Excellent hearing aids. I took Dougs advice and got them when I was on the low end of the normal range, rather than waiting.. I have had them for several years now. My new ones have a blue tooth in them so listening to music is fantastic. Doug is excellent at giving me check ups (free) and his office staff is excellent too. I highly recommend them.

A great team who work well with their patients and with workers comp cases. There is extensive follow up to make certain the instruments are perfect for the patient. Ill never use another provider and highly recommend Miracle Ear of Frederick.

Very professional and friendly. However ... if you are in the market for hearing aids, you can save thousands of dollars by going to Costco. I purchased a pair for $1600 at Costco which included a 180 day trial period. If you dont like them for any reason, return them for a full refund. Miracle Ear has no such trial period and costs four times as much.

Dr Douglas Shepard is very informative and got my wife through the scary process of hearing loss. Very upbeat and positive and even made a helpless husband feel like we were not doomed... Great place great people...
