I have not been to target in years. Today confirmed I will never go back. I wanted to buy a gift card and pay cash. I had the associate 3 twenties. He has this scanner machine he started scanning and said no hood. I was so ticked. I said yea just printed them joking. The more he tried the more I passed I became. I then canceled the transaction and yelled I will never be back. What the hell target explain this ludicrous procedure.

Convenience as I was in from out of town. Targets team member, Shirley, could tell I was in a bit of a rush as I approached the check out location. She flagged me down as she had no one in her line and was able to get me through the check-out line quickly and efficiently. I appreciated her helping me out!

Products were not placed in appropriate areas for sales tickets to correspond with correct pricing. Pricing at register wrong for item purchased, had to provide photo of sales ticket to receive correct pricing. After arriving home with product I found that product had been previously purchased and used with food remains still on product along with item missing for product. The lady at the register was very nice though!

It was a really great experienced with the help of those people when I needed with my order for pick up. I thank her personally as with other co- worker too for thier assistance and to her great options she offered. She knows what exactly to get me on what the customer expectations! Ill give her a 👋 high five rating!! Shes awesome particularly on her name tag on her left side Assets Protector logo.

The staff was so friendly and fast, even gave my kids stickers for waiting.Store is always well stocked and clean.

Overall, I like Target and the quality of there products. However, when using the drive up opton to pick up products that I purchased online, I waited 50 minutes for a target associate to bring my items. At the very least, the wait time should have been communicated.

Target has pretty much something for everyone. It is easy to go there and find things you didnt even realize you needed. Plus they are based in MN, my home state, and I have friends who work there. They take care of their employees and keep the stores clean and organized. It is always a positive experience shopping there.

Loved this Target, all staff is super nice, helpful, and friendly. Three members helped me and were extraordinary (Shirley, Kelly, and Naiah) so thankful for them. A++ The store is very clean, organized, and pretty.

The store was well stocked and the employees helpful. I ordered pick up and that was fast and pleasant. I also realized I needed something else while I was in the parking lot so I went in. I had to ask for help finding something and the employee was kind and helpful, even though I was being oblivious to her directions (I thought Id checked where she told me - based on the location in the target app, but I had looked in a different place). The woman at checkout was lovely and kind. All around a great experience.

The wait time for Drive Up orders is ridiculous. Ive seen customers pull-in after me and get their items while I continue to wait. Better off doing In-Store pick-up.

Great staff and a clean store!!

Fast, polite service. Drive-up is quick and easy about 95% of the time. It depends on when you go. My order is almost always right (they only brought the wrong order out one time, and they were quick to correct). Overall very happy with this target.

Very unhelpful, miss leading ad that doesnt negate certain brands not on sale. Dont bother talking to customer service; theyll just talk to you about the fine print thats not listed on their ad but on some store scanner. Very disappointed. Used to have better problem solving skills here. Ill go back to Giant, thanks.

Do better Target. The two associates i talked to including the security guard who let him in said there was nothing they could do even though there is a mask mandate and there are signs on the way in saying they are required. The security guard even had a stack of masks.

I love this team member named Shirley. She is actually the one who helped me download my app and start using it and saving money. She is amazing. She always provides outstanding customer service. She is excellent at helping others.

Very basic target with limited selections. They don’t carry 90% of Circle items. No better than than Walmart which at least has decent produce.

The store is clean and updated! Very important. The shelves are club neat and tidy and items are kept on trend.

We went to Target last week for groceries and some things. After going through the entire store we were almost ready to leave but stopped to look at something. I parked the cart in the next aisle and when we returned to it less than 10 minutes later, it had been taken by an employee. We went to customer service and tried to get the cart back, but a lot of stuff had been removed from. And we could not get it back. I’m not sure why the employee Brianna (the guest service employee had confirmed on the walkie that it was this employee) thinks it’s okay to take guest’s carts and force them to go through the entire store again (another 30 minutes). Unacceptable.

Good signage and distancing reminders. Saw employees regularly wiping things down. Only glitch was being out of some of the things I was looking for, and shelf pricing tags didnt reflect what was on the shelf. And tell Shirley at the self-checkout that shes an awesome person!

I liked that the order is processed in under 4 hours and that I received a text that the order was ready for pickup. What was not available in the store was automatically listed for delivery which was faster than most stores. No one else does that.However, Target and many of the other stores require an individual to go into the store to pick up certain items because they are not part of the pickup or curbside plans. Some of the items are important, and if you cant or shouldnt go into the store, the practice makes it impossible to obtain the item. Another concern surfaced when I went just inside the store to pick up my order. People were being allowed into the store without masks. Why is that? There were several people who walked in together without masks who stood around talking and laughing like it was a social occasion. I enjoy shopping at Target, but this is not the time to enter the store without a mask or to linger in the store. I strongly urge you to rethink how to handle customers who do not comply with expectations to prevent covid spread and social distancing.

Quick and efficient service. The team members are always friendly and on the 1 occasion (out of about 15 ) that an order was wrong, it was corrected quickly.

Clean, Bright, Not much has changed in the last 20 years or so. But always a fun way to spend money and an afternoon.

Target is always so well kept and always well stocked. While Ive been having a hard time finding the particular bathroom cleaner I use, Ive had the same problem everywhere. I was able to find everything else I needed.

I went to Target to find hair products for my daughter. We were in the hair product aisle and saw a Target employee,Tani, with similar hair to my daughters. We asked her what products she used on her hair. She spent time showing us the products she used and how she used them. She was so nice and helpful! I have been having continuous issues with the store and no manager can seem to help me or figure out my online order, in store pickup situation. I have had to cancel two orders because when I go to pick up my order they simply “cannot find the item in their store” even thought I confirm before I place the order that they have it in stock. I will be taking my business somewhere with helpful employees/management.

Went to Target earlier today. My children bought toys with their Christmas money. My daughter wanted to open one before we left the store. When I did confetti went flying everywhere, which I didnt know would happen.I eventually had a younger female employee walk up and ask if I wanted a broom. To which I answered yes. We were at the front of the store. I didnt want someone to slip on the confetti.A minute or two later an older woman came up with a small hand held broom and swept it up for us. I told her thank you three or four times. Each time never getting a response.I am disappointed,I found it strange that the first employee did not offer to help but rather just asked if I wanted a broom to clean the mess myself, which truthfully I would have been fine with. Lastly the fact that the second employee did not respond or even acknowledge me after I repeatedly thanked her for sweeping it for me. Almost as if she was irritated in having to sweep it in the first place.I drove my children to Target and spent money there and in the end left feeling as though we were basically an inconvenience and needed to clean up our mess and just leave.

Always clean, and staff are always friendly and ready to help. Many of the staff knows at least some sign language and I love that they try their best to communicate with the deaf guests who comes to the store.

Came in to pick up a turkey hat that I ordered for work for Thanksgiving. There was a little trouble finding the item and I ended up waiting for 15-20 minutes just for this $5 hat. However, while I waited I had at least 3 maybe 4 other employees approach me with a smile and ask if I had been helped and one specifically even went to help find the hat. Excellent customer service, I was actually taken aback by the willingness of all the staff that saw me to step in and help. Small thing, big impact. Thank you!

I LOVE Target, I just do. Stores are always clean, items are reliably there, its easy to locate what you need. I love their app and I love my Red Card. Overall one of my favorite places to shop and Id give it 5 stars but the Frederick store just recently seems to be slacking in the management department. I notice its a bit in disarray with shelves not stocked, boxes piled up, and employees looking sometimes frazzled, so I hope they get it figured out! Still, I shop there frequently.

THIS target is absolutely wonderful. All staff work so very hard to help. There must be a great training program and/or management creates such a positive ethos that enables each staff member to act in the best interests of the customer.

Service has been going down hill for the last year. Today was the last straw, rude cashier and shelves wiped out. Online shopping far better.

Target is always on point and there is always someone you can find to help you. If they dont have in stock it takes a couple days to have it shipped free no hassle. Love my target

It feels weird to leave a review for a Target, but I always have such a great experience at this location! The store itself is pretty much the same as any other Target (the new Starbucks area is a nice addition) but its the staff who I am consistently impressed with. They are always so friendly and helpful. A woman who I believe was named Jojo offered us help in the makeup section and she was super nice! And then another woman who I think was named Faith was our cashier and she was so happy and positive and we had a great conversation with her that completely brightened our day! Definitely my favorite Target!

Very reliable and fast to pick up!

This was a couple months ago but I just want to talk about one the the men that really made my day when I went that day! I was at the self checkout and I picked up an electric water kettle thinking that must of been misplaced because it said it was $39.99. Turns out it was $59.00, I wasn’t willing to pay that so I asked the worker to remove it from my cart since I couldn’t pay that, he lowered it to $39.00! I was so happy, thank you so much to whoever did that for me!!

Out of Stock All the Time: We registered for our upcoming twins at Target because in the past they had everything we needed. My husband has been to/checked all 3 stores within reasonable driving distance to use our registry completion coupon to buy bottles, pacifiers, a bookshelf, etc. and everything we needed was out of stock. NOTE: the website said all these things were in stock! As in, right before walking into the store. The managers don’t give a damn and did NOTHING to make it right. I’m posting to the Frederick location because this isn’t our first issue with their stocking. It’s 2019. Your website should be accurate. I never thought I’d see the day that Walmart would become the better choice. How do you not have baby bottles at a big box store?! 🤬

We walked in and you guys had a line past the make up section but within 5 minutes the line was gone!! You guys always are impressive with line control and getting checked out quickly but it was very impressive today.

Target staff is easy to find and typically know how to help you or can easily find out. The stores are clean and bright. Order pick up is never overcrowded. I am almost always in and out.

I can definitely say that this store needs a revamp & remodel in their bathrooms. They are NOT accessible for moms who have their kids in the carts & cant leave their sides. Also the bathroom stall door gaps are so large that anyone can see you. Walmart’s bathrooms are 10x nicer! For the amount of money target makes a day, you’d think they could upgrade their bathrooms.

This is quickly becoming the worst place on the planet to shop or work at. FYI one of the human resource women will pick out employees to victimize personally and treat like garbage if you work here. Staff and employees are hit and miss. Some are great and others are very dramatic and rude. Team leads in apparel and for week nights are fantastic though despite all the pressure that’s put on them. They deserve better.

I find that the grocery selection in Target is exceptional. This is where I go on my lunch break because I work for a major retailer nearby. Ive had relatively okay experiences here but today, the customer service agent I had was rude and challenged my return because I stated that the item that I bought was sour and going bad. I recommended that it get removed from the shelf so that no one else has a bad experience and she totally invalidated me. She stated that this is just how it tastes when I mentioned that its gone sour. I felt insulted as a regular customer of yours to be treated this way over a $3 cup of fruit. This is not okay and I hope that this is not the reputation you guys plan on having. Target is always known for good customer service and today was a BAD example of that.

Not bad. Regular target. Could use some more seasoned management -- young staff were overwhelmed and allowed us to push our own flat cart into parking lot. Also, staff lifted heavy objects clearly marked two man lift by themselves. Not a bad store, but needs strong management.

Thank you for having deaf employees at the register. In this large community of deaf folks and ASL users, it is so important to be inclusive and make an easier shopping experience for your deaf and HoH customers.Also love the increasing number of vegan and cruelty free products throughout the store!

Fast and easy especially having kids

Annoying. Maybe when they finally (if ever) fix their gift card exchange service Ill change my review, but its been down for literally months. This target is the closest one to me with others being 30+ mins out of the way. All they said was, you can just go do it at another target, or inversely, you guys could just get the service, that you advertise, fixed.

I received GREAT service at the Target store in Frederick, md. Norma Ellan went out of her way to help me make copies of some pictures. Very friendly, helpful and gave me EXCELLENT service.
