Very knowledgeable sales staff. After wearing my Good Feet orthotics for 20 years, Ive flattened them out. Good Feet replaced them, no questions asked for a small shipping fee. When they say lifetime guarantee, they mean it, and they know their customers by name. They work here because they want to, not just because they need a job.Theyve also expanded their product offering and were able to get me into a pair of shoes that work well with my inserts.

My opinion is not based on the product since I was not actually seen. I arrived about 15 minutes to closing, and was met by Brandon who greeted me. I asked to get information about what they did as I had never been to this type of business. Instead of trying to give me any information, he promptly mentioned that they were closing in 15 minutes and asked if he could schedule me for another day. I explained that I had never been there before, and wanted to know what the process was,to which he replied a fitting takes about 45 minutes, so I can rush you through it or I can schedule you for another day and take my time. I would recommend scheduling for another day. I just left. I still dont fully understand what they do, why they do it, how it may benefit me, or what the process is. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of information and the lack of service provided. I understand that it was at the end of day, but explaining what everything entails might make it more understandable why it is necessary to take a specific amount of time, and sound more reasonable to want to schedule for another time. Feeling rejected and basically ignored does not make for a good impression.

A dear friend insisted that I had to visit this store. He warned me that it was expensive, but worth it. I have tried many inserts from stores and Amazon, seen doctors, but nothing has worked so far to help my plantar fasciitis long term.Alice is great. She was super helpful.But I am still queasy from spending so much.I hope its worth it.UPDATE: Its been about six weeks. Yes, the inserts work! However, they have not fixed or cured my Plantar Fasciitis. The trainers are very uncomfortable but are very effective. I love the maintainers. I have become totally dependent on them and cannot walk without either or the pain will return immediately.I have found that they are best in certain shoes like my New Balance 880s, and lousy in others, such as my King and Clark dress shoes.I still have to be careful about how I walk and how much I walk. Not sure if I will ever be able to run again. But...overall, the inserts are more effective than anything I have tried so far.

Great people, very friendly and helpful. My wife had her supports done here and has been very happy. I’m just beginning mine, but Alice was really good at explaining how they would help my feet. give them a try you will be surprised.

Brandon was EXACTLY the man to see. Fantastic disposition; definitely took the edge off of what was otherwise a difficult (and painful) situation. Not cheap! But, isn’t that what can lead us to needing this help in the first place? I tried to fix my foot on my own to be frugal and remembered my father’s saying: “It’s not can you afford to, it’s can you afford not to”. And made a beeline to Brandon’s store. Got the help I needed and moved on with my life. One foot at a time.

The products were more expensive than I had expected. However, Alice was very helpful and did not pressure me into buying the most expensive option. They had a sale on some shoes and I got a great deal on those!

I went to Good Feet with a specific problem. I’ve worn custom orthotics for 15 years. I recently purchased a pair of western boots with an inch and a half heel. The custom orthotics didn’t work because my boot size is different than shoe size.After only a few minutes of discussing the issue and taking an impression of my feet, my consultant had two 3/4 length orthotics for me to try. I tried them both. Both worked well. Problem solved. I was amazed that what I thought was a complex problem was dissected in minutes and I walked out of the store with the solution in less than 30 minutes.I highly recommend this store. Knowledgeable staff who listens, provides recommendations and options to fit most budgets.Go there. Buy stuff. You won’t regret it.

Had a great experience from the time we walked into the store. Was asked detailed questions to get to the root of certain issues and was very informative in all answers to my questions. Left the store with the complete system and wore them out to finish our running around for the day. Couple hours later when we got back home to my delight, no back, hip, knee or ankle pain! I limped into the Franklin, TN store, after months of constant right heel pain from years of military service and cheap shooes. Brandon was only too happy to help me solve the problem. A short history of my feet is as follows; I have suffered with overpronation my entire life. About 2 years ago I discovered I had peripheral vascular disease blocking the blood flow to my feet. I had a wonderful experience at The Good Feet Store! Christy was amazing! I was in a very bad motorcycle accident 16 years ago that has left me with major left knee complications as well as issues with my left foot. I have not been able to do a normal heel to toe walk with my left foot since my accident. After placing the Arch Support from The Good Feet Store in my shoe I was able to successfully do a heel to toe walk with my left foot! I was amazed! Even Christy was blown away! This may not sound like something miraculous to someone else but I can assure you its nothing less than a miracle to me. I highly recommend The Good Feet Store!

I’ve suffered from low back pain and walked with a limp for more than 20 years. Yesterday, I made the decision to stop into The Good Feet Store in Cool Springs to see if they could really help.I met Christy, who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. In less than 90 minutes I was a believer. Christy made sure that everything fit properly and comfortably and explained the break in schedule. I was amazed at the instant relief and results that I’ve felt.I’ve only been using the arch supports for about a day and a half, but I’m already sold that this is an investment I should have made a long time ago. I look forward to the coming weeks of improvement and a lifetime of improved health. The arch supports are an expensive investment, yet so far I find them to be completely worth it.

This was a great experience with the helpful staff and to see the way they test your pressure points of your feet, I was very sceptical with the arch supports helping me with the pain I was having in my back, hip, knee & foot . But I am here to tell you this was the best $1200 I have ever spent . Nearly a month later I have no pain, I wear the most aggressive supports all day every day & I have no pain at all . I have went to chiropractors & they would help for a while but that was after I had done been to 3 weeks worth of therapy .
