Three weeks ago the Beltone appointment center said the next available appointment would be on August 24, at 11:45am in Frederick, MD, and that the Beltone office would be open on that date. I made the appointment. Last week I called and confirmed the appointment, and the Beltone appointment center again said the Frederick, MD, office would be open. Today, August 24, I called the center before leaving for my scheduled appointment, which reaffirmed my appointment time and stated affirmatively that the office would be open today, but not the rest of the week. So, I made the 30 mile drive to Frederick, MD, and found the office closed.Beltone has left a very bad impression. I’m left with a loose battery door on my left ear and nobody available to fix it.How do you plan to resolve this problem?

I am so impressed! The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Caroline Pirtle is very knowledgeable and happy to share her knowledge. She informed me that my insurance covered the entire cost of hearing aids, which was a huge relief for me! Caroline welcomes questions and is always ready to help. Besides being able to hear MUCH better, I feel like I made New friends at this office. I HIGHLY recommend it!

What a blessing this office was! From the front desk to Caroline Pirtle I was so impressed with their compassion and knowledge. They are amazing and I would recommend to anyone! So Professional and sweet... a joy to visit that office!

Access to this facility is difficult for me. There are no ramped curbs which I need. Also, I was sure one of my hearing aids is malfunctioning and still is even though I was assured it worked properly, it doesnt!!
