The whole house have no water since the night before. Nothing is open on Sunday except for WARREN PIPE. IT SAFE OUR LIFE. MIKE AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE, KIND AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. MIKE HELPED US FOUND THE PARTS AND TOLD US WHAT TO DO THAT SAVE US HUNDRED OF DOLLAR. WE TRAVEL ABOUT 45 MIN TO GET HERE AND WE ARE GRATEFUL. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have been going here for several years as the staff is friendly helpful and courteous. In that department I cant say enough good things about this store. If wearing masks is not important to you read no further. However if the health department Mask mandate is something you support then I would recommend you shop somewhere else.

Went in yesterday (09/28/20) and received great service from their staff who helped me with PVC piping and the necessary couplers. I am not in the trade industry. The staff knew this and did not judge me for my lack of knowledge. It can be intimidating not knowing the proper terms and descriptions, but they went out of their way to help me until we figured out what I needed. The least I could do is to show my appreciation by writing a positive review.

I have an older home with much of the original plumbing still intact. A few days ago, the 1.5 copper drain elbow in the kitchen sprung a leak. They dont make that particular piece anymore, but the guys at Warren knew exactly what to do. Set me up with the right stuff and walked me through the rebuild. Worked beautifully. Im just gonna say, if the day ever comes that Warren Pipe goes away, the world of plumbing is doomed!!!No its not always the cheapest place to shop, and no its not the largest store to browse, but what it is, is a place to get exactly what you need for a reasonable price, every time. I take my toughest plumbing issues to them, and they always send me out the door with what I need to get the job done right.

Have been in here a few times for various plumbing items and found the staff to always be helpful and knowledgable. That pales in comparison to what happened yesterday. My son called me at work to say the basement was flooding (sump pump died), so I tell him what to do and that Ill be home asap, a 45 minute drive at least. Halfway home, as Im thinking I really dont have time to go shopping for a new pump, I call Warren Pipe, explain the situation and am handed off to Clay. He takes my info and meets me at my house with a new pump. Has us back up and running in 20 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Excellent service!

Excellent home town Hardware shop. They have all of the specialty items that you will ever need to fix your project. They have a lot of small brand-name stuff that you dont find it your big box retailers that tend to be a better product than what you can get there. As well as they carry items that the store does not carry for those very important home projects. Theyre all very knowledgeable and friendly I highly recommend shopping here whenever you can.

My grandfather and grandmother owned the hardware store in Leroy, Michigan, so I grew up in our familys garage and wouldnt be caught dead in a big box store when this awesome, well stocked, mom & pop store is 3 miles from my home. This place has everything Home Depot and Lowes and more specialty and hard to find hardware.I am a tool lover and I always find the parts or tools I need here, plus I find unique tools that I buy just for fun, every time I come here!

Great alternative to the Home Depot or Lowes stores for your quick home repairs. Great selection of stock, great people and prices. They have been family owned for years and I would much rather give them my business than big box stores!

This is an old-school plumbing and electrical hardware store. If your rep doesnt understand what youre trying to get done, someone else in the store does. Brian & Clay just replaced our main sump & water back-up for a super reasonable price...in 48 mins, cleaned up and out the door. THIS PLACE ROCKS

Went to Warren Pipe to get a sump sump and supplies needed for the replacement. All of the employees I spoke to were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was treated very respectfully even though I needed more assistance than most of their customers. They answered all of my questions. They carry reliable brands at fair prices. I got everything I needed for the job. Ive been there in the past for smaller items like a spigot for the back of house and a shut off valve. They are helpful and the place to go for quality items that are difficult to find at the big box stores.

Completely ripped me off on a spool of trader wire. Too bad I had to have it. Charged 300 % more than contractors pipe would haveThat was after they tried to sell me some foil tape to put on the gas line. Must be a section of the code book I didnt read.

A local mom and pop plumbing/hardware store. They do have a ton of selection for pipe fittings and pipe sizes. More than you find at a big box store. The staff members are knowledgeable in plumbing. The prices here are going to be quite a bit higher than the big box stores for the same items that they do carry. The older lady that works at the front register is pretty crabby, not the most cordial person id say. They can cut amd and thread pipes to length. Hardware like screws and bolts are very expensive compared to a big box store probably due to quantity sold, I found some items almost 40% higher or more. But the major plus is the selection of hard to find plumbing fittings that normal stores dont carry. Go here if u cant get it at the big name stores, more than likely they will have it

Went in the other day needing an adapter for my sink. Was referred by a guy at Lowes. While the guy was very patient and did try to resolve the problem this is where my rating comes from. I had the parts I needed to bring with me, I had just bought the appliance. He tells me he cant help me, so I go to home depot for the associate to tell ne all it needed was a gasket removed and then it fits. This place is supposed to be a plumbing place and couldnt tell me that? Sorry but not going back.

I called here for a specific item...a 4 inch brass cap was told they had it . upon arrival product was not available but the great staff here over assisted and filled me with much knowledge and a product to substitute. All and all I had experienced a great encounter and just wanted to share.

Went to lowes, home depot and what not looking for a piping for my air compressor to go from the motor to the tank. Lowes and home depot were of course no help and didnt have what I was looking for even with my measurements. A guy from Lowes recommended warren pipe. Within minutes I was help upon arrival. I showed the guy at the desk some pictures or what i I needed and within minutes he came up with a solution and the piping I needed. Will always go to warren pipe and feel confident returning home with the right parts and the right solution!
