They have the worst customer service ever. You email them with a problem or complaint and they never get back to you. Uniforms sometimes come back smelling musty and are wrinkled. Thats if they come back at all. Constantly only getting 3 sets of uniforms back each week when I should be getting 5. You ask about whats going on and its radio silence on the other end. Going to recommend looking for a new company.

Unifirst is terrible. They came in and measured everyone for uniforms 5 months ago, i still have co workers without work shirts and jackets, the ones who did get some of the uniforms cant seem to get them sized correctly. At least 1 of them only has 1 pair of pants, not to mention the quality of the uniforms is horrible. When the sales rep was asked about the quality of the uniforms because they are new and have all the threads sticking out of them, the told us to just pull the treads out. So we did in front of them and they watched the shirts bundle up and remained scrunched up. Did not matter to them at all that people look like fools wearing their uniforms even though the sales reps obviously dont wear them.

Adam at Unifirst is great to work with. We had a special order with a time crunch and he went over and above to make sure that we had it in time. He checks in when he is here ever week to make sure we have everything that we need!

Man, where to start. So many terrible, true things to say about this company and their service we have received as a paying client. This will serve as my first of many reviews for their company; I dont have time to detail my entire piss-poor experience but just today the new driver didnt have the stones to come in and speak with any of the 3 of us in the office during his delivery. Instead, our invoice was signed as we were not here and we only just saw the truck drive away after our office dogs told us they were here. What type of company delivers personalized service by trying not to interact with their clients? More to come, but in abbreviated form, this company sucks terribly.

Outstanding service! We have used Unifirst since before I came to the company almost 10 years ago. We have had 2 different delivery people in that time period, and I couldnt speak more highly of either of them. Amy, Heather and Carol in the office are wonderful. I can contact any of them at any time and they jump on anything I need right away. Rod (Supervisor) comes out multiple times during the year to check on us to make sure we are being taken care of. Unifirst has even changed delivery days for us to accommodate our payroll as well. As for our delivery guy Adam...I have his phone number and can reach him by text, day or night, and he responds immediately. We have had several instances where we needed special uniforms rushed, and have even had delivery outside of our normal days to accommodate these needs for us. My guys out in the plant know Adam, and feel comfortable enough to reach out to him directly when he is here. Id be afraid to go anywhere else because I know no other company could come close to providing excellent service the way Unifirst does.
