Derek is very helpful, always has a smile on his face when I pop in for supplies. Very clean and neatly organized store.

I called Roberts to order some stuff for my client. I was on hold for 10 minutes before I could talk to somebody. Transferred me back and forth. Finally a lady name Barbara helped me out, get my order in quick! I was on the phone for 28 minutes to order some tubing. Horrible experience!
