We had a great experience with Mattress Warehouse from beginning to end! The salesman was helpful but did not pressure us. I was able to get the mattress I wanted in only three days. The delivery guys were early and were in and out in about 5 minutes, setting the bed exactly where I wanted it. I would use this store again if I needed a new mattress.

The guy at the store was the nicest and he knew perfectly what he was talking about! We bought it on Thursday and they dropped it off and did all the job by Tuesday! I LOVE MY NEW BED!!! They are really professional! 100%

We went out this morning 9/1 to Mattress Warehouse in Frederick to look for a new mattress. We were welcomed into the store by Sahid. A little unsure about how to choose one, we were immediately put at ease by Sahids knowledgeable and experienced guidance. After sampling different brands and models I chose one a bit over my budget but Carlos assured me the better mattress would last a lifetime and provide a comfortable and restful sleep. Went in expecting to meet a pushy salesperson. Instead, I was greeted by Carlos, who took the time to listen to what I wanted (a firm queen-size mattress for a decent price) and show me several options around the store that fit my budget. He narrowed down the list based on my feedback as we went and patiently waited while I tried the different models. When I found one I liked, he was up front about the price--no gimmicks, nothing. (It was right in my budget, it turns out.) He was polite and professional, and I could tell he respected my time. I spent less than 45 minutes in the store, and I left happy.Also, the delivery team was excellent. They hauled my mattress and split box spring up my extremely narrow staircase, through an equally narrow hallway, and into my bedroom--without hitting or scuffing a single thing. And they were done in less than 20 minutes.Ive been sleeping on the mattress for almost two months, and its *exactly* what I wanted. Years from now, when it eventually wears out, Ill gladly go back to this place to get another one.

Originally purchased a mattress at the Chambersburg location and Shane was great to work with. Came home to Frederick and wanted to change to a different mattress. Ryan was very helpful and patient even though he was not our original sales person and wasnt getting commission. He helped us pick a different mattress and and was very knowledgeable about the products. We hit a snag with the adjustable base but Ryan is making sure we are well taken care of. After looking at several mattresses, we finally settled on Sealy Premier Cobalt Hybrid (medium). At first it was firm and we were going to return and get a Soft version but Sahid the store manager explained to us that it takes about a month to break into the mattress. Sure enough after about a month of use is became soft to the level we wanted but still with a firm support. We love it now and I am planning a buy a 2nd mattress exactly the same type and size from the same Mattress Warehouse in Frederick. BTW, Sahid the store Manager provided us with very friendly customer service with no pressure to buy or make decision in a hurry.

MATTRESS WAREHOUSE SELLS FAKE LUXURY BRAND MATTRESSES. I purchased a Kingsdown only to not be able to find it on their website. I called kingsdown and the basically told me that Mattress Warehouse sells their own watered down line of Kingsdown and no information is available on their website to reflect the product. Its like buying the outlet version of Coach its NOT the same, cheaper quality, cheaper materials and thats why the price is CHEAPER!

Not sure if the guy was a trainee or what but he seemed like he didnt care about anything and when we asked questions all he gave was vauge responses. I guess the guy was in a hurry to get home beacause later I saw him running out of the store and riding off with someone. Never felt so uncomfortable with a salesman in my life.Pick any store in fredrick that sells matresses and you will be better off than going to this place.
