettysburg. Today, I just went to their website and ordered more stuff. Good prices, and good people to talk to.

I am used to Gettysburg where stores like this liter the main road and Ive grown fond of going into them.This particular store was about one of the only ones there so when I had seen it from the visitor center I made a dash across the road to check it out.Whoever was working the desk was fun to chat with - and when we engaged in questions about items in the store he had fairly insightful answers. Store was fairly compact and small but for what it was, some neat things to be checked out.I purchased a few of my relics from here that I now have in my glass case and couldnt be happier. Id recommend a stop in here if not fully interested in purchasing, some neat stuff to look at, and great guys to talk about the area with, may change your mind.

Always enjoy stopping in and seeing what I can find. The guys that work there are always fun to talk with.

Playing on his phone the whole time I was in there and even tried to talk to him. I guess I was bothering him. I will never step foot in there again!!!

If you want to own a piece of history, this place has lots of great stuff. They specialize in Civil War artifacts. Prices were extremely reasonable.
