This business is fast, honest, and they arent going to charge you outrageously or sell you services you dont need. Its a cramped space to park - nothing they can do about that, but you might drive by to see it before youre in a hurry to get to work.

I was in desperate need of tires because I had to travel for my grandmother fineral. They went out of there way to get me great tires an get me done early to get me on the road to make it in time. I did not know anyone or anywhere to take my car to get fixed if need be.I live in Frederick and I work with homeonwers all over the state of Maryland.Over the course of a year I asked clients that I work with, do you have a trusty mechanic..... Then I kid you not every single one of them said no that they just take it to some commercial places in the area. And for my personal experience I dont go to commercial places to fix my car because they typically charge too high and the work is not done very well. I typically have some sort of issue either with the bill or having to come back to have the same thing fixed again.Well I finally came across someone who I worked for and I asked him the same question, do you have a trusty mechanic? And he said yes I do. I always take my car to a place in downtown Frederick called Tire Mart.I called them up and the first person I spoke with was a man named Mike, told him I was having some issues with my car, and he told me to bring it in. He wanted to look it over and see whats the problem is. He didnt charge me to locate the issue that was wrong with my car. He a let me know how much it would cost and their warranty on their work.Well since I just moved to Frederick at the time I called around to numerous other places to get quotes on the car as well, now that I know the whats wrong with it.I turned out that their price was slightly lower than a few of the places that I had called and slightly higher than a couple of the places that I called.So I gave them a shot. well its the best decision I could have ever made for myself and my cars. the guys who work up here are honest hard-working mechanics. In the four years that Ive lived in Frederick and had work done over time by them, Ive never had a complaint or issue.Nowadays it seems like customer service husband forgotten about. But not here. I would recommend Tire Mart to anyone whos looking to get anything done with their car.Lastly I brought my minivan up to get some work done once before, and it was something that they couldnt repair. So they recommended me to another mechanic that they trust down the road from them.it just goes to show you that these people actually care about you and your car and want to do the best they can to either help you or get you the help that you need.And to be honest, what prompted me to write this review for them, was our car that we used to take family vacations in, the driver side windshield wiper broke period and we leave tomorrow evening. and I had called him yesterday evening right before they closed to ask him if they had time for me to bring the car in to see if they could fix it. Well I brought the car in when they opened like they asked me to, and they had it fixed and done and ready to go by 3:00 in the afternoon . So now I dont have to delay my vacation or anything . I am new to Maryland, took my car here to have it inspected. I was referred to them by my State Farm agent. These guys were great and did a thorough job. Quick turnaround and friendly service. Parking seems to be tricky but they have you covered.

Amazing service and pricing! Came in for what we thought to be nail in our tire. Had a very busy day planned and needed it fixed while we waiting. In under 40 minutes not only had they diagnosed the problem and fixed it, but they didn’t try to up sell us or find additional problems. Got a patch that was super cost efficient and we were on our way! Will recommend and use this place again. Staff are friendly and helpful!

Had a wheel alignment done here in a timely manner. Went to a couple big chain stores, but they couldnt get it done because of very low clearance of my car. The crew here went extra miles to put the car on the rack and got the job done, at a price much lower than the big chains. Honest people, quality service, highly recommended for any one needs to be taken care of instead of taken advantage of.

New BMW, had a flat. Fixed it right away & went ahead with full tire set. Installed & performed alignment-spoke to Mike about BMW specific alignment specs. Car drove great. Happy. Fast forward.....Brought car back in for rotation (& asked for alignment, if needed) Was told alignment wasn’t needed. Picked up car, pulled to left & steering wheel off center. Took car back THREE times for alignment.First visit: tire pressure adjusted. Still pulled.Second visit: tires rotated again. Still pulled.Third visit: Was advised they can’t perform alignment on this BMW because of all the “technical stuff on wheels like lane departure, back up camera and tire sensors....”OK. Interesting.I asked how they were able to perform the alignment appropriately the FIRST TIME?Given the fact that they actually performed an alignment after tire install & the fact that I don’t have a very technical BMW, only tire pressure sensors, I am baffled. I had thought I found a great, local, no BS place that I could trust to manage some basic maintenance & not waste my time. Disappointed.

I went in for an oil change and to get my tail light fixed. They could have quoted me some absurd price and I would of probably ending up paying it but instead, they told me it was a simple fix for the tail light and did it for me. My boss recommended Tire Mart to me to get several things fixed on my car after the dealership wanted to charge 600 dollars for the repairs. We took my car there and we received great service and they found that not all the things the dealership wanted to charge us for were necessary. So we got our car fix for less than half the price. We will definitely be back!
